Jagananna Sainikudu Lakshman

Mr.Lakshman Murthy is an Indian Politician of  YSRCP and Village Sachivalaya Convenor of Shettur in Andhra Pradesh.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

On the 27th of December 1989, Mr. Lakshman Murthy  was born and raised by the couple Mr. Rama Bhemappa and Mrs. Laxmidevi in Yatakallu  Village of Shettur Mandal of Anantapur District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

In 2004, Lakshman Murthy acquired his Secondary Board of Education in Shiridi sai Residencial School Located in  Kalyanadurg Town in Anantapur district. And he Completed intermediate in 2007  at Vivekananda junior college located in Kalyanadurg.

He completed his degree at Bala Yesu College Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) in 2011 in Hindupur.

CAREER IN POLITICS:

In 2009, Mr. Lakshman embarked on his political journey by joining the Indian National Congress Party inspired by the impressive governance displayed by Y.S. Rajashekar Reddy, the party’s leader, in serving the state’s citizens. 

Since then, he has been an active and committed leader who has demonstrated his keen interest in the party’s activities. As a Party Activist of YSRCP, Mr. Lakshman has diligently fulfilled his responsibilities and carried out his duties with a strong code of conduct.

Inspired By:

Lakshman draws inspiration from two influential figures: YS Rajasekhara Reddy and his father, Rama Bhemappa. Their influence has shaped Lakshman’s perspective, values, and aspirations, motivating him to follow in their footsteps and contribute to society and politics.

YS Rajasekhara Reddy: YS Rajasekhara Reddy, often called YSR, was a prominent political leader and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. His dynamic leadership, charismatic personality, and focus on welfare programs left a lasting impact on Lakshman. YSR’s vision for inclusive development, his commitment to social justice, and his ability to connect with the masses resonated with Lakshman, inspiring him to actively engage in politics and work towards improving his community.

Lakshman likely admires YSR’s populist policies, such as the “Rajanna Rajyam” and “Aarogyasri” schemes, which aimed to uplift marginalized societies and provide accessible healthcare. Rama Bhemappa: Lakshman’s father, Rama Bhemappa, also inspires him. Family Participation in Politics:

In 2004, Rama Bhemappa, the father of Lakshman, participated in a significant event known as the Pada Yatra. The Pada Yatra is a form of political activism in India, particularly by political parties or individuals aiming to raise awareness and garner support for their causes.

Pada Yatra translates to “foot journey” and involves walking long distances, often covering several villages and towns, to connect with people at the grassroots level. It is a method used by politicians and activists to understand the concerns and issues faced by the common people firsthand.

• He fought over every issue raised in the town and persistently worked to solve the issues.
