Jadhav Kapil Kumar is an Indian Social Activist and Lecturer in the Bioscience Methodology of Utnoor.
EARLY LIFE & EDUCATION
He was born in the place of Utnoor on June 20, 1983, to Mr. Gokul and Mrs. Barathi.
In 2000, he finished his schooling at Gopala Krishna Vidhya Mandhir located at Adilabad and Intermediate from Alphores Junior College at Karimnagar between the years 2001-2003.
Later from 2003 to 2006, He obtained a Bachelors’s degree from Govt. Degree College and in 2007, he acquired a B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) from Choutuppal’s Elementary Madhava Reddy B.Ed College.
In the year 2013, Kapil Kumar extended his education with the M.Ed) Master of Education from the English and Foreign Languages University (EFL), Tarnaka
This was followed by an M.Sc with the specialization of Botony at Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur and from 2017 to 2018, He attended a Psychology degree at the same university.
Kapil Kumar was highly ranked and qualified in the M.Sc Psychology SET conducted at Osmania University, Hyderabad in 2019.
PROFESSIONAL LIFE:
On the one hand, while pursuing his studies, he gained recognition by being selected as a School Assistant Biological Science Subject in the General DSC in 2008.
He has increased his responsibilities, As a School Assistant at Government Ashram High School in Sulugupalli hamlet of Bejjur Mandal, Komaram Bheem Asifabad district in 2010.
In 2012, Kapil Kumar was transferred to Marlawai village in the Jainoor Mandal of the KB Asifabad district and worked as a School Assistant at the Govt. Ashram High School. He was relocated in 2018 to another branch in the Pochamloddi hamlet of Jainoor, KB Asifabad District.
In the year 2018, Kapil Kumar was deputed as Lecturer in Bioscience Methodology at the College of Teacher Education (Tribal Welfare), B.Ed Utnoor. The college was situated in KP Complex, Utnoor, Adilabad.
SOCIAL LIFE:
Kapil Kumar had a strong desire to serve others since he was a youngster, and this desire led him to become a Social Worker who hoped to bring happiness to others via his work.
In the year 2013, Kapil Kumar joined the Banjara Yuvasena and was designated as the Vice president, has been performed many welfares, developmental activities, and awareness programs for the welfare of the people in the society. He was involved in many public movements, Protests, Dharnas, and Rallies.
He is at the forefront of anyone in need of help in the area around him. He continues to serve the people by doing his part to help those who ask for help without even thinking.
By assisting people in need, he was earning the support of the whole society. The commitment he demonstrated at an early age to do social service has earned him a reputation as a man of the intellect today.
ACTIVITIES PERFORMED
- He organized the blood camp and medical camp in the KP Complex, Utnoor and donated the blood for the needy people.
- With 150 blood donors, a free blood camp was successfully held at Dilsukhnagar and Kothapet.
- Arranged an eye camp at Asifabad Government High School, providing free eye tests and spectacles to those in need.
- Kapil Kumar distributed books, pens, Exam pads and bags in many schools and also helped many poor childrenthem financially for their bright future.
- He has taken an active interest in environmental protection by participating in the Plantation Program and casting the plants in the hamlet.
- He came forward to help the needy who have been affected by lockdown and distributed 1500 worth of essential things to the villagers needy ones, and Municipality workers by following the precautions.
- Under the auspices of the Green Welfare Society, Distributed of homeopathic medicines to enhance immunity in Covid-19.
- He is constantly being fought over the People’s problems and petitions are being handed over to the concerned authorities.
- As being a Lecturer, He fought for every issue related to students and sort out them within a minute of time. Constantly working hard for the student’s career.
- If anyone in the village encounters any problem, he will be at the forefront of the problem. He will assist those who come to him for help and provide the essential things that they require.
- Every Year he celebrates Freedom Fighters Birth anniversaries-distributes sweets to the villagers and also conducts Cultural and Traditional programs in the Schools.
