Jadavath Jaipal Naik is the Cane Development Council(CDC) Director and President of Girijana Sankshema Sangham. He was born on 18-09-1988 to the couple Ramulu Naik and Tulasi.
Education Background:
Jaipal Naik earned his Board of Secondary Education at APTWR residential school located at Narsapur and received his undergraduate(Intermediate) from Megacity junior college, Hyderabad in 2006. In 2009, Jaipal Naik attained his Graduation(Degree) from Ambedkar degree college, Jogipeta.
Jaipal was a Gamanika Prajatantra Journalist in 2005 and a reporter in the Pulkal Mandal of the Vishalandhra Telugu National Newspaper from 2007 to 2009.
A Career in Politics:
His entry into Politics has started with the victory of Medak Joint District President of Girijana Sankshema Sangham. In 2005, He joined the Telugu Desam Party(TDP) under the auspicious of Former CM Chandrababu Naidu and worked as Party Activist.
About TDP Party:
TDP is a regional Indian political party active in the southern states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The party was founded by N.T.Rama Rao on 29-March-1982. TDP was the first regional party to become the main opposition party at the 8th Lok Sabha from 1984 to 1989. TDP has a commitment to safeguarding “the political, economic, social, and cultural foundations of Telugu-speaking people”.
He becomes ST Cell District General Secretary from the TDP. His active participation, the effort brings him to promote ST Cell State Secretary in 2014 and he fully satisfies the people with his regime.
Due to some consequences, Jaipal Naik left the TDP. He switches over the Telangana Rashtra Samiti(TRS) under the auspicious of our beloved CM, TRS President Kalvakuntla Chandra Shekar Rao on 1st April 2014.
Telangana Movement:
The Telangana Movement refers to a movement for the creation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India. After several years of protest and agitation, the central government, under the United Progressive Alliance, decided to bifurcate the existing Andhra Pradesh state, and on 07-February-2014, the Union Cabinet unilaterally cleared the bill for the creation of Telangana. Lasting for almost a decade, this has been one of the most long-lasting movements in South India.
In 2014, Jaipal Naik played an active role during the late 2000s Telangana Separate State Movement spearheaded by now-CM, K.Chandrashekar Rao he took part in Hunger Strikes, Rally, Protest Programs, Chalo Hyderabad, Vanta-Varpu, Bike Rallies, as a part of Telangana Movement. He was arrested by the police and also went to Police Station during the agitation.
In 2016, The Telangana Government appointed Jaipal Naik as Cane Development Council(CDC) Director from the TRS party.
TRS Party Activities:
- Jai Pal Naik, State Secretary of the Tribal Rights Action Group, warned that tribal development would take place in a separate state and that the assembly would be besieged by 10 lakh tribals in protest of the government’s conspiracy to remove the Lambadis from the EST list.
- Jai Pal Naik, District President of the Tribal Welfare Association, demanded that tribal groups be identified as panchayats. He spoke at the constituency level. He criticized that there were no people in the constituency who cared about the problems of tribals.
- Tribal Welfare Association district president Jaipal Naik demanded that two MLA seats and one MP seat be allotted to tribals on the basis of the population without taking the district as a unit.
- Ravindra Naik, a member of the Congress party committee, said the government would not release the funds earmarked for the development of scheduled tribes. District president Jaipal Naik led a 48-hour hunger strike in front of the Collectorate demanding recognition of tribal groups as gram panchayats.
- CDC President Jai Pal Naik said that they would come to Chakriyal village to cut sugarcane and help the affected migrant workers whose huts were burnt.
Social Service:
- On 20-02-2014, Jaipal Naik made a 3-day pilgrimage from Zaheerabad to Sangareddy Collectorate for 12 percent reservation to tribal groups and to identify tribal groups as gram panchayats.
- Jaipal fought for minimum facilities such as road, transport, education, medical, water for poor tribals. He fought to create employment opportunities for the tribals and to prevent migration.
- Girijana Sankshema Sangham members distributed Rice, Money for the victims of the covid crisis during 2020-2021 on behalf of the Akshyapatra foundation.
- Jaipal Naik took part in a Hunger Strike under the auspicious of Girijana Sankshema Sangham for the Telangana State formation.
- He provided fruits to the children sarees for the tribal women, drums for the SC people. He conducted awareness programs on government welfare schemes, conducted free health camps. He organized the Annadanam programs for the Devotees of Sevalal Deeksha.
- In 2005, He established Bhavani Yuvajana Sangham in Bommareddygudem. He planted seedlings in the premises of Bommareddygudem. Jaipal organizes volleyball, cricket, and kabaddi tournaments in the village.
- Jaipal Naik established Girijana Sankshema Sangham on 14-05-2009 and was elected as President of Girijana Sankshema Sangham unanimously.
Pandemic Services
-Jai Pal Naik rendered his service to the people of Bommareddygudem village even during the corona which terrorized the whole country.
-He donates rice bags, vegetables, and medicine to covid victims who are suffering from covid and cannot go out to fetch food.
-He also supported the poor financially by providing essential goods for those who could not find employment or food due to the lockdown.
-Provided annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis.
-Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.
-Jai Pal Naik put his effort to serve people even during the covid second wave.
-He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people.
-Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.
-Organized awareness programs on precautions to be taken to prevent covid and said no need to panic.
