Born and raised in the picturesque village of Puspur, nestled in the heart of Telangana, I have been shaped by the rich tapestry of our cultural heritage and the enduring values instilled by my parents. From a young age, I was imbued with a deep sense of responsibility towards community welfare and the pursuit of justice.

My educational pursuits led me to acquire a degree in B.Sc (Horticulture) from Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, a journey that instilled within me a passion for sustainable development and agricultural empowerment.

My professional trajectory has been marked by a diverse range of experiences, from serving as a Gazetted Officer in the Andhra Pradesh government to assuming leadership roles within political entities such as the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and now the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Each step of this journey has been guided by a steadfast commitment to advocating for the rights and aspirations of our people, particularly those from marginalized communities.

Through the KG Foundation, an initiative close to my heart, I have worked tirelessly to address the socio-economic challenges faced by tribal communities, striving to foster hope, dignity, and empowerment.

Jadav Rajesh Babu was born on August 10, 1965, in the village of Puspur, situated in Lokeswaram Mandal, Nirmal District, Telangana. He belongs to the esteemed Indian Hindu Lambada (ST) Community and was raised with the values of diligence and community service by his parents, Mr. Jadav Ganya Naik.

Family Ties and Personal Life:

Central to Jadav Rajesh Babu’s life is his family. He is married to Mrs. Jada Parvathi, and together, they share the joys and responsibilities of parenthood with their children, Jadav Vijay Kumar and Jadav Vikram Kumar. Balancing familial duties with a commitment to public service, Jadav Rajesh Babu embodies the integration of personal values and political dedication, serving as an inspiring figure for the community he represents.

A Journey of Education:
Jadav Rajesh Babu embarked on his educational journey by earning a B.Sc (Horticulture) from Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (APAU) located in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad.

Chairman for Agricultural Market Committee Bhainsa–

Jadav Rajesh Babu serves as the Chairman of the Agricultural Market Committee in Bhainsa, located in the Mudhol Assembly Constituency of Nirmal District, Telangana State. In this pivotal role, he oversees the functioning of the market committee, ensuring fair and efficient trading practices for agricultural produce. His leadership ensures that farmers receive fair prices for their crops while facilitating smooth transactions within the agricultural market.

Jashritha Rice Industries-

Beyond his responsibilities in public service, Jadav Rajesh Babu is also a distinguished entrepreneur, spearheading Jashritha Rice Industries in Nirmal District. Through this venture, he contributes to the local economy by providing employment opportunities and fostering agricultural growth. Jashritha Rice Industries is committed to producing high-quality rice products, catering to both domestic and international markets.

He commenced his career as a Field Officer at Pinakini Grameena Bank, Nellore (AP) in 1990, where he gained valuable experience in rural banking and financial services.

Growth in Government Service:

In 1991, Jadav Rajesh Babu was appointed as a Gazetted Officer in the Andhra Pradesh government, marking the beginning of his service in the public sector. He served as a Horticulture Officer from 1991 to 1994 in Adilabad District, where he played a crucial role in promoting horticulture practices and enhancing agricultural productivity.

Advancing Leadership Roles:

Building on his experience and expertise, Jadav Rajesh Babu took on the role of Mandal Parishad Development Officer (Block Development Officer) in Adilabad District from 1995 to 2001. In this capacity, he spearheaded community development initiatives and worked closely with local stakeholders to address socio-economic challenges.

POLITICAL ENGAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES:

 

 

From 2002 to 2004, Jadav Rajesh Babu served as the Additional Private Secretary to Sri Padala Bhumanna, Minister for Handloom & Textiles, in Chandra Babu Naidu’s Cabinet. During this period, he gained insights into political administration and governance processes, contributing to policy formulation and implementation.

Continued Service in Horticulture:

Jadav Rajesh Babu’s dedication to horticulture and agricultural development led him to serve as the District Horticulture Officer in Adilabad from 2005 to 2008. In this role, he focused on promoting sustainable farming practices and empowering local farmers with technical expertise and resources.

Throughout his career, Jadav Rajesh Babu has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service and community welfare, leaving a lasting impact on the sectors he has served.

Resignation from Government Service:

Jadav Rajesh Babu’s decision to resign from his government job in 2009 marked a significant turning point in his career and life trajectory. Jadav Rajesh Babu was no stranger to the bureaucratic corridors of the Andhra Pradesh government. Having served as a Gazetted Officer, his departure from the comfort of stable employment was a bold step fueled by a deep-seated conviction to advocate for the long-standing demand for Telangana’s separate statehood.

Joining the Telangana Movement:

Embracing the call for Telangana’s separate statehood, Jadav Rajesh Babu threw himself into the heart of the movement in 2009. This decision was not merely a career shift but a deeply personal commitment to the socio-political aspirations of his homeland. His involvement in the movement was characterized by unwavering dedication and tireless activism, as he worked alongside fellow activists and leaders to amplify the voices of the people and demand regional autonomy. Jadav Rajesh Babu’s transition from government service to activism underscored his profound belief in the rights and identity of the Telangana region, marking the beginning of a new chapter dedicated to the pursuit of justice and self-determination.

Joining the BRS Party:

In 2009, Jadav Rajesh Babu aligned himself with the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), a political entity at the forefront of the movement for Telangana’s separate statehood. His decision to join the BRS was driven by a deep-seated conviction in the need for regional autonomy and the fulfillment of the aspirations of the people of Telangana. As a member of the BRS, Jadav Rajesh Babu actively participated in various campaigns, rallies, and protests aimed at garnering support for the cause of Telangana statehood.

Advancing Leadership within BRS:

Within the BRS, Jadav Rajesh Babu assumed leadership roles that allowed him to contribute significantly to the party’s objectives. From 2009 to 2014, he served as the BRS Adilabad District ST Cell President, where he played a pivotal role in organizing grassroots initiatives and mobilizing support from within the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community. His tenure in this position was marked by a steadfast commitment to advancing the interests of the ST population and advocating for their rights within the broader context of the Telangana movement.

Statewide Engagement as Executive Member:

Building on his local leadership experience, Jadav Rajesh Babu expanded his involvement within the BRS as a State Executive Member from 2014 to 2016. In this capacity, he contributed to shaping party strategies and policies at the statewide level, representing the interests of the Adilabad District and the ST Community on a broader platform. His tenure as a State Executive Member underscored his growing influence within the BRS and his dedication to advancing the cause of Telangana statehood across the entire region.

RAJESH BABU’S TRANSITION TO BJP: A JOURNEY OF CONVICTION AND CONTRIBUTION.

Transition to BJP:

However, as the TRS party transformed into BRS and deviated from its core values and vision, Rajesh Babu and his dedicated colleagues made the significant decision to join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). They were drawn to the inspiring and transformative vision set forth by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, recognizing the BJP as the platform through which meaningful change and progress could be realized.

Contributions to Mudhole Constituency:
His collective transition to the BJP, along with 3000 dedicated followers of the BRS Party, including influential village leaders, made a substantial impact on the political landscape of the Mudhole constituency. Their combined efforts significantly contributed to the victory of the BJP MLA in the Constituency.

Mr. Jadav Rajesh Babu, the founder of Kistabai Ganyanayak Foundation (KG Foundation), shares the inspiring journey of this initiative, which was inaugurated by the revered spiritual leader Shri Ramrao Maharaj on February 13, 2002. The inauguration drew nearly 3000 community members, showcasing the collective commitment and spirit of solidarity towards the vision of progress and upliftment.

Addressing Economic and Social Hardships:

The inception of the KG Foundation stemmed from a profound need to address the economic and social challenges faced by marginalized tribal communities. Witnessing their struggles with economic deprivation, lack of educational resources, and limited access to healthcare facilities, Mr. Rajesh Babu recognized the urgent need for intervention to empower and uplift this community.

VISION –The vision of the KG Foundation is to foster hope, dignity, and empowerment within marginalized tribal communities, aiming to pave the path for sustainable progress and societal empowerment.

MISSION-  Its  mission  revolves around initiatives in education, healthcare, and socio-economic empowerment, seeking to address the immediate needs of the community while striving for enduring and holistic growth.

As the founder of the KG Foundation, Mr. Rajesh Babu is deeply committed to championing the cause of change and progress, serving as a dedicated custodian of the community’s aspirations. 1.SAAMUHIKA SRIMANTHAM EVENT:

 

 

 

One of the esteemed initiatives orchestrated by the KG Foundation is the SaamuhiKa Srimantham Karyakramam, a revered tradition celebrating pregnant women at their five-month mark. Recognizing the financial hardships faced by many families, Rajesh Babu took it upon himself to host this ceremony as a gesture of goodwill and support. The event held approximately fifteen years ago in the serene village of Puspur, witnessed the participation of around 250 expectant mothers from various villages across the erstwhile Adilabad district.

The Significance of the Ceremony:

SaamuhiKa Srimantham Karyakramam holds profound significance, symbolizing familial love and unity. Rajesh Babu’s initiative aimed not only to provide essential assistance but also to foster solidarity within the community. The event was a poignant blend of tradition and benevolence, enriching the spiritual journey of the attendees and strengthening bonds of camaraderie and sisterhood among them.

As Rajesh Babu reflects on the impact of this initiative and the transformative stories it has catalyzed, he is fueled by a sense of purpose and determination. Initiating the Sammelanam:
As the General Secretary of the All India Banjara Seva Sangh (AIBSS) in Mudhole Taluq, Rajesh Babu has been a fervent advocate for social harmony and community empowerment. Under his leadership, the Lambada Sammelanam was convened, a momentous assembly that brought together the diverse members of the Lambada community. This annual gathering serves as a platform to foster unity, facilitate dialogue, and address pertinent issues faced by the community.

The Essence of Lambada Sammelanam:
The Lambada Sammelanam, organized consecutively for five years, is a shining example of collective dedication to harmonizing the community and nurturing inclusivity. It serves as a catalyst for awareness of government schemes, constructive discourse, and engagement with local administration and elected representatives. Each gathering leaves a lasting impression of unity, compassion, and the spirit of progress.

Historical Significance:
From its inception in Dodarna Thanda village in 1997 to the recent assembly in Edbid Thanda village on 03rd December 1998, each Lambada Sammelanam has played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the Lambada community and political leaders, bureaucrats, and conscientious members of society. These gatherings provide a platform for community members to voice their concerns and aspirations, leading to tangible outcomes and solutions.

Building Bridges:
Rajesh Babu’s initiative underscores a commitment to unite political leaders, officials, and the Lambada community in a shared vision for equitable progress. By fostering awareness, understanding, and actionable resolutions, the Lambada Sammelanam creates a conduit for effective communication and collaboration, driving positive change and societal enrichment.

During his tenure as an MPDO Officer in 1999, Rajesh Babu encountered a significant opportunity to demonstrate his unwavering commitment to nationalism. Tasked by the government to collect donations in support of the Kargil War efforts, he saw this as a moment to inspire unity and patriotism across the district. Motivated by his deep love for the country, Rajesh Babu embarked on the mission with resolute determination, aiming to involve as many individuals as possible in the noble cause.

Grassroots Engagement:

Rather than focusing solely on collecting large sums from a select few, Rajesh Babu chose a different approach. He ventured into villages, engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, and encouraged them to contribute a modest amount of Rs. 10 each. Through this grassroots engagement, Rajesh Babu aimed to instill a sense of ownership and participation in the collective effort to support the brave soldiers defending our nation’s borders.

Rajesh Babu firmly believes that the value of collective involvement goes beyond monetary contributions. His interactions aimed to sow the seeds of patriotism, nurturing a sense of responsibility and unity among the people towards our nation. PINNACLE OF ACHIEVEMENT: USHERING IN UJWALA PARK-

 

 

One of the most noteworthy milestones in Jadav Rajesh Babu’s career as a young Horticulture Officer in Karimnagar unfolded during the tenure of Sri. P.V. Narasimha Rao as the Prime Minister of India. With a deep-rooted connection to the region, the significance of the initiatives undertaken during this period was further heightened.

The Government of Andhra Pradesh, in alignment with the vision of the Chief Minister, Sri. Nedurumalli Janardhan Reddy, entrusted Rajesh Babu with a pivotal task: the design and creation of Ujwala Park beneath the LMD Dam. This undertaking held immense importance and prestige, given its association with meeting the expectations of the Chief Minister and the limited timeline for execution.

Despite the presence of senior officials, Rajesh Babu was directly entrusted with the project by the Honorable District Collector, granting him special authorities and responsibilities. This unique opportunity empowered him to showcase his capabilities as a dedicated officer and navigate through the complexities and challenges inherent in the project.

Rajesh Babu’s meticulous planning, unwavering commitment, and relentless perseverance ensured the successful completion of Ujwala Park within the stipulated time frame. The inauguration of the park by the Chief Minister himself stood as a moment of unparalleled honor and validation for Rajesh Babu. His personal request for Rajesh Babu to plant a sapling in his presence further underscored the significance of his contributions.

The experience at Ujwala Park not only bolstered Rajesh Babu’s confidence as an efficient and capable officer but also instilled in him a profound sense of fulfillment and purpose. It serves as a poignant reminder of the transformative impact that dedication, perseverance, and unwavering commitment can have in shaping monumental achievements.

When confronted with the challenge of inadequate government bus facilities due to the absence of a proper road, he recognized that persuasion and unity were essential for overcoming this obstacle. Organizing a community meeting, he rallied the villagers, employing the power of his words to inspire them to unite for a cause greater than themselves.

Through his impassioned speech, Rajesh Babu succeeded in igniting a sense of purpose and determination within the community. He conveyed the transformative potential of collective action and emphasized the significance of their shared efforts to repair the road through “Shramadanam” or Voluntary labor. His words deeply resonated with his fellow villagers, motivating them to embrace the vision and commit themselves wholeheartedly to the challenging task of road repair. Notably, the participation of the District Collector and other government officials in the shramadanam underscored the importance of Rajesh Babu’s influence.

She has been a prominent figure in local governance, serving as the Sarpanch in 2014 and 2019, contributing significantly to the development of the village. Mr. Jadav Vijay Kumar, the eldest son, pursued higher education abroad and holds a Master’s degree from Australia. He is an esteemed member of the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) community, actively involved in the business sector. Vijay Kumar oversees operations at Mouneesh Petroleum Ptv. Ltd and Jashritha Petroleum Ptv Ltd, esteemed enterprises based in Australia. Smt. Jadav Durga Bhavani, the wife of Jadav Vijay Kumar, is also an NRI, contributing her expertise as a Business Consultant in Australia. Her insights and skills enrich the family’s entrepreneurial endeavors. Shri. Jadav Vikram Kumar, the younger son, follows in his brother’s footsteps, holding a Master’s degree from Australia. Engaged in business ventures, Vikram Kumar oversees operations at Parvathi Ptv Ltd, contributing to the family’s entrepreneurial legacy in Australia. Mrs. Jadav Pooja, the wife of Jadav Vikram Kumar, is an IT professional based in Australia. Her expertise and dedication in the field contribute to the family’s success and endeavors abroad. Shri. Jadav Suresh Babu, the brother of Jadav Rajesh Babu, is an esteemed member of the local governance system. Serving as an MPTC in the General Seat and holding the Position of Mandal Vice President, ZPTC in Lokeshwaram Mandal, Nirmal District, he plays a pivotal role in community leadership and development initiatives. The family of Jadav Rajesh Babu is a symbol of unity, achievement, and commitment to both local and global communities, exemplifying the values of diligence, dedication, and service.
