I am Smt. Inala Chaitanya Mahender Reddy is a proud daughter of Telangana and a dedicated public servant who is deeply committed to the progress and empowerment of my community. Born on July 7, 1989, my journey began with a strong belief in the power of education, which laid the foundation for everything I have accomplished. Completing my schooling at Government High School in Mallapur in 2005 and furthering my studies at AMS Junior College, I realized early on that knowledge is the key to transformation, both personal and societal.

My political journey was deeply inspired by my husband, Shri Inala Mahender Reddy, whose passion for public service and unwavering dedication to the Telangana Movement motivated me to follow a similar path. In 2011, I joined the Indian National Congress, driven by a heartfelt desire to create meaningful change and uplift the lives of those around me. I have always believed that leadership is not just about holding a position but about making a difference in the lives of others.

In 2013, I had the privilege of becoming the first woman Congress Party Sarpanch of Thirumalapuram village. This role allowed me to serve my people directly, focusing on initiatives that empowered our youth and advanced community development. My tenure was a period of growth and innovation, as I worked tirelessly to address the needs of my village and inspire confidence in our shared future.

Serving as Mahila Mandal President for M. Turkapally from 2017 to 2024 was another defining chapter in my journey. Advocating for women’s rights and ensuring their active participation in public life has always been close to my heart. Through this role, I strived to amplify women’s voices and address the challenges they face in our society.

My work with Rythu Nestham, first as a board member in 2021 and later as President in 2022, reflects my unwavering commitment to the welfare of farmers and sustainable agricultural practices. Agriculture is the backbone of our society, and ensuring the prosperity of our farming community has been one of my highest priorities.

Every step I’ve taken has been guided by a vision of an inclusive and progressive society. I remain steadfast in my commitment to social justice, rural development, and women’s empowerment. My journey is a testament to the transformative power of service, and I am honored to stand alongside the people of Telangana as we work together to create a brighter and more equitable future.

Smt. Chaitanya Mahender Reddy was born on July 7th, 1989 in Telangana and began her educational journey with remarkable enthusiasm and a commitment to personal growth. Inala Mahender Reddy was born on June 15, 1982, to Shri Inala Narsimha Reddy and Smt. Inala Laxmi in Thirumalapuram Village, located in the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district of Telangana. Growing up in a rural environment, he was profoundly shaped by the values and traditions of his close-knit community. From an early age, he developed a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to societal development, driven by the lessons of perseverance and dedication instilled in him during his formative years.

Inala Mahender Reddy’s educational journey began in Vasalamarri in M. Turkapally, where he completed his high school education at Zilla Parishad High School in 1995. Subsequently, he pursued his intermediate education at Government Junior College in Bhongir from 1999-2000, laying the groundwork for his academic pursuits. In 2001 his quest for knowledge led him to SLNS Dergee College, Bhongir, where he earned his BSC degree, thus enhancing his educational journey with depth and expertise.

Service as a Vidya Volunteer (2004-05)

Following the completion of his  higher education in 2004-05, Shri. Mahender Reddy began his career in education by serving as a Vidya Volunteer in his hometown. • During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mahender Reddy made a significant impact by providing rice to those affected by the crisis. This generous donation was vital in addressing food shortages and ensuring that many families had access to essential nourishment during these challenging times.
  
• In response to the lockdown measures, Mahender Reddy organized Annadanam programs to provide free meals to individuals and families in need. His efforts during this period were crucial in mitigating the effects of the lockdown on vulnerable populations, demonstrating his commitment to community support and welfare.
  
• Mahender Reddy also took proactive measures to combat the spread of COVID-19 by overseeing the spraying of sanitization and sodium hypochlorite bleach solution throughout the Village.
