Ijjina Tej Nayak is an Indian politician from the Southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. He serves as the Mandal SC Cell Vice Convenor of Samarlakota Mandal, Kakinada District, from the YSRCP Party.

Early Life:

On the 18th of October 1990, Tej Nayak was born to the couple Mr Ijjina Josep and Mrs Ijjina Krupavathi and resided at Chandrampalem Village in Kakinada District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

He studied at the Board Secondary School Education in Govt School (RRBHR) High School, located at Pitapuram, in 2006. And he completed his Intermediate in 2008 at RRBHR Junior College, Pitapuram.

In 2012 acquired his Graduation (Degree) from PVR Trust Degree College, Kakinada.

Business:

After completing his education, Tej Nayak started his own business named “Nayak Bricks Company” to stand on his own feet.

Nayak Bricks Company manufactures a diverse range of machine-made bricks and tiles. Offers the best materials like brick tiles, facade tiles, burnt clay tiles, exposed bricks, brick flooring, machine-made wire cut bricks, press bricks, building bricks and blocks, elevation tiles and many more to make the house safer stylish and beautiful.

A career in Politics:

Tej Nayak, with his passion for politics, while continuing his study, entered politics in 2012 through Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) and worked as a Party Activist.

The Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP or YCP; transl. ’Youth, Labour, and Farmer Congress Party) is an Indian regional political party based in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Its president, Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, serves as the state’s chief minister. It is currently the fifth-largest party in the Lok Sabha with 22 seats.

Tej Nayak played an important role in shaping the public service from the party at the local and federal levels, from designing and implementing appropriate measures for the people to making all policies available to them.

In the MPTC elections held in 2014, people elected him as MPTC with confidence. Keeping the trust reposed in him by the people, he was elected as Mandal SC Cell Convenor in 2019 and continues his duties till date.

This position was both challenging and rewarding for him, and he prepared himself rigorously for his political future and he started serving the people by walking ahead.

Activities Performed by Tej Nayak:

• He takes the lead in all the rallies, dharnas, movements and protests held on behalf of the party.
• He always worked for the party and strived to take the identity of the party to the people. And organises awareness programs about the party and leads the youth forward.
• Village, and accompanies the people of the Mandal and participates in their every problem.
• The central government should immediately respond to farmers’ state and address the farmers’ problems, he said in dharnas and protests.
• Along with the leaders of YSRCP, Tej Nayak stood by the tribals and staged dharnas and protests on poor lands and brought their problems to the attention of YSRCP chief CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy and played a vital role in granting the rightful titles.
• On the Birth Anniversaries of Political Leaders, Tej Nayak celebrates the occasion by organising a Blood donation camp and conducting an Annadanam program at his Locality.
• He Participated in the Village development activities in the village like laying CC Roads, Digging Bore-wells, Putting up Street Lights, Clearance Drainage systems, and Solving water Problems.
• Tej Nayak primarily focused on problems affecting students, such as fee reimbursement and scholarship disbursements, and worked effectively to ensure that scholarships were granted to students as soon as possible.

General Duties performed by Tej Nayak as Mandal SC Cell Convenor:

• In his village and Mandal people problems and demands were listened and resolved.
• Bringing social and welfare schemes to the attention of the people and meeting the needs of the people with the allocation of government funds.
• He raised awareness about the party and strengthened the party by organising various political programs on behalf of the party.
• Attending public or private meetings to hear and discuss party issues.
• Attending the meetings held in all the committees and getting to know their problems from the front and solving them.
• Meeting with constituents and lobbyists.
• At the time of election or re-election, campaigning and working for party identity to attract more people to the party.
• Bringing the youth forward.

Pandemic Services:

• During the Pandemic Period, he handed out fruit, meal packets, and water bottles to the people living by the roadsides. In addition, he provided free blankets to those individuals. He donated monetarily to the cause and provided the migrants with food and rice bags.
• During the Corona crisis, the Annadhanam program was made available to front-line workers, including police officers, municipal employees, and emergency personnel.
• To combat the spread of the pandemic in Corona, he has organized an awareness campaign focusing on the need to keep a safe distance from infected individuals and use appropriate safety precautions.
• He offered sufferers of the covid virus financial assistance as well as the provision of vitamin pills, masks, and sanitizers.
• Even after the second wave of the covid infection, Tej Nayak continued to put his efforts into helping other individuals.
• The residents of the village, as well as others who were in need, received vegetables and fruits from him. The Covid-19 vaccination and the consequences of the virus were the subjects of awareness campaigns at camps and seminars.
• The region contaminated with the coronavirus has been designated as a red zone, and residents have been informed of the necessary safety measures and precautions to take.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organised in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea to increase awareness among the general population about the need to acquire a free corona vaccination.
• During the pandemic, A door to door survey was organised and raise awareness about the virus covid and provided precautions to be followed.
