Gurrala Karunakar is the Sarpanch of Avusulonipally, Ramakkapet, and Nagaram Thanda from the TRS Party. He was born on 03-08-1995 to Peddulu & Vajramma in Avusulonipally.

In 2011, He has completed his SSC Standard from ZPHS at Wargal. In 2013, He studied Intermediate from Govt junior college at Wargal.

Karunakar started his political journey in 2009 with the Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) Party and was the Active Member.

In 2019, Karunakar elected as a Sarpanch of the TRS Party with the Majority of 250 Votes in Avusulonipally, Ramakkapet, and Nagaram Thanda villages of Wargal Mandal, Siddipet, Telangana.

Karunakar distributed many kits like Essential things, Masks, and sanitizer in most of the villages of Wargal Mandal. during the COVID-19 Pandemic lockdown period.
Karunakar involves in many of the social activities like Harithaharam, helping poor people in his village, and also fought for the development activities like CC Roads, Drainage, and Street lights in his village Wargal Mandal.
