Gundla Anjaneyulu Goud

Mr. Gundla Anjaneyulu Goud is a prominent Indian politician from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), where he serves as the  OBC Morcha Special Invitee. Additionally, he holds the esteemed position as an OBC Morcha Hanumakonda Incharge from the Indian State of Telangana.

Early Life and Education:

On the 10th of July 1958,  Mr. Gundla Anjaneyulu Goud was born and raised by the couple Mr. Gundla Mallaiah and Mrs. Gundla Susheela in Ghatkesar at Medchal Malkajgiri from the Indian state of Telangana. 

In 1974, Anjaneyulu Goud accomplished his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) education at Zilla Parishad High School in Ghatkesar. Anjaneyulu Goud obtained his graduation from Open University Railway Degree College with a specialization in BA from Ghatkesar. Anjaneyulu Goud started pursuing a diploma at Masab Tank but later discontinued his studies and did not complete the diploma program.

Career in RSS:

In 1973, Anjaneyulu Goud completed his Pradhama Varsha in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). The Pradhama Varsha refers to the first year of training in the RSS, a Hindu nationalist organization based in India. It is a significant milestone for individuals who join the RSS, as it marks the initial phase of their training and involvement in the organization.

In 1982, Anjaneyulu Goud completed his Dwitiya Varsha in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). The Dwitiya Varsha refers to the second year of training in the RSS, following the completion of the Pradhama Varsha (first year). It signifies a significant advancement in the participant’s involvement and training within the organization.

In 1983, Anjaneyulu Goud completed his Thruthiya Varsha in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). The Thruthiya Varsha refers to the third year of training in the RSS, following the completion of the Pradhama Varsha (first year) and Dwitiya Varsha (second year)

Anjaneyulu Goud completed the “Mukhya Shishak” designation in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in 1980. It signifies further advancement in the participant’s training, indicating increased knowledge, dedication, and responsibilities within the organization.

In 1987 to 1988, Anjaneyulu Goud served as the “Kanda Karyavahika” in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). The title “Kanda Karyavahika” is a significant leadership position within the organization and denotes a person who holds the responsibility of overseeing and coordinating the activities in a designated geographical region or “Kanda.”

From 1989 to 1996, Anjaneyulu Goud served as the “Sharirik Pramukh” in the Ranga Reddy East region. The term “Sharirik Pramukh” translates to “Physical Education Chief” in English, and this role is of significant importance within the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) organization.

From 1983 to 1985, Anjaneyulu Goud served as the “Mandal Karyavaha” in Ghatkesar. The term “Mandal Karyavaha” translates to “Area Secretary” in English. In the organizational structure of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the Mandal Karyavaha holds a significant leadership position responsible for coordinating and overseeing the activities of the RSS in a specific geographical area known as the Mandal.

In 1997, Anjaneyulu Goud served as the “District Seva Pramukh” in Ranga Reddy. The term “Seva Pramukh” translates to “Service Head” in English. In the organizational structure of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the District Seva Pramukh holds a significant leadership position responsible for coordinating and overseeing various service and welfare activities of the RSS in a specific district.

From 1998 to 2000, Anjaneyulu Goud served as the “Bhasha Seva Pramukh” in Malkajgiri. The term “Bhāshā Seva Pramukh” translates to “Language Service Head” in English. In the organizational structure of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the Bhāshā Seva Pramukh holds a significant leadership position responsible for promoting the use and preservation of the regional language, culture, and heritage.

From 2000 to 2005, Anjaneyulu Goud served as the “Vibhaga Seva Pramukh” at Bagyanagar. The term “Vibhāga Seva Pramukh” translates to “Divisional Service Head” in English. In the organizational structure of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the Vibhāga Seva Pramukh holds a significant leadership position responsible for coordinating and overseeing the service and welfare activities of the RSS in a specific division or Vibhāga.

A Career in RTC:

In 1985, Anjaneyulu Goud embarked on his professional career as a Conductor in the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC). As a Conductor, he was responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of public transportation services, collecting fares from passengers, assisting them with their travel needs, and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during their journeys. 

In 2013, Anjaneyulu Goud received a promotion in his career at the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) and was assigned the position of Assistant Depot Clerk (ADC) in 13 levels. As an ADC, his responsibilities likely included managing administrative tasks related to the bus depot, maintaining records, handling paperwork, coordinating with other staff members, and assisting with various operational duties.

In July 2016, Anjaneyulu Goud retired from his position at the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) after serving a long and successful career with the organization. His retirement marked the end of his active professional life in the public transportation sector. Throughout his years of service, Goud made significant contributions to TSRTC and had a positive impact on the passengers and colleagues he interacted with daily.

Career in Community:

In 2013, Anjaneyulu Goud held the significant position of Secretary for The National Majdur Sangam at Uppal Depot, demonstrating his active involvement in advocating for the rights and welfare of workers in the region. As the Secretary of this trade union organization, Goud would have played a crucial role in representing the interests of the workers at the Uppal Depot and ensuring their concerns were heard and addressed. His leadership would have been instrumental in organizing and mobilizing workers, empowering them to voice their grievances, and working collectively to achieve better working conditions and improved benefits.

From 2014 to 15, Anjaneyulu Goud held the prestigious position of State President of the Bahujan Workers Union, showcasing his leadership and commitment to representing the interests of workers from marginalized and disadvantaged backgrounds. As the State President, Goud would have played a crucial role in leading the union’s activities, advocating for the rights and welfare of workers, and advancing the union’s goals and vision.

Anjaneyulu Goud has been serving as the State President of the Bahujan Karmika Union since 2015. His continued tenure in this position reflects his strong commitment to representing the interests and rights of workers from marginalized and disadvantaged backgrounds, known as “Bahujans,” in various sectors and industries.

As the State President of the Bahujan Karmika Union, Goud would be responsible for leading and coordinating the union’s activities at the state level. His leadership role would involve overseeing the union’s operations, working closely with regional and district chapters, and ensuring that the concerns and needs of Bahujan workers are effectively represented.

Political Career:

In 2017, after retiring from his career at the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC), Anjaneyulu Goud joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). By joining the BJP, he became a part of one of the major political parties in India, known for its ideology of nationalism, social conservatism, and advocacy for Hindutva.

 In 2020, Anjaneyulu Goud was appointed as the Hanamkonda OBC Morcha Incharge by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). This appointment would have given him the responsibility of overseeing and coordinating the party’s activities and affairs related to the Other Backward Classes (OBCs) in the Hanamkonda area.

In 2008, Anjaneyulu Goud was appointed as the State Joint Secretary of the BC Employees Welfare Association of Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APRTC). This appointment marked an important milestone in his career, as he took on a significant role in advocating for the welfare and interests of Backward Class (BC) employees working in the state’s road transport corporation.

 Anjaneyulu Goud has been serving as the Telangana State President of the BC Welfare Association. His continued tenure in this position indicates his strong leadership and dedication to representing the interests and welfare of the Backward Class (BC) communities in the state of Telangana. As the Telangana State President of the BC Welfare Association, Goud would have taken on a prominent role in advocating for the rights and empowerment of BC communities. 

In 2021, Anjaneyulu Goud joined BC Kula Sangala Ikya Vedika, an organization representing various Backward Class (BC) communities in Telangana. By becoming a part of this platform, Goud likely demonstrated his commitment to working collectively with BC communities to address their common concerns and advance their interests.

Kishkindha Chanakyam organization:

Kishkindha Chanakyam, founded on 10th July 2020, is an organization with Anjaneyulu Goud as its esteemed founder and president. This initiative signifies Anjaneyulu Goud’s visionary leadership and commitment to creating a platform dedicated to addressing various socio-economic and developmental issues within the community.

As the founder, Anjaneyulu Goud conceptualized and established Kishkindha Chanakya with a clear vision and mission to uplift and empower the people it serves. The organization’s name itself reflects its objectives, drawing inspiration from the legendary city of Kishkindha in the Indian epic Ramayana, known for its ideals of justice, harmony, and governance.

As the Kishkindha Chanakyam organization expanded over the years, it focused on various initiatives and projects to achieve its vision and mission. 

Kishkindha Chanakyam worked closely with local communities to identify their specific needs and challenges. The organization implemented projects aimed at improving access to basic amenities such as clean water, healthcare, education, and sanitation.

Recognizing the importance of economic empowerment, the organization launched skill development programs to equip individuals with marketable skills. These initiatives aimed to enhance employment opportunities and boost the overall economic condition of the community members.

The organization placed special emphasis on empowering women and promoting gender equality. It ran programs that provided training, support, and resources to help women become financially independent and take on leadership roles within their communities.

Telangana Movement:

The Telangana Movement, also known as the Telangana Agitation, was a political movement in the Indian state of Telangana that sought the creation of a separate state by bifurcating Andhra Pradesh. The movement gained momentum in the early 2000s and culminated in the formation of the separate state of Telangana on June 2, 2014.

During the agitation, numerous individuals from different political parties and social backgrounds actively participated in the movement. Various leaders and activists, including those from the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), played instrumental roles in voicing the demands and aspirations of the people of Telangana.

1. Protests and Rallies: The movement involved massive protests, rallies, and demonstrations across the region to demand a separate statehood for Telangana. These events saw significant participation from people from all walks of life.
