Gouni Mallesh Goud is the State Executive Member of OBC from the BJP.
Born and Education:
He was born on 05-10-1970 in Madgul village. His parents were Jangaiah and Laxmamma. He completed his schooling at ZP high school, at Madgul village.
Political Career:
He became acquainted with BJP politics in 1986 and holds favorable views So, Mallesh Goud started his early politics in the year 1994 and officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP). He was elected as Mandal Convenor of Madgul from1996 to 2000.
Member of the National BC Commission Sri Talloju Achari is the Political Mentor of Mallesh he follows his theories.
In 1998, By recognizing Mallesh’s efforts, tireless work the party promoted him as Mandal Vice President of Madgul from the BJP. Mallesh also worked hard for the development of the party in his quest to do justice to the party that believed in him. He was held the position of President of Jana Chaitanya Yuvajana Sangham in 2000.
Mallesh was appointed and worked as Mandal president from the BJP in 2007. To discharge his responsibilities as Mandal President, he takes all Mandal issues to the concerned authorities and resolves them.
With the motivation of the Madgul people, Mallesh contested as MPTC in 2005 but unfortunately, he lost. He was re-elected to the Mandal President designation in 2013. In 2009, He contested for the post of Bank Co-operative Director but he was defeated.
Constantly striving for the welfare of the people and expressing his feelings of service, he provided a kind of encouragement to serve the people as a District Executive Member in 2010 by fulfilling the tasks assigned to him and won the admiration of the people till 2015.
Mallesh has a long-lasting political career. He was appointed and serving as the Chairman of Telangana Raitu Chaitanya Samiti.
The people of Madgul unanimously elected Mallesh as Mandal President and he served in the position from 2010-2014. In 2015, He took charge as a Member of the District Executive Committee from Ranga Reddy. He was again elected as a Member of the District Executive Committee in 2016. In 2021, Mallesh Goud was appointed as OBC State Executive Member from the BJP.
Mallesh took charge as District General Secretary of Nuthana Gowda Sangham from Rangareddy.
Recent Activities
- At the call of state president Shri Bandi Sanjay Kumar, Mallesh took part in the “Telangana Raitu Gosa BJP Pooru Deeksha” program at his home following the Covid rules.Demands
1) Grain purchases should be made based on war.
2) Support price should be paid for stained, discolored grain.
3) Stop harassing farmers in the name of talu and tarugu.
4) Immediately release Farmer funds
5) Farmer bond funds should be released immediately. - Mallesh said the Katamayya Gadda area in the center of Madgula Mandal would be completely neglected. He complained that there were no cc roads, no sewers, and turned into a pile of rubbish. He demanded that the government immediately should take appropriate action.

- A Masjid was built by Muslims on top of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir. The Hindus were called upon to demolish it immediately. Mallesh, who was on his way to Ayodhya to take action in the case, was arrested by the police at Kachiguda railway station along with 20 leaders in the year 1991.
- The government has sanctioned Rs 110 crore to farmers in the joint Mahabubnagar district. But the authorities stopped the money from reaching the farmers for 4-5 months. Mallesh and party leaders held a dharna at the Mandal level on the issue. The Collector responded to this matter and distributed the money to 64 Mandals.
- During the 1994 elections, when the BJP has less popularity Mallesh set up his own party office and created a group to strengthen the party. He fought on farmer’s issues.
- SBI Bank relocated 25 years back due to Naxals. Mallesh and, party leaders hold a 3-month dharna, collected signatures, and bring SBI Bank back to Madgul village.
- When Mallesh was Mandal president he fought on the water issue. The water in Madgul village was high in chlorine. Mallesh and villagers together fought for Sagar water and finally achieved a water facility.
Service During Covid First Wave:
- Mallesh is at the forefront in doing service during the covid critical time also. He distributed essentials, Masks, Sanitizers to the village and poor people.
- Provided food packets, water bottles to the migrants, arranges buses to go to their villages.
- Conducted awareness programs to prevent Covid-19. Gave financial assistance to Covid-19 victims.
- He provided free food service to the municipal, police, front-line workers who worked a lot during Pandemic Covid-19.
- Distributes Rice, Vegetables to the Masks, Sanitizers to the Covid victims, and the village people.
- He says covid-19 can be conquered with courage and corona victims should not lose courage.
Service During Covid Second Wave:
- Mallesh provided his service in the covid second wave also.
- During the Pandemic Period, he distributed fruits, food packets, and water bottles to the road siders and distributed blankets.
- Created awareness on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.
- He distributed food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.
- Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for the safety of the village.
- Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.
- Conducted Annadhanam Program for migrates which is served and satisfied many hungry people.
- Anandayya Corona Ayurvedic medicine was distributed by Mallesh Goud at Madgul Mandal Centre under the auspices of Kamal Foundation with the blessings of National BC Commission Member Shri Talloju Achari.
- Mallesh would bring oxygen cylinders to the areas where covid victims were being treated.
