Gopu Muthenna

Gopu Muthenna is the Vice Sarpanch of Bazar Kothur Village from the TRS Party.  He was born on 19-06-1980 at Bazar Kothur Village. Muthenna completed SSC Standard from ZPHS at Nandipet, Nizamabad dist, and Intermediate from CSI College, Nizamabad.

He started his political journey with Telugu Desam Party(TDP) in 1995 and he was appointed as Village President of Bazar Kothur Village from the TDP. After that, he moved to the Indian National Congress party in 2007 and he selected as General Secretary of Bazar Kothur Village.

Later on, he joined Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) in 2014 after the formation of Telangana State.

Muthenna contested in 2019 local body elections and he elected as Vice-Sarpanch of Bazar Kothur Village of Nandipet Mandal, Nizamabad Dist.

Social Services:

• Street lights were set up.
• Participated in Haritha Haram, Swachh Bharath programs. He encouraged the students by conducting awareness programs for each student to study. He makes orphan children study and allotted teachers to them.
• Gopu distributed many kits like Essential things, Masks, and sanitizer in most of the villages of Nandipet Mandal during the COVID-19 Pandemic lockdown period, and he was Provided food&Vegetables to Poor people during lockdown time.
• Distributed Essential Needs in Pandemic COVID-19 time.
• Awareness was created on how to practice social distance.
• The village was sprayed with sodium hypochlorite solution.
• Sand roads were paved in the village.
• He distributed Blankets, Fruits to the old aged people, donated dresses, food, to the orphans.
