Gopireddy Baskar Reddy

Gopireddy Baskar Reddy was the District Youth Secretary in Nellore. He was born on 21-10-1969 to China Reddy and Seetharavamma in Padagupadu Village, Kovvur. In 1982, He has completed SSC from TNC Junior College, Kovvur.

In 1982, He started his political journey with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP). In 1989, He was selected as Mandal Secretary in Kovvur. In 1995, He was served as a District Telugu Yuvatha Joint Secretary in Nellore. In 1998, He worked as a District Co-ordinator of Telugu Yuvatha in Nellore. In 2001, He was Mandal Telugu Yuvatha President in Kovvur.

In 2009, He joined the Indian National Congress(INC) Party. In 2011, He Resigned from the Congress party and joined the YSRCP Party.  He was Mandal Youth President in Kovvur, in 2013. Gopireddy Baskar Reddy was the District Youth Secretary in Nellore, in 2018.

Social Activities:

• Baskar Reddy is a Social Activist. He distributed Blankets, Fruits to the old aged people, donated dresses, food, to the orphans. He put Street Lights, fought for village problems.
• Participated in Haritha Haram, Swachh Bharath programs.
• Baskar Reddy distributed many kits like Essential things, Masks, and sanitizer in most of the villages during the COVID-19 Pandemic lockdown period, and he was Provided food&Vegetables to Poor people during lockdown time.
• He did so many Social Activities like he provided Scholarships to the Social Welfare School and also donated food, clothes, Plates, money, and lamps. He sponsored money to the poor people and motivated students for their studies and paid fees to merit students.
