Gopagalla Mahendar

Gopagalla Mahendar is the Councillor of 8th Ward, TRS in Kongarakalan. Mahendar was born on 15-06-1982 to Gopagalla Sriramulu & Padmamma in Kongarakalan Village. In 1998, He Completed SSC Standard from ZP High School in Kongarakalan village. In 2000, He Completed his Intermediate from BhagyaNagar Jr College.

In 2003, Mahendar Completed Degree(B.Com)from Govt City College. In 2009, He Completed LLB from PMR Law College, LB Nagar. Mahendar Completed an MBA from Aradhana School of Business Management College(ASBM) in 2012.

In 2000, Mahendar Started his Political Career with Telugu Desam Party(TDP). In 2010, he fought to Remove RICE HUB and Redimx Plant from Kongarakalan. Mahendar Donated Money for poor people in Villages and Schools. He fought against illegal Activities in Villages.

In 2013, He joined the Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS). In 2017, Mahendar was served as a Coordinator of Rythu Samanvaya Samithi, TRS. In 2020, Mahendar elected as a Councillor of 8th Ward from the TRS Party in Kongarakalan.

Recent Activities:

• Mahendar distributed many kits like Essential things, Masks, and sanitizer in most of the village during the COVID-19 Pandemic lockdown period, and he was Provided food&Vegetables to the Poor people during lockdown time.
• He involves in many of the social activities like Harithaharam, Palle Pragathi, Swachh Bharath Programs & helping poor people in his village, and development activities like CC Roads, Drainage, Street lights, and Water Problems in his village.
• Donated Safety kits to frontline workers in the village.
• Street lights were set up.
• Distributed Essential Needs in Pandemic COVID-19 time.
• Awareness was created on how to practice social distance.
• The complete village was sprayed with sodium hypochlorite solution.
• Some roads were paved in the village.
