Godam Nagesh

Godam Nagesh was the Member of Parliament(MP) to the 16th Lok Sabha from Adilabad Constituency, Telangana. He was born on 21-10-1964 to Godam Ramarao and Godam Bhimbai in Jatharla, Adilabad.
He completed a Post Graduate M.A., in 1993. He married Godam Latha. His Profession is Teacher and Public Service.
He started his Political Journey with Telugu Desam Party (TDP). His father G. Rama Rao, former Minister for Tribal Welfare, was the incumbent legislator of Boath at the time.
From 1994-1999, He was served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Boath Constituency from TDP.
From 1994-1999, He was served as Minister for Scheduled Tribes Welfare and Welfare of the Handicapped in the TDP state government from Andhra Pradesh.
From 1999-2004, He was served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Boath Constituency from TDP.
From 2000-2002, He worked as the Chairman of Girijan Cooperative Corporation from Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
In 2004, He Contested as MLA but he lost the MLA post. From 2009-2014, He was the Member of the Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Boath Constituency from TDP.
In 2014, He joined the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Party. From 2014-2018, he was elected as Member of Parliament(MP) to the 16th Lok Sabha by defeating Naresh of INC in the Adilabad constituency.
