Gedela Chinnababu

 

Gedela Chinnababu is the YSRCP Digital Media Mandal Coordinator of Kotturu, Srikakulam district. He is the most prominent leader of the YSRCP. He was born on 1st January 1989 in Neelakantapuram. His parents were Sanyasi and Varalaxmi.

Education Background:

In 2005, Chinnababu earned his Board of Secondary Education from ZP high school, located at Kotturu. He completed Intermediate from Govt junior college in 2007.

Political Journey of Chinnababu:

Chinnababu strongly believes that “A Politician is someone willing to listen to the needs of the common people and to represent them faithfully”. In 2007, He officially entered into Politics with the Indian National Congress(INC). He quickly established himself as a Public Leader by contributing to each party activity such as election campaigns, dharnas, protest programs, etc. He joined the Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP) after the congress party merged into the YSRCP.

 

 

About YSRCP:

He become an Party Activist and took part in “Gadapa Gadapa ki YSR” program, he made people aware of YSRCP schemes such as Jagananna Amma Vodi, Jagananna Chedodu, Jagananna Vidya Kanuka, Illa Pattalu, YSR Arogya scheme, YSR Bima, YSR Pension Kanuka, YSR Rythu Bharosa, YSR Sunna Vaddi Pathakam, YSR Vahana Mitra etc. He made the Navaratnalu scheme available to everyone. He gave his contributions to Samaikyandhra Movement, for Special Status, also took part in Y.S Jagan’s, Y.S Sharmila’s Padayatra.

In view of the efforts being made for the development of the party, In the year 2012, the party offered him the post of  Digital Media Mandal Coordinator of Kutturu from the YSRCP to discharge his duties and he was performed his assigned work by being very cautious during performing the activities of the Party.

Chinnababu was appointed and working as Chairman of the Education Committee from ZP high school, Neelakantapuram. He served in the position for two terms.

Chinnababu provides welfare schemes directly to the beneficiaries through a system of volunteers.

Social Service being a Responsible Leader:

• Chinnababu showed a special interest in Social Service for the welfare of the People.
• He stood up for the poor and ensured the development of welfare. He always raises his hands to serve the poor.
• During his reign, many development activities have been implemented such as laying roads, setting up water tanks, clearance of drainage issues, power supply, etc.
• As a part of Environmental Protection, Chinnababu has taken an active role by participating in the Palle Pragathi and Clean and green by casting the plants in the village.
• He conducted village development activities in the village like laying of CC Roads, Digging of Borewells, Putting up Street Lights, Clearance of Drainage systems, and Solving water Problems.
• He organized the blood camp and medical camp in the village and donated the blood for the needy people.
• With the intention of ensuring that no student becomes illiterate due to lack of money, Sagar provided financial assistance to students to study. Provided basic necessities such as school bags, stationary things for them.
• He fought and solved the issues like pensions, Ration cards, Health cards, and also the issues relating to Aadhar cards.
• Distributed food and clothing to the Orphan Children and helped them by donating a certain amount whenever required.
• He continues to fight for eradicating the idea of caste and religious differences in society and doing his part for human equality.

Chinnababu ’s effort during the Covid Crisis:

-Chinnababu rendered his service to the Nandipet people even during the corona which terrorized the whole country.

-He distributed food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.

-He donates rice bags, vegetables, and medicine to covid victims who are suffering from covid and cannot go out to fetch food.

-He also supported the poor financially by providing essential goods for those who could not find employment or food due to the lockdown.

-Provided annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis.

-Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.

-Chinnababu put effort even during the Covid second wave.

-He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people.

-Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.

-Organized awareness programs on precautions to be taken to prevent covid and said no need to panic.

-The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and people have been given proper precautions and instructions.
