Garika Vinod Kumar is an Indian Politician and current YSRCP Active Member in the respective state of Andhra Pradesh.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION-

On the 02nd of September 1983, in Chirala Village in the District of Prakasam, Andhra Pradesh. He was born into a rural middle-class household as a treasured son for the couple Mr. Garika Shankar Rao & Mrs. Somrajyam.

He was never a believer in a pretentious education. He came from a simple educational background, as do most people. In the year 2000, he earned his Secondary Board of Education from Sri Vasavi Convent High School resided at Chirala.

Later, he went to Bharathi Junior College to complete his undergraduate in 2002 situated at Chirala.

Since going to Sri Vidya Degree College placed at Chirala of Prakasam, he acquired his bachelor’s degree and completed it in the year 2005. Further, in 2009 he holds MBA from Venkateshwara PG College located at Eluru. In 2013, he attained an LLB (Bachelor of Legislative Law) from Indra Priyadarshini Law College initiated at Ongole.

EARLY CAREER IN POLITICS-

He has been interested in politics since a young age, and his passion has led him to become a politician who expects people to succeed as a consequence of his services.

During his stint in education, in the year 2003, he commenced his political career by joining the Indian National Congress Party (INC) which is ruling under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi.

Since the day he stepped into it, Vinod Kumar has worked above and beyond his means as an Active Member of INC for the development of the party and the betterment of society by carrying out his duties properly and adhering to the party’s rules and regulations.

After the death of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Rajasekhar Reddy, Vinod Kumar left the Congress party in 2009 and joined the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP)founded by the Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy current chief Minister of the State Andhra Pradesh.

In 2009 he has been held the prestigious designation as YSRCP Active Member from Chirala. He worked in the assigned positions by discharging his duties with a code of conduct.

From the beginning of his political career to the present, he has worked incredibly hard for the welfare of the people, Striving hard for the advancement of the party and society, and has rendered desperate services to society through the positions he has held.

Despite the handing over of responsibilities, the YSRCP was dazzled by Vinod’s diligence, and in the year 2019, promoted him as the Legal Advisor for Dr. YSR Yuvasena. So he can stay close to the people and do things that will benefit them.

Samaikyandhra Movement:

He is a dedicated follower of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Participated in the Samaikyandhra Movement to prevent the division of the state-separating the Telangana districts of the state into a separate Telangana state. During the movement, The people of Chirala took part and completely played a key role in the foot march (padayatra) organized by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

During the continuous Samaikyandhra Movement, Vinod went on a District wise padayatra against started his district-wise padayatra from Prakasam and continued his journey to prevent the division of the state-separating the Telangana districts of the state into a separate Telangana state.

Garika Vinod Kumar informed the villagers about the Navratna Welfare Schemes, which were introduced by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

  Accompanying Jagan by Seva Mitra, Navratna welfare schemes were introduced by Jagan to work for the proper implementation of welfare schemes, for everyone who is entitled to them, regardless of politics, and for transparent governance. He offered Navratna Welfare Schemes to above 5 lakhs People.
• జగన్ అన్న ఆరోగ్య సేవ మిత్ర(Jagan Health Seva Mitra):
  YSR Arogyasree 108 and 104 Rural Medical Services worked to provide medical services for accident victims and medical services for pregnant women and infants. Efforts to prevent Kovid-19, prevention of seasonal diseases. Organizing free medical camps in rural areas and providing medical services.
• జగన్ అన్న రైతు సేవా మిత్ర (Jagan Rythu Seva Mitra):
  YSR Farmer Assurance, Farmer Insurance, Jagan Water Art, 0 Interest Loans, Agriculture Revenue, Working to solve farmers’ problems. Government granting land to poor landless farmers.
• జగన్ అన్న మహిళా సేవా మిత్ర(Jagan Mahila Seva Mitra):
  Implementation of YSR scheme, YSR support scheme, bank loans for women’s welfare development, efforts to address Dwakra women’s issues, efforts to ensure proper implementation of Disha law, and efforts for girls’ safety bans on dowry.
• జగన్ అన్న విద్యాదివేనా సేవా మిత్ర(Jagan vidyadivena seva mitra):
  Jagan Education Blessing Day-Today Efforts for school development, Ammodi, Jagan Balavihar, Anganwadi Center, Nutrition, implementation of English Medium, Efforts to enroll all students in school and high school and college, Efforts to solve problems of teachers and students.
• జగన్ అన్న YSR పింఛన్ కానుక సేవా మిత్ర(Jagan YSR Pension gift Seva Mitra):
  Efforts to implement YSR Pension, to provide shelter to the deserving elderly, disabled, widows, single women, Hijras, handloom Nastya pensioners, artists, orphaned poor old people, disabled, children in every district Establishing and promoting children’s ashrams.
• జగన్ అన్న గ్రామీణ సేవా మిత్ర(Jagan Grameen Seva Mitra):
  Efforts to improve the welfare of the poor from all walks of life in the rural areas, government revenue for the homeless poor, the disabled, widows, single women, land for housing, pucca houses, agricultural land, employment guarantee works, police and legal aid rural Drinking water in the area, cleanliness of electrical surroundings, efforts to solve public problems, working to solve labor problems.

Performed a Range of Political Activities shortly after joining the Party:

• Vinod Kumar actively engaged in the Rythu Deeksha demanding justice for the farmers.
• Vinod Kumar participated in the Odarpu Yatra defied by Jagan to console the families of those who died of shock on hearing the news about his father’s death.
• He solved many issues and gave Pensions like -Widow Pension,old-age pensions, Handicapped Pension, and also dispensed White Ration Cards from YSRCP Party.
• During Elections, he enthusiastically participates in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to bring more voters to won the party in his locality.
• Many party development programs were carried out at the constituency level for the growth of the party and he respectably accepts the work assigned by the higher authorities and is completely involved to sort out the issues raised on any topics.
• He joined a large group of people at the party and helped them when they needed it.
• Vinod Kumar actively engaged in the Party’s initiatives and participates in every meeting organized by the relevant party.
• He organized and was involved in Political Party Joining meetings.

Social Activities-

• He expanded his efforts by supporting poor individuals and orphans who have been badly affected by the assassination of their families and by providing a set sum for the well-being of death-stricken families.
• Vinod Kumar is constantly striving and fighting for the well-being of the people.
• He organized eye camps for senior citizens who live far from hospitals and helped them by providing treatment.
• He will assist those who come to him for help and provide the essential things that they require.

Schools & College Developmental Activities-

• He solved every single problem faced by the students in the schools and Colleges.
• As soon as it came to his notice that there were no proper facilities in the college, new furniture was arranged.
• Vinod Kumar mainly focused on students like Fee reimbursement and Scholarships and worked hard to ensure that scholarships were granted to students immediately.

Services Rendered During Dreadful Pandemic COVID-19-

• He supplied masks, sanitizers, and food to the impoverished, while also financial assistance.
• During the covid period, he worked all days (day and night) and looked after the people.
• He is indeed available, notably to the zone’s poorest inhabitants.
• Because self-isolated persons were unable to care for themselves, Vinod Kumar stepped forward to help them by providing necessities for a set amount of time while adhering to specified guidelines.
• He has been assisting unemployed people who have lost their employment as a result of the crisis and are in financial distress.
• Vinod Kumar conducted a Corona Virus awareness program and provided specific precautions to avoid the dreadful virus.
• For families who do not even have the essentials to eat at home for the poor family, in the corona infected quarantine along with the corona tablets for them, all the members of the party volunteered to come forward and help each member of the household with a daily supply of essentials directly to their home.
• At the hospital, Vinod Kumar also began offering masks and sanitizers to men suffering from corona deprivation symptoms.
