Gaju Bhaskar is the Town President of Dharmapuri from the Political Party BJYM.
Early Life and Education:
He was born on 02nd October 1987 to Gaju Rajanna and Buchamma and was raised up in Dharmapuri of Telangana State.
In the year 2003, He obtained his early education from Government Junior College located at Dharmapuri. Bhasker completed his Undergraduate in 2005 from Nobel Junior College resided at Jagtial.
In the year 2007, He finished ITI in the Training of Electricals from Sai ITI (Sai Industrial Training Institute) situated at Jagtial.
He attained his graduation with a Degree of B.A(Bachelor of Arts) from Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Sanskrit Andhra Kalasala placed at Dharmapuri in 2013.
After holding a Bachelor’s degree, He has gone through the Pandit Training on the Language of Telugu in Vidya Jyothi Telugu Pandit Training College founded at Chilkur of Hyderabad in the year 2014.
Personal Life:
On 25th February 2007, Gaju Bhaskar got happily married to Gaju Lakshmi in the presence of his parents and with their blessings.
Political Career
He was influenced by the philosophy of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) from childhood. Before the end of his studies and, he joined the RSS in the year 2004 and got promoted to the first Stage i.e, Prathama Varsha after moved through the initial Training Camp.
As being a part of RSS, Bhaskar expresses keen interest and performs every activity by discharging his duties with a code of conduct and also for the recognition of the respective party.
After staying in RSS and providing his continuous services, he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) in 2018.
As soon as he coming into the party, he worked hard for the betterment of the party, fulfilling his responsibilities, looking after the people as being an activist.
In view of the efforts being made for the development of the party, In the year 2020, the party offered him the post of BJYM Town President of Dharmapuri to discharge his duties and he was performed his assigned work by being very cautious during performing the activities of the Party.
He maintains the trust placed in him by the people and continues his service, thinking for the welfare of the people for the moment.
From the moment he was given the position till now he has been using all his resources for the people and pursuing his happy life of public welfare and briefly outlining and following the rules and regulations for the betterment of the party as well as the welfare of the people.
Although growing politically, on the one hand, Being working hard for the welfare of the people with the positions assigned to him simultaneously working as a Social Activist to be closer in terms of service to the people on the other.
Social Service
- He has been celebrating Shivaji’s birth and death anniversaries every year and paid tributes a wreath was laid at the portrait of the leader to commemorate their services.
- Bhaskar and his fellow party leaders contributed money to themselves and set up a Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Idols in the Village
- As part of the construction of an unprecedented Sri Rama Mandir in Ayodhya, he along with his party leaders reached out to the people of Dharmapuri to raise funds for their cause.
- Every year on the occasion of Ram Navami and Hanuman Jayanthi, the occasion has been celebrated in the village and conducts Annadanam to the villagers.
- Many of the colony’s development programs were a resounding success.
- Every year a blood donation camp and a medical camp are set up in the colony and medicines are provided free of cost to those in need.
- Since no one had focused on freshwater issues for a long time, Bhaskar came forward and solved the water problems, and a water tank was constructed in the village and water tops were provided to every household to alleviate the water shortage in the colony.
- He helped those who were at risk of an accident, not only financially but also in humanitarian terms.
- He extended his services by assisting poor people who are deeply affected by the assassination of their families by donating a certain amount for their well-being.
- As Pension money from the government is to support old age people and the handicapped to make ends meet but circumstances related to pensions were cleared by providing pensions to the respective holders.
- In order to help the poor in the hospital during emergencies, Bhaskar handed over the government-implemented Health Sree cards to them.
- On focusing the improvement in cleanliness and hygiene in urban and rural areas, in workplaces and homes, Bhaskar Conducted Swachh Bharat Program on the saying of One step towards cleanliness.
- As a part of environmental protection, Bhaskar has taken an active role by participating in the Haritha Haram Program and cast the plants in the village.
Party Activities
- At the Dharmapuri constituency centre, BJP leaders rallied, demanding the state government to drop the illegal charges against BJP state president Bhanu Prakash.
- BJP leaders staged a roadblock on the main road in protest of the arrest of Nizamabad MP Arvind, who was going to visit the injured in the BJP-sponsored terror attack at the Dharmapuri constituency centre.
- Dharmapuri police had earlier arrested BJP leaders and shifted them to Dharmapuri police station following a call by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad Bajrang Dal Telangana DGP’s office for a siege in protest of the ongoing love jihad attacks on Hindu girls across Telangana and the ongoing attacks on Hindus in Bhainsa.
- On the orders of BJP state and district directives, BJYM town president Gaju Bhaskar organized an awareness rally in the 1st Division and 2nd Division in Dharmapuri on the covid vaccine. And went to every home and raised awareness about the covid vaccine. The event was attended by district secretary Pilli Srinivas, BJYM town general secretary Mandaloji Suraj, BJYM treasurer Sangi Madhav, and others.
- At the call of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha state president Bhanuprakash under the auspices of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha district branch Jagtial, BJP leaders staged a protest in front of the district collectorate demanding immediate resolution of unemployment and support for private teachers.
- BJP leaders present a protest and petition at the Dharmapuri Mandal Tehsildar’s office at the call of the BJP state department to protest against the anti-farmer policies adopted by the state government.
Demands:
1. Farmer loan waiver should be implemented immediately
2.The government should take strict action against adulterated seeds
3. Farmers should distribute fertiliser free of cost. - BJP leaders pay homage with candles at local Nandi Chowk to Indian soldiers killed in the Pulwama terror attack.
- At the call of the BJYM state department, Dharmapuri town BJYM president Gaju Bhaskar held a torchlight procession at the local Gandhi Chowk in Dharmapuri demanding the official celebration of Telangana Liberation Day.
- BJP leaders held a dharna at the Dharmapuri town and zonal tehsildar’s office at the call of the BJYM state branch and submitted a petition at the zonal office. Leaders on the occasion said that the state government has become a blood-curdling government of poor and middle-class people
- Party leaders protest a day of silence and protest, demanding the removal of RS Praveen Kumar and pledged government employee Shankar in protest of the repression in the name of Sweroo.
Service During Pandemic Covid-19
During the First wave of Corona-
- Bhaskar came forward to help the needy who have been affected by lockdown and distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, needy ones, and Municipality workers by following the precautions.
- Food item packets for drivers and migrant labourers were distributed whose livelihood has been affected during this lockdown period.
- Bhaskar came forward with humanity to help those in dire straits during the corona and provide financial assistance to the people who are affected by the lockdown.
- He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.
- To spread awareness about social distancing and following precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic Corona an awareness program has been conducted.
- As part of the drive to eradicate the corona epidemic, Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for the safety of the village.
During the Second Wave of Corona-
- Bhaskar also provided free masks and sanitisers to people with corona deficiency symptoms at the hospital.
- He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.
- The complete Village was sprayed with the sodium hypochlorite solution to prevent the occurrence of the covid Virus.
- He worked all days(Day and Night)during the covid period and looked after the people.
- He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.
- He has been assisting the unemployed who have lost their jobs due to the corona and are in dire straits.
