Gadde Rama Mohan

Gadde Rama Mohan is a Member of the Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Vijayawada East Constituency from the TDP.

He was born in 1958 to Subbaiah. He has completed his M.Sc. (Microbiology) from Darwar University, Karnataka, in 1978. He has Business.

He started his political journey with the Telugu Desam Party(TDP). From 1994-1999, in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Elections, he elected as Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) from Gannavaram Constituency.

In 1999, He was a Member of the 13th Lok Sabha of India from the Vijayawada Constituency of Andhra Pradesh. 

He was selected as the Vijayawada Urban Division Convenor for TDP from 2004 to 2009. He serves as the Head of TDP in the Vijayawada East constituency.

In 2014, in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Elections, he was won the post of Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) from the Vijayawada constituency with the highest majority of 88,784 votes.

In 2019, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Elections, he elected as Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) from Vijayawada constituency with the highest majority of 82,990 votes from the TDP.

His wife Gadde Anuradha is also a Politician from the TDP party and currently serving as a ZP Chairperson of Krishna, Andhra Pradesh.

Recent Activities:

• For families who lost their jobs due to lockdown, which should be given at the rate of Rs 5000/-. went on a 12-hour hunger strike demanding the renewal of Anna canteens and Chandranna insurance schemes.
• In 3rd Division Christurajupuram, it costs Rs. 9-50 lakhs for road construction.
• Gadde Ramamohan Garu In the Anganwadi School in the 18th Division, the MLA gave chairs with its own funds to seat the children, distributed biscuit packets to the children, and entertained the children.
• Shri Gadde Rama Mohan inaugurated the Chalivendram set up in the 16th Division and distributed Majjika.
• Laying of the foundation stone for 2nd Division freshwater pipelines in Vijayawada East constituency.
• MLA Gadde Ramamohan distributed bicycles to students of 6th Division CMRC School, Vijayawada East Constituency, and later visited 2nd Division Sriramchandra Nagar Colony and met members of Colony Welfare Association on Colony issues.
