Gaddam Jagadish

Gaddam Jagadish is the President of the GHMC outsourcing Transport Department and MRPS TS General Secretary of Kukatpally.
Early Life and Education:
He was born on 05-May-1980 to Bhaskar & Yashodha in Moosapet. Jagadish studied SSC from ZP High School in the year 2007 at Moosapet.
Early Political Career:
In the year 2007, Jagadish worked as President of GHMC outsourcing Transport Department of Kukatpally Circle.
He was Promoted to West Zone as the President of the GHMC outsourcing Transport Department and served between 2011-2017.
Jagadish was a member of Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti (MRPS) and General Secretary of Kukatpally and serving in these designations since 2015.
In 2017, Jagadish was appointed as President of GHMC outsourcing Transport Department and since then serving from the respective designation.
On the occasion of Babu Jagjivan Ram Jayanti in Ravindra Bharathi, Gaddam Jagdish received the Dalit Ratna Award under the auspices of T MRPS.
Services during Pandemic Covid-19:
- He worked all days(Day and Night) during the covid period and looked after the people.
- Jagadish financially helped covid victims by providing vitamin tablets, masks, Sanitizers, and fruits.
- During the Pandemic Period, he distributed fruits, food packets, and water bottles to the road siders and also distributed blankets to them.
- Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.
- Jagadish distributed vegetables, fruits, and essential things in the covid-19 lockdown period.
- Distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, Migrants, needy ones, and Municipality workers in the covid-19.
- He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.
- To spread awareness about social distancing and follow precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic in Corona an awareness camp was held in the village.
- Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for safety of the village.
- He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.
- During the time period of Corona, Jagadish fought over the issues of the Corona Warriors and the problems they faced and he also held dharnas for them.
Recent Activities:
- Jagadish played an active role during the late 2000s Telangana Separate State Movement spearheaded by now-CM, K.Chandrashekar Rao.
- He participated in many Dharnas, Rallies, and Bandhs like Rasta Roko, Bike Rallies, Vanta Varpu, Sakala Janula Samme, Chalo Hyderabad, and Million March during Telangana Movement.
- He engaged in programs like Harithaharam, and Swachh Bharath.
- He organized the blood camp and medical camp in the village and donated the blood for the needy people.
- Jagadish financially assisted the poor people in the village and also helped them in all possible ways when needed.
- He distributed fruits and medicines to the unhealthy students and needy people in the village.
- He fought and solved the issues like pensions, Ration cards, Health cards, and also the issue relating to Aadhar cards.
- Distributed Books, pads, and Stationary things to High School Students and motivates them to score high marks.
- He provided his financial support to the poor people in the village and also donated a certain amount to the merit students for their higher education.
- He conducted Village development activities in the village like laying of CC Roads, Digging of Borewells, Putting up Street Lights, Clearance of Drainage systems, and Solving water Problems.
- Distributed food and clothing to the Orphan Children and helped them by donating a certain amount whenever required.
- Conducted many meetings and development activities for community development.
- He stood up for the poor and ensured the development of welfare. He always raises his hands to serve the poor.
- Conducted Annadhanam Program, which is served and satisfied many hungry people.
