Gaddam Dharmendhar

Gaddam Dharmendhar is a BC Welfare Youth Association District Secretary of Nalgonda District in the Indian State of Telangana.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

On 18th August 1995, Gaddam Dharmendhar was born to the couple Mr. Gaddam Anjaiah and Mrs. Gaddam Mangamma resided in the village of G Yadavally in Kanagal Mandal in Nalgonda District.

In the year 2010, Gaddam Dharmendhar acquired his Secondary Board Of Education from Geetha Vidhyalayam at Chandur, and completed his 2 years course of Intermediate from SYLNS Junior College at Nalgonda in 2012,

He finished his Graduation from the Siddarth Institute of Technology in the year 2016.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER:

Soon after accomplishing his education, Gaddam Dharmendhar started his career by Started doing Quality Assurance Engineering at Vision Tech Private Limited at Ecil in 2017, and ever since he started the profession he simultaneously handled his family responsibilities.

Dharmendhar worked in Ayoki Technology Pvt Limited as Embedded Engineering located at Habsiguda in the year 2018.

CAREER IN THE COMMUNITY:

Beginning at an early age, he had a strong desire to work for the People. Since Childhood, Dharmendhar has been used for servitude. In addition to his academic interests, he participated in several service activities.

As a Social Activist, he has participated in several welfares, development, and awareness initiatives for the betterment of society.

By fulfilling his responsibilities as an Indian citizen, Dharmendhar joined the BC Welfare Youth Association and has been working as a District Secretary of Nalgonda by dividing his tasks and responsibilities.

He is the first to aid anyone needy in his close surroundings. He continues to serve the people by assisting individuals who seek assistance without reluctance.

By supporting those in need, he gained the support of the whole community. The dedication he showed at a young age to social work has earned him a reputation as an amazing person today.

 ACTIVITIES PERFORMED RECENTLY:

• Union Minister Kishan Reddy was presented with the petition. Under the appellation Harita Haram, the Telangana state government has illegally encroached onto 45 acres of land belonging to farmers and politicians in G. Yadavalli village, Kangal zone, Nalgonda district. Under the sponsorship of former Greater Hyderabad Mayor Banda Karthika Chand Reddy, a petition was presented to Union Minister Kishan Reddy requesting the resumption of their land.
• Dr. R. S. Praveen Kumar (BSP) was informed during a public meeting convened by Chakalissi Sadhana Samithi Srilaxmi that the government had confiscated the plots of land belonging to twenty farmers’ families in the hamlet of G. Yadavalli, Kangal Mandal, Nalgonda district. The RSP answered favorably and informed the farmers that they would support them and eventually join the campaign.
• The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Jaganmohan Reddy, has honored R Krishnaiah’s contribution by electing him to the Rajya Sabha, the House of Elders. R Krishnaiah, a Nalgonda District Youth Member, was honored at the ceremony.
• Dharmender, the secretary of the Nalgonda BC Youth Association, paid a visit to Kancharla Bhopal Reddy, a Nalgonda legislator who was discharged to his residence in Hyderabad after being treated at AINU Hospital in Hyderabad for the removal of kidney stones in the past few days.
• R Krishnaiah, President of the National BC Welfare Association, has been nominated for the position of secretary of the Welfare Association Youth Association.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:

• As a part of environmental protection, Dharmendhar has taken an active role by participating in the Palle Pragathi and Clean and green by casting the plants in the village.
• For the hefty price of the crops grown by the farmer, Dharmendhar worked hard for the welfare of the farmers during his reign.
• During his reign, roads were laid as part of the colony’s development program, as well as repairing damaged roads.
• On the occasion of Birth Anniversaries of Political Leaders, Dharmendhar celebrates the occasion by organizing a Blood donation camp and conducting an Annadanam program at his Locality.
• To help the poor in the hospital during emergencies, Dharmendhar handed over the government-implemented Health Sree cards to them.
• As a part of Haritha Haram, massive plantation programs were taken up and distributed Plants to the village people.
• He carries out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people living in the village and zone by clearing the issues related to Water, drainage, and every minute problem to the individual.
• Apart from this, he expanded his core service by setting up water taps in the villages with his own money that was experiencing water shortages.
• Every year throughout the summer for four months alongside Road, Dharmendhar and his Co-Leaders organizes Cold Mineral Water Centers and Ambali centers. Every day, this initiative helps people satiate their thirst.
• Dharmendhar continues to fight for eradicating the idea of caste and religious differences in society and doing his part for human equality
• He helped the old and poor people in the village by providing the essentials to them for survival and also assisted them during the financial crises.
• Dharmendhar offered financial support as well as other kinds of relief to the village’s needy people. Raju will be accessible to the village’s residents during their tough times.
• He took an active part in ensuring assistance programs for the impoverished and aiding them in surviving their life.
• Money was donated to the families of the poor during the wedding to support their families financially.
• Dharmendhar is fighting with the government to provide proper employment to the unemployed who are worried about getting a proper job even after graduation.

SERVICES RENDERED DURING THE PANDEMIC:

• During the first and second waves of Corona, Raju offered financial and humanitarian assistance to people who were impacted by the lockdown.
• Raju acted humanely during the crisis, assisting individuals in distress and providing additional assistance to those afflicted by the lockdown.
• During the crisis, Raju responded generously, aiding those in need and giving special support to those impacted by the lockdown.
• He offered masks, sanitizers, and meals to the underprivileged, as well as financial assistance.
• For the public’s protection, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all around the village as part of the effort to eliminate the corona outbreak.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea order to increase awareness among the general population about the need of acquiring a free corona vaccination.
• During the pandemic, A door to door survey was organized and raised awareness about the virus covid and provided precautions to be followed.
