Etikala Chiranjeevi is well known Social Activist, Founder and President of Mercy International Organization and an Indian Politician of INC Party and the Telecom Advisory Committee Member, Nalgonda and Ex. TPCC SC Department State Convener of Telangana, India.

EARLY LIFE & EDUCATION:

Chiranjeevi was born in the Kondampet Village of Addagudur Mandal on 20th May 1987 as the eldest brother of 3 sisters and 2 Brothers to the Couple Etikala Yadaiah and Anjamma.

He never believed in Fancy education. He had a simple education background as anyone and everyone does like the Secondary Board of Education from ZPHS Mothkur in 2002.

Since going to Shanti Niketan Junior College in Mothkur, Nalgonda, Chiranjeevi started his undergraduate (UG) career and completed it in the year 2004.

He studied Bachelor of Arts – Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) in PG College of Law located at Basheerbagh, Hyderabad in 2021.

POLITICAL CAREER

While continuing his education, Chiranjeevi started rendering service to the people by joining the SC, ST, BC Minority Student Union in the Year 2002 and rendered service to the students irrespective of their Caste, Race, Gender, and Religion and worked up to 2005.

In 2005, Chiranjeevi started his political career with the Talli Telangana Party which was newly founded by the film actress Satti Vijayashanti. But due to a lack of strength and support, the party has been merged into Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS).

As soon as Chiranjeevi stepped into it, the party handed over the post of Constituency Incharge of Thungathurthi from Talli Telangana Party in 2005 with unprecedented confidence in him. Chiranjeevi was desperately carrying out the duties assigned to him till 2008 without heeding the trust placed on him by the party.

In the year 2008, after being served in the respective party with the assigned designations, Chiranjeevi switched the party to Indian National Congress (INC) which is headed by Sonia Gandhi in the presence of 450 party members and under the guidance of Purushotham Reddy by citing code of conduct and disciplinary issues.

He won the admiration of the party and the people by using the responsibilities, duties, and powers assigned to him. So that in 2009, he was designated with the admired position of Youth Congress Constituency Incharge of Thungathurthi from the INC Party for the good of the persons without compromising on the trust placed in him till 2011.

For his constant dedication and efforts for the welfare of humankind, he designated the Position of SC Cell Mandal President of Mothkur from INC in 2012 by being working hard to put an end to the problems and inconvenience of the People.

By Continuing his tenure as the Mandal president, Chiranjeevi was delegated as the Constituency Coordinator of Thungathurthi from Aam Aadmi Ka Sipahi (“the Common Man’s Soldier”) further enhancing his responsibilities so that he could stay closer to the people and monitor their well-being every moment.

At the same time, He moved on to Hyderabad for the accomplishment of his LLB studies. For his leadership skills, he was appointed as the Independent Greater Hyderabad Convener of the Mali Dasha Telangana Movement (OU JAC) in Hyderabad.

After governing, the people with the assigned position in 2021 Chiranjeevi increased his work ethic by accepting the position of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee(TPCC)SC Department State Convener of INC to promote the right perspective towards the need for holistic and sustainable development in people by doing his part to alleviate the hardships faced by the people.

Party and Social Activities:

The Mercy International Organization Foundation stood by the poor people who were in trouble after learning that rain had failed to fall in many villages of Addaguduru Mandal of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, Kondampeta Addaguduru Town, Mangammagudem, and 27 affected families in the villages of Lakshmidevikalva, Rapaka (D), Kondampeta Addaguduru Town, Mangammagudem. Etikala Chiranjeevi, Chairman of the Mercy International Organization’s Telecom Advisory Committee, who offered financial help for coverings (rails) and critical supplies.
DCC Suryapet District President Cheviti Venkanna Yadav, TPCC State Leaders Mercy International Organization Chairman Joint Nalgonda District Telecom Advisory Committee Member Etikala Chiranjeevi, and Yuva District Congress President Suryapet took part in the Dasadinakarma of Uppunutala Kausalya Devi and paid tributes to their portrait.
Former ministers and TPCC Vice President Ram Reddy Damodar Reddy’s mother-in-law Uppunutala Kausalya Devi (98), along with Gundepuri MPTC Dharawat Jumilal Naik Congress leaders, paid floral tributes to Mercy International Organization Chairman Nalgonda District Telecom Advisory Committee Member Etikala Chiranjeevi in Banjara Hills MLA Colony. Vallambatla Ravinder Rao was there, as were Kotamarthi Sarpanch Chippalapalli Balu Addagudur Mandal BC Cell President Bandi Madhu, NSUI Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District Vice President Chede Ambedkar, Youth Congress Leaders Baireddy Sandeep Reddy, Chippalapalli Mahesh, and others.
Chirumarthi Narsimha, the father of Nakirekal MLA Chirumarthi Lingaiah, died lately. Etikala Chiranjeevi, a Joint Nalgonda District Telecom Advisor Member, paid respect to Narsimha’s image at their Narkat Palli dwelling and afterwards paid a visit to their family.
A blood donation camp was held at Patipatla village, Motkuru mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, under the auspices of the Matrudevbhava Pitrudevhava organisation, with the blessings of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, India’s constitution writer. He was presented with a scarf in his honour.
Chittaluri Parashuramulu (27) of Rapaka(D) village, Addaguduru mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, died on the 24th of last month while receiving treatment at NIMS Hospital Hyderabad. After knowing about the situation, Bhuvanagiri MP Komatireddy Venkatareddy called his family members. He said that he would assist their family. Later, TPCC state authorities offered Etikala Chiranjeevi 1 lakh 20 thousand rupees and ordered her to donate it to her family, but now they have provided her a financial assistance of 1,20,000 thousand rupees.
Chittaluri Parashuramulu (27) of Rapaka (D) village in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district’s Addaguduru mandal died while receiving treatment at NIMS Hospital Hyderabad. Etikala Chiranjeevi, TPCC state leader, who garlanded his dead corpse and visited his family, provided his family Rs 5000 in financial support.
Uday Kiran, son of Irugu Krishna Vasantha Garla of Pasunuru Village in Nagaram Mandal of Tungaturthi Constituency, congratulated the student on his MBBS admission.
At Tirumalagiri mandal centre, TPCC state leader Etikala Chiranjeevi wrapped a shawl and cut a cake for Congress Party SC Wing Tungaturthi Constituency President Idula Ramesh Chandra.
On the 125th birth anniversary of Rambhai Ambedkar, the wife of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the author of the Indian Constitution, they paid honour to her image by putting flowers at Ambedkar Square at Addaguduru Mandal Center of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, led by the Congress Party.
Professor Gali Vinod Kumar, former Principal of Fire Brand OU PGCL and Dean of OU Law College, has been selected as an expert member of the Hyderabad District City Civil Court Legal Service Empowerment Organization.
Mittagadupula Veeramallamma, the grandmother of Kommu Johar, Vice President of the Youth Congress Tungaturthi Constituency, died at Annaram village, Tungaturthi mandal. Etikala Chiranjeevi, the state head of the TPCC, paid floral tributes to his dead corpse and afterwards paid a visit to his family.
The chief guest at the statue unveiling ceremony of the father of senior Congress party leader Ki’She”Kadari Venkataiah, the father of Congress party village leader Kadari Sreenu in Manaikunta village of Addaguduru mandal of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district was TPCC senior vice-president Ram Reddy Damodar Reddy. The event included TPCC members Gudipati Naryaiah, Congress party senior leaders Vallambhatla Purnachandra Rao, and TPCC state leaders Etikala Chiranjeevi.
TPCC state leaders Etikala Chiranjeevi and Suryapet District Youth Congress Vice President Mahender NSUI Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District Vice President Chede Ambedkar Tungaturthi Constituency Leaders Vamsi, Chippalapalli Satish, and Chippalapalli Mahesh participated in Indira Park Wada Rythu Diksha under the leadership of Congress party.
Kadari Somakka, the mother of Congress party village leader Kadari Ramachandru, died of sickness in Manaikunta village in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district’s Addaguduru mandal. Chiranjeevi and the INC Leaders visited their relatives and offered flower tributes to their lifeless family.
On the occasion of Chakali Ailamma’s 126th birth anniversary at Alair Constituency town in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, Alair Constituency Congress Party incharge Birla Aylaiyya unveiled the Chakali Ailamma statue in Alair town as the donor of the Chakali Ailamma monument.
Etikala Chiranjeevi, TPCC state leaders, visited the founding president of MRPS Manyashree Manda Krishna Madiga at his apartment in Ambarpeta of DD Colony to see his health condition after an unfortunate leg injury.

Party Activities:

Chiranjeevi took part in the movement while the Telangana movement was going on desperately. During the movement and dharna, he consumed poison without even counting his lives. At the moment Vijayashanti rushed Chiranjeevi, who was in a critical condition, to the hospital and treated him at his own expense and saved his life.
Etikala Chiranjeevi, the state convener of the SC section of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee, who participated in the dharna in support of the farmers, rejected the bills to be introduced by the central government against the farmers at the call of the AICC and TPCC at the Atmakur Mandal Center.
Former minister Ram Reddy Damodar Reddy, Bhubaneswar district president Kumbham Anil Kumar Reddy, and Etikala Chiranjeevi participated in the campaign of Congress party corporator candidate Mandamula Rajitha Parameswara Reddy.
Etikala Chiranjeevi, the state convener of the TPCC SC section, is campaigning from house to house with agricultural laborers to win the Dubbaka by-election against Congress candidate Cheruku Srinivas Reddy on the orders of Bhubaneswar MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, TPCC SC section state president Nagarigari Prem and DCC district president Kumbham Anil Kumar Reddy.
Etikala Chiranjeevi, who was elected as the State Convener of the SC Department of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Party, received the appointment letter from Bhubaneswar MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and SC Department State Chairman NagariGari Pritam.
He accompanied many Mandal levels and District level party meetings in the Ranga Reddy and also organized Party Membership Programs.
Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the party and he respectably accepts the work assigned by the higher authorities and is completely involved to sort out the issues raised on any topics.
Chiranjeevi is actively involved in the programs organized by the Party.
He conveyed and explained to the people about the greatness of the Party all over the constituency.
If anyone in the village encounters any problem, Chiranjeevi will be at the forefront of the problem.
Chiranjeevi is not limited to his services to the village but also extends to the people of the entire district.

CAREER IN SOCIAL LIFE

From an early age, Chiranjeevi was very interested in rendering Service and his interest turned him into a Social Worker who expected the happiness of the people through his service.

Mercy International Organization

By Performing the Activities politically, on the one hand, In 2001 his sense of service was exposed by the establishment of the Spare International Organization and he is the Founder and the President of the respective Organization.

Since the day of establishment, with the association of his family, Chiranjeevi has performed many social activities and benefited many poor and needy people with his services.

At a time when Chiranjeevi was continuing his services on behalf of the organization, Chiranjeevi’s daughter Etikala Mercy Shree, who died suddenly due to illness, renamed the Spare International Organization as Mercy International Organization and continued her services on behalf of the organization.

He is at the forefront of anyone in need of help in the area around him. He continues to serve the people by doing his part with humanity to help those who seek help without even thinking.

Being served in the position, he began to serve the needy people expecting nothing in return except happiness and has performed many social and welfare activities for the people of old aged and physically disabled one.

Social Activities

He has been successful in undertaking a number of service programs on behalf of the Mercy International Organization. On the occasion of the birth and death anniversary of Chiranjeevi’s daughter Mercy, a number of activities were organized to provide financial assistance to the poor, distribute baskets for the cleanliness of the village, provide shelter to the orphans and provide vegetables to the villagers.
Chiranjeevi was allotted the Raithu Bandu money from the government and the full amount was donated on the determination to install CCTV cameras for the security of the zones.
Every year, Chiranjeevi donates clothes for free to his village Kolata groups as a part of social activity.
Chiranjeevi also presents sports kits to the athletes who enthusiastically participate in sports competitions organized in the village and in the zone.
He made it a tradition to donate his share of the financial aid each year to the church established in the village.
On the occasion of Rajiv Gandhi’s birth anniversary at Gandhi Bhavan, Telangana State SC Division State President Nagarigari Pritam, SC Department State Convener Etikala Chiranjeevi and others participated by laying wreaths and paying tributes to their portrait.
Bhongir MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy was the chief guest at the stone laying ceremony of the statues of Jyothi Rao Phule Dr. BR Ambedkar under the patronage of Etikala Chiranjeevi, Chairman, Mercy International Organization.
Chiranjeevi has performed many developmental programs and social activities for the welfare of the people.
Many service activities were organized such as blankets for beggars, clothes for the poor, and food for orphaned children.
Helped a lot financially for the migrant workers and the poor. Free meals were provided to orphans and the elderly each year.
He fights over the problems of the people, for the welfare of the people.
He helped the death-affected family in the village by providing the basic essentials to them for survival and also assisted them during financial crises.
Through the Organization, Chiranjeevi has been installing street lights in his village, paving dividers, paving roads, eliminating drainage problems, alleviating power shortage, and solving water problems.
Chiranjeevi fight over every issue raised in the town and persistently worked to solve the issues.
He fought for the issues related to Handicapped Pensions, Widow Pension, Old age Pension, and also the problems of Ration Card and Health cards of the villagers.
Chiranjeevi distributed food, clothing, and Bedsheets to the Orphan Children and helped them by donating a certain amount whenever required.

Welfare Activities:

As Pension money from the government is to support old age people and the handicapped to make ends meet but circumstances related to pensions were cleared by providing pensions to the respective holders.
He is fulfilling his responsibilities to help the disabled in all ways in terms of organization.
Chiranjeevi has performed many social activities in the village such as providing food to the Old aged and Orphan Children, Mineral water to the Villagers.
He carries out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people living in the village and zone by clearing the issues related to Water, Drainage, and every minute problem to the individual.
He helped the old and poor people in the village by providing the basic essentials to them for survival and also assisted them during the financial crises.
Many of the colony’s development programs were a resounding success.
Every year a blood donation camp and a medical camp are set up in the colony and medicines are provided free of cost to those in need.
He always stood by the people of the colony. He does his part to help those in need.
Clean and Green was aimed to increase green cover and improve sanitation in villages. As a part of Cleanliness, massive plantation programs were taken up and the power supply has improved.
Besides taking up sanitation works, debris of ruined houses/buildings was removed as part of the Environmental Protection. Removal of stagnant water, filling potholes on the roads, and weeding out wild plants were also part of the program.
Chiranjeevi gifted a Puste Mettalu to the bride on behalf of the Mercy Organization with his own money for the wedding of the party workers’ daughter.

Pandemic Services:

During the First Wave of Corona-

Chiranjeevi came forward to help the needy who have been affected by lockdown and distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, needy ones, and Municipality workers by following the precautions.
Food item packets for drivers and migrant labourers were distributed whose livelihood has been affected during this lockdown period.
Chiranjeevi came forward with humanity to help those in dire straits during the corona and provide financial assistance to the people who are affected by the lockdown.
He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.
To spread awareness about social distancing and following precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic Corona an awareness program has been conducted.
As part of the drive to eradicate the corona epidemic, Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for the safety of the village.

During the Second wave of Corona-

Chiranjeevi himself rushed to the hospital in an ambulance for the villagers who were suffering from the disease in the second phase of the epidemic corona.
Chiranjeevi distributed fruits and vegetables to the Villagers who are suffering due to the pandemic.
He provided relief items on behalf of the organization to the patients who were confined to their homes due to the disease and provided them with morale.
Chiranjeevi has demanded the government to include the cost of corona disease in the Arogya Sree card, saying that the middle class and poor families are dying due to the booming corona disease and not being able to afford proper treatment at home.
He created awareness by explaining about the corona virus spread which leads to a great loss to the earth.
He provided food packets and water bottles to the roadside and the poor people.
Chiranjeevi also provided free masks and sanitisers to people with corona deficiency symptoms at the hospital.
He worked all days(Day and Night) during the covid period and looked after the people.
He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.

Awards & Recognition

Etikala Chiranjeevi, who has been selected as the Best Voluntary Organization from the State of Telangana, has been awarded the Maharashtra, Dr. Ambedkar National Award by the Bahujan Sahitya Academy National Poet of India for his many social service activities.
On the occasion of the election of Telangana Pradesh Congress Party SC Department as State Convener, the villagers politely greeted Etikala Chiranjeevi and honored him.
