Mr. Etikala Chiranjeevi is a prominent figure known for his roles as a social activist, politician, and Founder of the Mercy International Organization. He began his journey as a social worker, dedicating himself to serving marginalized communities regardless of caste, race, gender, or religion. His political career began with the Talli Telangana Party, which later merged with the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS). He transitioned to the Indian National Congress (INC) in 2008, where he held various leadership positions and was recognized for his commitment to public welfare. Chiranjeevi’s efforts extended to numerous social activities, such as providing aid to the needy, supporting education, promoting healthcare awareness, and contributing during the COVID-19 pandemic. His dedication earned him accolades, including the Maharashtra Dr. Ambedkar National Award, showcasing his significant impact on both political and social fronts.

EARLY LIFE & EDUCATION:
Chiranjeevi was born in the Kondampet Village of Addagudur Mandal on 20th May 1987 as the eldest brother of 3 sisters and 2 Brothers to the Couple Etikala Yadaiah and Anjamma.
He never believed in Fancy education. He had a simple education background as anyone and everyone does like the Secondary Board of Education from ZPHS Mothkur in 2002.
Since going to Shanti Niketan Junior College in Mothkur, Nalgonda, Chiranjeevi started his undergraduate (UG) career and completed it in the year 2004.
He studied Bachelor of Arts – Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) in PG College of Law located at Basheerbagh, Hyderabad in 2021.
POLITICAL CAREER
While continuing his education, Chiranjeevi started rendering service to the people by joining the SC, ST, BC Minority Student Union in the Year 2002 and rendered service to the students irrespective of their Caste, Race, Gender, and Religion and worked up to 2005.
In 2005, Chiranjeevi started his political career with the Talli Telangana Party which was newly founded by the film actress Satti Vijayashanti. But due to a lack of strength and support, the party has been merged into Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS).
As soon as Chiranjeevi stepped into it, the party handed over the post of Constituency Incharge of Thungathurthi from Talli Telangana Party in 2005 with unprecedented confidence in him. Chiranjeevi was desperately carrying out the duties assigned to him till 2008 without heeding the trust placed on him by the party.
In the year 2008, after being served in the respective party with the assigned designations, Chiranjeevi switched the party to Indian National Congress (INC) which is headed by Sonia Gandhi in the presence of 450 party members and under the guidance of Purushotham Reddy by citing code of conduct and disciplinary issues.
He won the admiration of the party and the people by using the responsibilities, duties, and powers assigned to him. So that in 2009, he was designated with the admired position of Youth Congress Constituency Incharge of Thungathurthi from the INC Party for the good of the persons without compromising on the trust placed in him till 2011.
For his constant dedication and efforts for the welfare of humankind, he designated the Position of SC Cell Mandal President of Mothkur from INC in 2012 by being working hard to put an end to the problems and inconvenience of the People.
By Continuing his tenure as the Mandal president, Chiranjeevi was delegated as the Constituency Coordinator of Thungathurthi from Aam Aadmi Ka Sipahi (“the Common Man’s Soldier”) further enhancing his responsibilities so that he could stay closer to the people and monitor their well-being every moment.
At the same time, He moved on to Hyderabad for the accomplishment of his LLB studies. For his leadership skills, he was appointed as the Independent Greater Hyderabad Convener of the Mali Dasha Telangana Movement (OU JAC) in Hyderabad.
After governing, the people with the assigned position in 2021 Chiranjeevi increased his work ethic by accepting the position of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee(TPCC)SC Department State Convener of INC to promote the right perspective towards the need for holistic and sustainable development in people by doing his part to alleviate the hardships faced by the people.
In the year 2022, a notable development took place in Chiranjeevi’s journey, as he was appointed as a distinguished Member of the Telecom Advisory Committee in Nalgonda by the Indian National Congress (INC) party. This appointment is a result to his growing influence and expertise in various domains, as he continues to expand his roles beyond social activism and politics. Chiranjeevi’s dedication to public welfare and his ability to contribute effectively across different sectors are evident through this significant recognition in the field of telecommunications.
Party and Social Activities:
Mercy International Organization’s Support for Rain-Affected Villages
The Mercy International Organization Foundation recently extended support to villages in Addaguduru Mandal of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, facing distress due to a lack of rainfall. Etikala Chiranjeevi, Chairman of the Mercy International Organization’s Telecom Advisory Committee, played a key role in providing financial assistance for essential coverings and critical supplies to 27 affected families.
Dignitaries Pay Tribute at Dasadinakarma Event
DCC Suryapet District President Cheviti Venkanna Yadav, along with TPCC State Leaders, participated in the Dasadinakarma event. The event paid homage to Uppunutala Kausalya Devi, with former ministers and TPCC Vice President Ram Reddy Damodar Reddy’s mother-in-law being honored. The tribute ceremony included floral offerings and acknowledgments from various political figures.
Blood Donation Camp and Financial Support
Under the auspices of the Matrudevbhava Pitrudevhava organization, a blood donation camp took place at Patipatla village in Motkuru Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district. Etikala Chiranjeevi, TPCC state leader, was present at the event, where he received a scarf in honor of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Additionally, financial support was provided to the family of Chittaluri Parashuramulu, who passed away while receiving treatment at NIMS Hospital Hyderabad.

Uday Kiran, the son of Irugu Krishna Vasantha Garla, received congratulations on his MBBS admission. This recognition reflects the positive engagement of political leaders in acknowledging and encouraging educational achievements within the community.

Etikala Chiranjeevi, the State Convener of the SC Department of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Party, has been vocal in advocating for farmers. He actively rejected central government bills against farmers, aligning with the directives of the AICC and TPCC. His political contributions led to his appointment as the State Convener, a role he received an appointment letter for from Bhubaneswar MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and SC Department State Chairman NagariGari Pritam.

Mercy International Organization
From a young age, Chiranjeevi displayed a strong inclination towards serving others, which eventually led him to become a dedicated social worker driven by a sincere desire to enhance the well-being of people through his contributions.
Parallel to his involvement in political activities, a pivotal moment occurred in 2001 when Chiranjeevi founded the Spare International Organization, where his inherent spirit of service came to the forefront. He currently holds the esteemed position of Founder and President of this organization.
Since its inception, in collaboration with his family, Chiranjeevi has orchestrated a multitude of impactful social initiatives that have positively impacted the lives of countless disadvantaged individuals. During this period, a poignant event occurred when Chiranjeevi’s daughter, Etikala Mercy Shree, tragically passed away due to illness. In honor of her memory and commitment, the Spare International Organization was renamed as the Mercy International Organization, with Etikala Mercy Shree’s legacy continuing to guide its altruistic endeavors.
