Duggempudi Subbareddy is an Indian Politician and current Sarpanch from Ganjivaripalli Village in the respective state of Andhra Pradesh.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION-

On the 15th of June 1986, he was born to a couple Mr.Mallaiah & Mrs.Subbamma and grown up in the census town of Ganjivaripalli in the district of Prakasam from the Indian States of Andhra Pradesh.

In the year 2003, he studied his Secondary Board of education from ZP High School resided at Yerragondapalem.

Later, he went on Undergraduate from SV Junior College located at Yerragondapalem, Prakasam, and completed it in the year 2005. Further, in 2010 he acquired PGDM and CMED courses from Himayatnagar. Since going to Malla Reddy College placed at Ongole, he attained MBA and completed it in the year 2012.

EARLY CAREER IN POLITICS-

During his tenure in education, he strongly believes that education is the only way to eliminate social evils and uplift society and that it is the only way to reach out to deserving students from the most backward parts of society and provide them with opportunities to not only complete their education but also to transform into confident people.

In the year 2007, he joined the National Students’ Union of India(NSUI) the student wing of the Indian National Congress (INC) often called a Congress Party by working as a Member to solve students’ problems by rendering service to the students and people irrespective of their Caste, Race, Gender, and Religion.

Despite growing politically and working hard for the welfare of the people in the positions assigned to him, In the year 2008 Subbareddy has been appointed in the admirable position as a Vice President for Degree College with the purpose of addressing the student’s requirements while also presenting a modest service.

After fulfilling the responsibilities of Students’ in the year 2013, Subbareddy debuted into Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) founded by currently designated as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and President of YSRCP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

His pure determination and sincerity towards the work, in the following year i.e in 2013 he has been appointed in the admirable designation as Youth Leader from YSRCP and working comprehensively all the time for the welfare of humankind. As being a part of YSRCP, Subbareddy expressed keen interest and performs every activity for the recognition of the relevant party till 2018.

Recognizing the work that Subbareddy was doing for the People, in 2018 he was elected as the Mandal President from Reddy Sangam to provide more services by continuing his duties and serve people all the way up to 2020.

Despite the handing over of responsibilities, the party was dazzled by Subbareddy’ s diligence, and in the month of April 2021, promoted him to the prestigious designation as the Sarpanch from Ganjivaripalli so he can stay close to the people and do things that will benefit them.

Since the day he accepted the reputable position he was desperately carrying out the duties assigned to him without heeding the trust placed on him in addition to his primary responsibility, he is addressing the problems faced by the people.

Performed a Range of Political Activities shortly after joining the YSRCP Party:

• During Elections, he enthusiastically participates in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to bring more voters to won the party in his locality.
• Many party development programs were carried out at the constituency level for the growth of the party and he respectably accepts the work assigned by the higher authorities and is completely involved to sort out the issues raised on any topics.
• He joined a large group of people at the party and helped them when they needed it.
• Subbareddy actively engaged in the Party’s initiatives and participates in every meeting organized by the relevant party.
• He organized and was involved in Political Party Joining meetings.
• He has been serving and assisting the party members whenever they are in need.
• Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the Party.
• A lot of work is being done to keep the party at a high level without compromising the decency of the party anywhere.

  Accompanying Jagan by Seva Mitra, Navratna welfare schemes were introduced by Jagan to work for the proper implementation of welfare schemes, for everyone who is entitled to them, regardless of politics, and for transparent governance. He offered Navratna Welfare Schemes to People in Ganjivaripalli Village.

Social & Welfare Activities-

• Subbareddy helped the old and poor people in the village by providing the essentials for survival and assisting them during financial crises.
• He financially assisted the poor people in the village and helped them in all possible ways.
• He extended his services by assisting poor people who are deeply affected by the assassination of their families by donating a certain amount for their well-being.
• If anyone in the village encounters any problem, Subbareddy will be at the forefront of the problem.
• Subbareddy is not limited to his services to the village but also extends to the people of the entire district.

Blood Donation-

• Subbareddy organized a blood donation camp in the village every year and donated blood to the extreme people.
• This program has started with the thought of no INDIAN should die with lack of blood and by implementing into reality started a group with countable members and started donating all the blood- Normal groups, Negative Groups, Rare Groups across INDIA with the help of donors.

Many ISsues has been Addressed on the Issues raised on ST People-

• Subbareddy fought over every issue related to the St community regarding land issues and in other cases.
• He solved many issues and gave Pensions like -Widow Pension,old-age pensions, Handicapped Pension, and also dispensed White Ration Cards from the Party.
• He fought for the issue raised on house deeds and was handed over to the families living in the village through the housing scheme implemented by the YSRCP government and also resolved the complications that occurred under the schemes.

School Developmental Activities-

• He solved every single problem faced by the students in the schools and Colleges.
• He distributed stationery items to the school children and gave them books that they should move steadily with great enthusiasm.
• As soon as it came to his notice that there were no proper facilities in the college, new furniture was arranged.
• He arranged all the facilities in the hostels without any restriction for a single student.
• Subbareddy mainly focused on students like Fee reimbursement and Scholarships, Buss pass issues and worked hard to ensure that scholarships were granted to students immediately.
• Subbareddy laid a big platform for the students’ bright future by organizing an awareness seminar to inform them about the importance of education in College.
• Every year on 15th August Independence Day and 26th January Republic Day celebrations are held at the school and cultural events are organized and plates and prizes being awarded to the winners of the event.

Village Developmental Activities-

He contributed his own money into the hamlet’s development and took part in village development operations such as paving CC roads, Digging of Borewells, Putting up Street Lights, Clearance of Drainage systems, and Solving water Problems.

Services Rendered During Dreadful Pandemic COVID-19-

• He supplied masks, sanitizers, and food to the impoverished, while also financial assistance.
• During the covid period, he worked all days (day and night) and looked after the people.
• He is indeed available, notably to the zone’s poorest inhabitants.
• Because self-isolated persons were unable to care for themselves,Subbareddy stepped forward to help them by providing basic necessities for a set amount of time while adhering to specified guidelines.
• He has been assisting unemployed people who have lost their employment as a result of the crisis and are in financial distress.
• Subbareddy conducted a Coronavirus awareness programme and provided specific precautions to avoid the dreadful virus.
• For families who do not even have the essentials to eat at home for the poor family, in the corona infected quarantine along with the corona tablets for them, all the members of the party volunteered come forward and help each member of the household with a daily supply of essentials directly to their home.
• At the hospital, Subbareddy also began offering masks and sanitizers to men suffering from corona deprivation symptoms.
• To spread awareness about social distancing and following precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic Corona an awareness program has been conducted.
