Shaik Ismail was born on 29 August 1984, in Yerragondapalem, into a family rooted in strong values and traditions. He was raised by his father, Shri Shaik Chinna Saida, and his mother, Smt. Shaik Fathima, whose guidance played an important role in shaping his character and outlook on life.

Shaik Ismail began his political journey with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in 2010. Major Initiatives of MYS Foundation Under Dr. Shaik Ismail

Mega Blood Donation Camp: On 29 August 2025, Dr. Shaik Ismail, under the aegis of MYS Foundation, organised a mega blood donation camp in which 85 donors participated, contributing to the cause of saving lives and promoting awareness of voluntary blood donation.

Recognition of Academic Excellence: Dr. Shaik Ismail honoured a student who secured 589 marks in the Class 10 examinations and presented her with a cash incentive of ₹2,000 to appreciate her academic achievement and encourage her continued educational progress.

Emergency Blood Donation Support: Through MYS Foundation, Dr. Shaik Ismail has facilitated coordination with blood donors to respond to urgent medical requirements. He has also acknowledged and appreciated donors for their timely assistance and valuable contribution to patients in need.
