Early Life:

On May 10th, 1965, Dr. Shaik Chand Pasha was born to the couple of Mr. Shaik Mahaboob and Mrs. Rashida Begum and raised in Jagtial, in the state of Telangana.

He has no education. He studied books related to studying, but he can read people’s feelings and their pain.

Finally, he began teaching karate professionally. He taught karate at Gollapally, Pegadapally, Gullakota, Dharmaram, Vengalayapet, Suddapally, Tirumalapur, Nancherla, Nandi Medaram, Adilabad, Donabanda, Dontapur, Dharmapuri, Rangapet, Potaram, Malayala, Jagityala, and other nearby areas. He also provided training to certain police families.

As a Painter:

After his father’s death, the entire burden of the family fell on him. S.I. Narasingrao’s help at that time was unforgettable. He was given a contract to paint the police quarters because he could paint. There was a little financial relief.

PDSU Member:

During those days, student movements were going on vigorously under the auspices of the Progressive Democratic Students Union (PDSU). Pasha was attracted to them and worked as a PDSU Activist for some time.

A career in Politics:

Dr. Shaik Chand Pasha joined the Indian National Congress (INC), often called the Congress Party, to fulfill the political requirements of the people while also providing a specific service.

He was appointed as the NRI Cell Convenor of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee for his continuous commitment and genuine interest. Since then, he has contributed to the welfare of society by doing his tasks according to the norms and regulations.

About Dr. Shaik Chand Pasha: 

In 1982, he began his career with “Karate Coaching” for free while also working as a “Wall Painter” for his livelihood.

In 1990, he was offered a job as a ” painter ” in Bahrain, and he returned to India in 1994.

He had a financial crisis when he returned to India in 1994. He used to manage the PCO/STD Telephone Booth until 1996 in order to recuperate from crises.

In 1996, he was offered a job as a ” Driver ” in ” Saudi Arabia “, where he worked for two years.

He returned to India in 2004 after working as a ” Driver ” in ” Bahrain ” in 1998.

From 2004 to 2006, he spent all of his earnings from his job on social activities, and his financial situation deteriorated to nothing. As a result, in 2006, he relocated to ” Dubai ” to work as a ” Driver “. While performing this work, he observed that Indians were having problems in the Gulf, so he spoke out about it and returned to India in 2007. He then began to rescue workers who worked in Gulf countries.

Dr. Shaik Chand Pasha’s Objective:

As a social worker and citizen of the country, he has taken an oath to secure or save people from the Gulf or foreigners.

Gulf Returning Members Welfare Society: 

• Dr. Shaik Chand Pasha was a painter for fourteen years in several Gulf countries. He not only witnessed but also endured the sufferings there. After coming back to India, he decided that no one else should have to go through what he did. So, he started the Gulf Returning Members Welfare Society and is now working to make the lives of Gulf victims better. There are two primary motives for migrating from the Telangana area to the Gulf States. The first is police persecution under the guise of working with Naxals, and the second is to seek job prospects in crop harvesting.

• An estimated three hundred thousand young people have relocated to the Gulf countries. A visa that costs only Rs 30,000 is demanded to cost one lakh to one lakh and a half rupees. Not everyone is a recognized agent. Too many imitations exist. Only three agents in the Karimnagar district have official authorization. Nonetheless, it seems that there are over a thousand agencies.
• According to police records, there are fifty visa scam agents operating in Jagitya. The supervisors were provided a list of agents who were defrauding by collecting lakhs and sending them to the Gulf with tourist visas. Accusations were brought against all of them. He encountered various obstacles with this order. Some agents conspired against Mr. Pasha, who was threatening his job, to frame him in fake cases and assault him physically. Pasha made attempts against all odds to find those who were missing in the Gulf. About a hundred people were required to return to India.
• The proprietor of Gulf is named Kapil. Chand Pasha’s involvements: 

• Since 2007, he has been actively engaged in conserving and spreading awareness initiatives by representing government personnel, political parties, and the media. He has rescued and helped many GULF victims and their families. Whoever died in the Gulf was personally involved and arranged for the return of Deceased Victims’ dead bodies via the government. He has arranged for the legal dues of the victim’s insurance amount to be paid straight to the victim’s legal heir’s bank account. He organized and arranged to clear the legal dues of victims from employers and benefit victim families throughout the GULF and non-GULF of 40 countries, with the cooperation of the Ministry of External Affairs and the Indian Embassy. He pulled all white-collar criminals and cheaters into the spotlight and reported them to the government of India and the state government for any issues, problems, or grievances caused by them. Based on his findings, the government revised NRI rules to allow workers and NRIs to conduct soft transactions.
• He has requested or demanded the implementation of the “NRI Court, NRI High Commission, NRI Police, and NRI Helpline Center” and has also asked for the government to provide Rs. 5 lakhs to victims’ families as compensation. The government used the above procedure in the states of Kerala, Punjab, Mumbai, Goa, and Chennai based on requests and demands.

After learning that a man had died of a heart attack in a military camp, his wife appealed to the Indian Embassy to bring back her husband’s body, and it was found that many of the country’s military personnel were on military duty when the officials visited the camp. Of these, 250 Indians were discovered to have arrived on visit visas and were deported. They all came back, and together with Chand, they explained their story. They said that they patrolled for months, and hundreds of Indians are still on patrol duty. They were also trained in gun training, how to clean guns, and how to install bullets. He asked that the Taliban also kidnap Indian expatriates in many places and train them in weapons, which is a dangerous sign for the country. He also showed the related photographs to the government.
• His search for missing lives in the Gulf countries is a step forward, where doctors and officials carelessly wrote reports and sent false news to the family members to make them suffer, and then the family members suffocated after knowing that it was false. Geddam Vishnu from Jagityala town went to Saudi Arabia to find a way out of his life. After three years, the news came that your son had died in the hospital. The family was deeply saddened by this. • Mani Bhojanna (45) of Kotla (B) village in the Sarangpur Mandal of the Adilabad district traveled to Qatar in the Gulf. Last week, Kapil (the owner’s name is Kapil) told the agency in India that he had fallen from a building while working as a construction worker. The agent reported Bhojanna’s death. Soon after Bhojanna fell from the building, the management who admitted him to the hospital thought of the cost and complained to the police that he had run away. As soon as he left the hospital, the cops arrested him. He served three months in prison. Unaware of any of this, his family requested that Chand Pasha bring the dead body. Ali, the company’s owner’s son, who learned of the situation, called and inquired, and was told everything. Angered by that, Amar Ali allocated the entire mess to Chand Pasha and installed gas pipes so that everyone could cook and eat. A kitchen has been arranged for all. With that, the matter was settled.
• Birpur’s Chukka Rakesh, Bandaru Rajesh (Tungur), and Prem Sagar arrived at the three villages. Complaints to the federal and state governments have resulted in nothing. They’ve all been through hell because of the Central Government. However, neither the state nor the national governments were concerned about the fact that there was no food to eat and no place to stay. Rakesh himself recounted to him what type of misery these seven kids who adopted the Iraqi song for the sake of a job, together with more than 300 Telugu children from Telangana, were in. He hit his leg while working and injured his toe owing to improper treatment. They wanted 3 lakh 50 thousand rupees to send it home to the agent. • Mamidi Sunitha’s written protest to Chand Pasha, state president of the Social Worker’s Welfare Association, and the district collector went unanswered. On July 12, 2018, the Indian Embassy in Saudi Arabia pressured the company’s ownership and sent it there. 
• At Shamshabad Airport, Dubbayya’s wife Sunitha, her son, and her friend were abducted by the Sarangapur Police Department while he was at Chand Pasha Airport.
