Dr. Shaik Chand Pasha
Founder of Gulf Returning Members Welfare Society, International Social Worker, Jagtial, Telangana, theLeadersPage, INC, NRI Cell Convenor.
Early Life:
On May 10th, 1965, Dr. Shaik Chand Pasha was born to the couple of Mr. Shaik Mahaboob and Mrs. Rashida Begum and raised in Jagtial, in the state of Telangana.
He has no education. He studied books related to studying, but he can read people’s feelings and their pain.
when his father’s health was damaged. Pasha went to the government hospital in pain; the doctor forced him to remove the left finger instead of the right finger, and the nerves were damaged and the illness worsened. So Pasha dressed in a black dress at night, covered his face with a cloth, and rode a rented rickshaw secretly. He supported his family with that money.
As Karate Master:
After returning from Bombay, Chand Pasha took up karate. In 1989, he learned karate and acquired a certificate with the image of a lawyer from SP Ramana Murthy. Finally, he began teaching karate professionally. He taught karate at Gollapally, Pegadapally, Gullakota, Dharmaram, Vengalayapet, Suddapally, Tirumalapur, Nancherla, Nandi Medaram, Adilabad, Donabanda, Dontapur, Dharmapuri, Rangapet, Potaram, Malayala, Jagityala, and other nearby areas. He also provided training to certain police families.
As a Painter:
After his father’s death, the entire burden of the family fell on him. S.I. Narasingrao’s help at that time was unforgettable. He was given a contract to paint the police quarters because he could paint. There was a little financial relief.
PDSU Member:
During those days, student movements were going on vigorously under the auspices of the Progressive Democratic Students Union (PDSU). Pasha was attracted to them and worked as a PDSU Activist for some time.
A career in Politics:
Dr. Shaik Chand Pasha joined the Indian National Congress (INC), often called the Congress Party, to fulfill the political requirements of the people while also providing a specific service.
He was appointed as the NRI Cell Convenor of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee for his continuous commitment and genuine interest. Since then, he has contributed to the welfare of society by doing his tasks according to the norms and regulations.
About Dr. Shaik Chand Pasha:
In 1982, he began his career with “Karate Coaching” for free while also working as a “Wall Painter” for his livelihood.
In 1990, he was offered a job as a ” painter ” in Bahrain, and he returned to India in 1994.
He had a financial crisis when he returned to India in 1994. He used to manage the PCO/STD Telephone Booth until 1996 in order to recuperate from crises.
In 1996, he was offered a job as a ” Driver ” in ” Saudi Arabia “, where he worked for two years.
He returned to India in 2004 after working as a ” Driver ” in ” Bahrain ” in 1998.
From 2004 to 2006, he spent all of his earnings from his job on social activities, and his financial situation deteriorated to nothing. As a result, in 2006, he relocated to ” Dubai ” to work as a ” Driver “. While performing this work, he observed that Indians were having problems in the Gulf, so he spoke out about it and returned to India in 2007. He then began to rescue workers who worked in Gulf countries.
Dr. Shaik Chand Pasha’s Objective:
As a social worker and citizen of the country, he has taken an oath to secure or save people from the Gulf or foreigners.
Gulf Returning Members Welfare Society:
- Dr. Shaik Chand Pasha was a painter for fourteen years in several Gulf countries. He not only witnessed but also endured the sufferings there. After coming back to India, he decided that no one else should have to go through what he did. So, he started the Gulf Returning Members Welfare Society and is now working to make the lives of Gulf victims better. There are two primary motives for migrating from the Telangana area to the Gulf States. The first is police persecution under the guise of working with Naxals, and the second is to seek job prospects in crop harvesting.
- An estimated three hundred thousand young people have relocated to the Gulf countries. A visa that costs only Rs 30,000 is demanded to cost one lakh to one lakh and a half rupees. Not everyone is a recognized agent. Too many imitations exist. Only three agents in the Karimnagar district have official authorization. Nonetheless, it seems that there are over a thousand agencies.
- According to police records, there are fifty visa scam agents operating in Jagitya. The supervisors were provided a list of agents who were defrauding by collecting lakhs and sending them to the Gulf with tourist visas. Accusations were brought against all of them. He encountered various obstacles with this order. Some agents conspired against Mr. Pasha, who was threatening his job, to frame him in fake cases and assault him physically. Pasha made attempts against all odds to find those who were missing in the Gulf. About a hundred people were required to return to India.
- The proprietor of Gulf is named Kapil. Kapil and the agent here are making things hard for the locals by insisting that they have praised the work ethic of the people at the Indian Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In order to raise awareness among the populace, gatherings were conducted in communities. The police chiefs created and published books on Gulf legislation at their own cost and on their own initiative. The press and electronic media have also made major contributions. With that, many short films and CDs were made and distributed free of charge, with names like Gulf Gayam Telugu Title. If all these are one step.
- Another step is to bring back the bodies of the unfortunate people who lost their lives due to various reasons in the Gulf. In today’s society, where people run a mile at the mention of a dead body, the Pasha’s special care in not only bringing the dead bodies from there without any fuss but also arranging a special ambulance to bring them to the homes of the victims in Hyderabad is commendable. He spent his own money many times on that. He found it surprising that he has repatriated more than six hundred dead bodies so far. He is bringing dead bodies after three to four months of the death, which is one step; bringing them even after one or two years (stored in the mortuary there) is another step.
- In addition to this, he has done many things, such as obtain compensation from the respective companies in case of death while working for different companies and, in the case of death due to the negligence of the agent, obtain compensation for the loss from the agent. There are many incidents where the owners were held responsible and compensations were given, apart from the fact that they were sent with fake visas. Chand Pasha also worked hard to bring the issue of Gulf victims to the attention of the governments and to convince the governments to establish a special department for the Gulf victims.
Chand Pasha’s involvements:
- Since 2007, he has been actively engaged in conserving and spreading awareness initiatives by representing government personnel, political parties, and the media. He has rescued and helped many GULF victims and their families. Whoever died in the Gulf was personally involved and arranged for the return of Deceased Victims’ dead bodies via the government. He has arranged for the legal dues of the victim’s insurance amount to be paid straight to the victim’s legal heir’s bank account. He organized and arranged to clear the legal dues of victims from employers and benefit victim families throughout the GULF and non-GULF of 40 countries, with the cooperation of the Ministry of External Affairs and the Indian Embassy. He pulled all white-collar criminals and cheaters into the spotlight and reported them to the government of India and the state government for any issues, problems, or grievances caused by them. Based on his findings, the government revised NRI rules to allow workers and NRIs to conduct soft transactions.
- He has requested or demanded the implementation of the “NRI Court, NRI High Commission, NRI Police, and NRI Helpline Center” and has also asked for the government to provide Rs. 5 lakhs to victims’ families as compensation. The government used the above procedure in the states of Kerala, Punjab, Mumbai, Goa, and Chennai based on requests and demands.
- A security guard is a security guard in any company or in a rich man’s house, but does anyone think of a security guard in a dangerous military base? Why do we entrust such responsibilities to professionals? But the US Army is still using the Telugu people who came to the Gulf from India to protect their military bases from the Taliban in Afghanistan. Chand Pasha Pasha brought this to the attention of the government and warned that it was extremely dangerous. There is no shortage of intelligence agencies in our country. Many organizations, like the prestigious “RA”, regularly monitor national security. They work with a thousand eyes, but there are many incidents where Chand Pasha uncovered many bitter truths that were not visible as part of his search and opened the eyes of the government. Pasha felt an “Aura” by showing how America is using Telugu people in the name of security guards in the Gulf countries.
- As many security guard posts are vacant in Afghanistan as well as in Gulf countries, thousands of aspirants are ready to go to those countries by paying lakhs of rupees to fake agents. Some of those who went are being used as cover for American troops in Afghanistan. After learning that a man had died of a heart attack in a military camp, his wife appealed to the Indian Embassy to bring back her husband’s body, and it was found that many of the country’s military personnel were on military duty when the officials visited the camp. Of these, 250 Indians were discovered to have arrived on visit visas and were deported. They all came back, and together with Chand, they explained their story. They said that they patrolled for months, and hundreds of Indians are still on patrol duty. They were also trained in gun training, how to clean guns, and how to install bullets. He asked that the Taliban also kidnap Indian expatriates in many places and train them in weapons, which is a dangerous sign for the country. He also showed the related photographs to the government.
- His search for missing lives in the Gulf countries is a step forward, where doctors and officials carelessly wrote reports and sent false news to the family members to make them suffer, and then the family members suffocated after knowing that it was false. Geddam Vishnu from Jagityala town went to Saudi Arabia to find a way out of his life. After three years, the news came that your son had died in the hospital. The family was deeply saddened by this. His wife stopped eating for a week and drowned in sadness. Knowing this, Chand Pasha went to visit the family members and asked for details. They tried to bring the dead body of Vishnu. They wrote letters to the hospital authorities, the company where Vishnu worked, and the Indian embassy. After seeing this letter, the management of the company sent information that Vishnu is not dead but is in ICU in the hospital. Even after that, he returned safely.
- Mani Bhojanna (45) of Kotla (B) village in the Sarangpur Mandal of the Adilabad district traveled to Qatar in the Gulf. Last week, Kapil (the owner’s name is Kapil) told the agency in India that he had fallen from a building while working as a construction worker. The agent reported Bhojanna’s death. Soon after Bhojanna fell from the building, the management who admitted him to the hospital thought of the cost and complained to the police that he had run away. As soon as he left the hospital, the cops arrested him. He served three months in prison. Unaware of any of this, his family requested that Chand Pasha bring the dead body. As a result, he should use the clue to find his dead body. Therefore, they wrote to the embassy and obtained exit permission for him. With the assistance of Telugu people, some subscriptions were collected for Bhojanna’s meal and a ticket to send him back to his hometown.
- Everyone used to eat the same mess because of good food. The owner of the mess, who could not tolerate this, put loose motion tablets in some tiffin boxes and raised the curtain of food poisoning. As the health of all those who had the meal deteriorated, he made them join the hospital. The government has issued a notice about the fraud at the mess because the people running it are outsiders and not the company. The management of the company came to know about it due to its appearance in the newspapers there. Ali, the company’s owner’s son, who learned of the situation, called and inquired, and was told everything. Angered by that, Amar Ali allocated the entire mess to Chand Pasha and installed gas pipes so that everyone could cook and eat. A kitchen has been arranged for all. With that, the matter was settled.
- Birpur’s Chukka Rakesh, Bandaru Rajesh (Tungur), and Prem Sagar arrived at the three villages. Complaints to the federal and state governments have resulted in nothing. They’ve all been through hell because of the Central Government. However, neither the state nor the national governments were concerned about the fact that there was no food to eat and no place to stay. Rakesh himself recounted to him what type of misery these seven kids who adopted the Iraqi song for the sake of a job, together with more than 300 Telugu children from Telangana, were in. After publishing, they called him and smoothed things out, as well as gave him information about this email. They said they would send all of them later due to the central government’s stance that Indians must pay money or else we will have nothing to do with them and only those with money will be given a chance. They did not assist even one of the agents. Thousands of individuals committed suicide by exploiting the country of the Gulf. All Indians residing overseas are suffering as a result of such governments’ attitudes. The corpses will not be returned. Victims’ Justice Commission We shall educate the people in the villages and deny them the opportunity to vote.
- Rulers that are unconcerned about the people have no moral right to demand a vote. The Gulf people cannot be duped anymore. The Gulf victims’ grief will not be forgotten. Even today, if governments and rulers open their eyes and discover the locations of people who are overseas and do not promptly send them, the strength of the Gulf NRI will be shown. The demand is to transport these five persons stranded in Iraq, as well as all others who are living in misery without money, to the United States and promptly assist and employ them. doing The major demand is for the NRI cell to be reopened. NRI High Commission Cell and NRI Police Department should be formed. The key demand is that each family of the deceased be provided 5 lakhs and that the government provide the family with a job.
- Sarangapur Dubbaiah case: Sarangapur Mandal’s Mamidi Dubbayya’s untimely demise. He paid 50,000 rupees to work as a mason in Saudi Arabia, trusting the agency. He hit his leg while working and injured his toe owing to improper treatment. They wanted 3 lakh 50 thousand rupees to send it home to the agent. Sunitha, the victim’s wife, reported the heart attack to the police but was unsuccessful.
- Mamidi Sunitha’s written protest to Chand Pasha, state president of the Social Worker’s Welfare Association, and the district collector went unanswered. After that, Mamidi Sunitha intended to bring her husband home, living or dead. Sunitha struggled in court for a year to get her husband. Chand Pasha tried again due to bureaucracy. He then complained to Mumbai Foreign Affairs Bhawan about the agent and travel business. Sanjay, a Mumbai Foreign Affairs Bhavan officer, instructed the agent. On July 12, 2018, the Indian Embassy in Saudi Arabia pressured the company’s ownership and sent it there.
- At Shamshabad Airport, Dubbayya’s wife Sunitha, her son, and her friend were abducted by the Sarangapur Police Department while he was at Chand Pasha Airport. They had him tell the SP we brought Dubbayya to act. Mamidi gave the reporters the paper without alerting Sunitha. Mamidi Sunitha reported to the authorities that the police abducted her and requested that her husband sue the police and punish them harshly. Mamidi Dubbayya, Sunitha’s spouse, died prematurely.
- Chand Pasha’s buddy Mallesh phoned to say he discovered Mamidi Dubbayya’s corpse while fishing. Mamidi Dubbayya’s death as his family sued his captors is tragic. Everyone presented this matter to the public, saying they sympathized with Mamidi Sunitha and that the community will help the family.
Along with the unemployed youth of Telangana Dr. Chandpasha’s suggestions for Indians:
- Unauthorized travel agencies are advertising job openings in newspapers and on cable television, calling applicants for interviews, stealing their passports and money, and committing fraud.
- The Ma Gulf Victims Association has provided legal advice to victims who have lost their passports after paying money to respond to such advertising; lawsuits have been filed against such agents with the assistance of the police; and hundreds of passports have already been issued.
- People should now be aware of and vigilant against such crooks. Those experiencing these issues can register a report at the relevant police station. Cases will be filed against them under the Immigration Rules and Regulations Act of 1983’s Section 10, Section 24, Section 420, and Sumoto sections.
Azad Visa:
- For decades, millions of individuals traveling on an Azad Visa have languished in Gulf prisons. Some individuals have even disappeared. And the deceased’s bodies cannot be returned home. Due to the indifference of certain government officials, millions of people have left the country and endured difficulties overseas. No actual Azad visa exists. We termed this visa the Azad Visa.
- The desire to make more cash has led us there. Azad visa is a sham application visa, and such visas have allowed local Arabs in Gulf countries to defraud the local government, purchase goods, and get jobs for the region’s destitute Arabs. It is sold for 10,000/- Riyyah by the Arabs who used it as a prop.
- Our Indian visa purchaser becomes a member of our household. He returns from the Gulf nations and sells our relatives these visas. We, a relative, trusted his statements and purchased visas ranging from 1,600,000 to 3,000,000 rupees, passed immigration, and transported them to Saudi Arabia.
- After reaching there, the Arab sheik surrendered his passport and made Akama, and the guy who took him into his custody instructed him to eat for two days and find work. Here is the Azad Visa! It makes no difference whether you get employment for two years.
- Otherwise, the individual becomes an agent immigrant after two years. If captured by police, he will be imprisoned. If we assume that these individuals represent us, we are deceiving ourselves. These Arab sheiks are in possession of passports.
- After spending two years with him, he will report to the government that this individual has fled to the government and that we have nothing to do with him, and he will give this passport to the government.
- Due to no fault of their own, the Arab sheiks get a second visa as lawful residents of that nation. This is due to the fact that immigration officials should not really grant such visas. Visas are issued in the name of travel agencies.
- The traveler obtains a visa and clears the ticket with immigration. However, a visa clearance fee of Rs 25000/- is required for this ticket. Rs. 30000/- is Travel agencies with a valid licenses are service agents. Service agents imply that the firm assures that this visa has been obtained. If anything were to happen to that individual, he would produce bogus documents for the authorities and get authorization.
- Even a licensed travel agency should not engage in such conduct. If they do, a case will be filed under the Section 1983 Rules. His licenses drew ten thousands of individuals who filed complaints against such travel businesses. CID and CBI offices across India, including Telangana, are identical.
Visiting Visa:
- For Gulf nations, as well as Afghanistan, Iran, Russia, Saudi Africa, Libya, Tajikistan, Thailand, and Hong Kong, visiting visas are available. Students who go to these nations are so well-educated that they are defrauded nationwide.
- While working on student visas in these nations, they are murdered by the locals. Numerous similar shards of evidence were provided to the national and state governments in the form of reports, and national-level negotiations were effective in halting them. After further education, they were defrauded out of millions of rupees and are now suffering in prison.
- There, by assisting jobless youth, they are given training for AK-47 rifles under the guise of jobs with an American military business. After two or three months of employment, they are fired and transported to our countries.
- This issue was brought to his attention in 2012. In its study, the group that filed a complaint with the International Investigation Agency and conducted a statewide poll revealed the truth. For this group’s research, which showed the facts, national-level media, Telugu media, and national media all looked around the world.
- Through this group, national-level media, Telugu media, international media, and media from all over the globe have offered coverage of this issue. The third idea is that engineering students should not be deceived by such a visa, even if they have studied so that their families do not suffer.
Employment Visas:
- An eligible passport is required for obtaining an employment visa. for licensed travel agencies only. Give me that passport and take a receipt. He should go on the same work visa as he is on now. He should know how much the salary is. The salary should correspond to the work.
- The expenses for the visa should be taken from the salary given by the sending company for 45 days. 20,000 should not be paid if he does not receive it within a month, file a complaint with the concerned police department.
- If he collects excessive money, he should take it back. If they refuse to give the passport and demand money, the travel agency should be reported to the police. If we do not bring the visa by the deadline, we will be fined.
Highlights:
- Many individuals travel using other people’s passports and end themselves in local and international prisons. As a consequence of the directive, thousands of individuals are languishing in prisons, and people are crossing our borders by purchasing the passports of persons who look identical to their passports. Such individuals will not be spared. Hundreds of similar incidents have been brought to his attention.
- Officials from the state administration and the SRA cell were given instructions and freed with the assistance of the central government. Those who find themselves in such situations might launch a case of sedition or a complaint against a terrorist. Purchasing someone else’s passport is a criminal act. The sellers will face severe consequences. On November 29, 2008, he became aware of a similar instance in which a person from Korutla, Metpelly was selling passports; the purchasers were apprehended and turned over to the then Jagityala DSP.
- On November 30, December 31, 2009, and January 9, 2009, articles were published in these publications and media. That case is still being investigated. Six persons from Metpalli and Metlachittapur villages obtained other people’s passports and traveled to Saudi Arabia. After completing jail sentences in Dubai nations, he returned.
- A guy called Mohan from the same town traveled on other people’s passports for three years before being apprehended in Saudi Arabia and sentenced to eight years in jail. Cases have been filed against the involved agent and he has been placed on remand. It is important that people be watchful and take action against such scammers when they come to their knowledge.
Instructions for those who have gone on the implemented job:
- We should work in the company we are going to. Don’t run away from that company. Any problems in the company should be reported to the home. Even if the said work is not given, if the wages are not paid, if the company management harasses and causes problems, this matter should be informed to the family members first.
- We have signed an agreement with the agent before going and should keep the xerox of the passport, visa copy, agent address, agreement copy, and agent phone number safe at home. In case of any difficulties there, we will have these proofs with legal advice and take it to the attention of NRSel officials and inform our Indian embassy working there. These organizations work to rescue and repatriate.
- According to the rules of the Travel Agent Immigration Act 1983 regarding the sent agent, a case can be registered and compensation can be given to you. So far thousands of people have been brought back to their homeland by informing the government through this mail on behalf of our society. These sixth instructions apply. Where in the world can Indians help those who are in trouble?
Instructions for availing of Govt Schemes :
- If you go overseas and die by accident, there is insurance coverage for people who die as a result of a side accident, a traffic accident, or mud. The policy of the Pravasa Bharatiya Bhima Yojana When we purchase the ticket, the associated agency accepts the policy. 10 lakh insurance within two years of the new relocation. This insurance costs 600/-. It must be built.
- To bring the dead bodies of those who died in accidents, two lakh forms were sent in the past to bring the dead bodies or the dead bodies were cremated there and ritual activities were carried out, but now for the last ten years public awareness conferences on these issues are being held to increase the pressure on governments to make the people aware and bring them to the country and their insurance policies can file a case and let the government take care of the family.
- Some brokers have defrauded customers who perished in large-scale incidents. When a dead corpse is returned home, if there are winning cases, they sign the documents and file the lawsuit; otherwise, they cooperate with the firms to settle the case and defraud the victims’ families.
- Everyone who travels overseas should apply for the Pravasa Bhima Yojana policy. E-C-N-R passport holders should also get this insurance and should not sign any white paper based on the brokers’ recommendations. These are the key points.
Instructions for seeking relief from the Government:
- The Central Government, NSAI Department, provide one lakh rupees to Galam and foreign countries for those who died abroad under the Immigration Act, 1983, incorporated under this Act, to those who are eligible under this Act, and to those who died in a hospital due to heart attack, illness, or suicide due to debt. Special legislation has been enacted requiring the federal and state governments to provide relevant evidence and evidence under the SIEM Relief Fund.
- No one should put their money in the hands of brokers. If there are evidence and evidence, the government’s programs may be acquired with legal guidance. For such individuals, he launched a court struggle on my behalf and received 256 G.P. As a result, the government has provided financial help to 29 persons.
- This G.P. pertains to persons who committed suicide after returning from Dubai in 2007. This one lakh rupees will come from central government funding in the state government’s quota when the legislation is passed in the assembly and parliament, regardless of the parties in power. 15 years of legal war by providing evidence to the government through petitions, last year our Telangana State Chief Minister and Deputy CMs battled for 9 years and provided shreds of evidence, this year on August 5 and 6, the petition was filed again. Legal fight and the power of the pen may be used to attain rights.
- For decades, Gulf agents have scammed hundreds of individuals out of thousands of rupees. For the last 15 years, similar scams have been brought to his notice by highly educated individuals such as B.Tech and M.Tech. Each student has paid millions of rupees and is in foreign jails, laying in the streets and parks, unable to return home.
- People like these exist all throughout the globe. Instead of extorting money from Nambabali and putting them in jail, they are treating them all as criminals who have committed a crime in the sight of the courts. This is one of the most elaborate frauds he has encountered. White-collar offenders appeared in court with attorneys, and an I.P. (petition) was filed.
- There were days when the court’s agent delivered notifications to the victims’ families stating that their lives were in danger. The victims who got the notices roamed about the court and committed themselves owing to debt.
- Criminals are given refuge by the court of law. Similar incidents include young people from Russia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Africa, Israel, and Hong Kong. Thousands of individuals were duped into traveling to Boronia, Kyrgyzstan, the United Kingdom, America, and other European nations, while thousands of others in their home countries were imprisoned owing to issues. Legal counsel has called thousands of individuals to repatriate such persons.
- In 2009, 70 Indians were deported from Malaysia, 10 Indians from Libya on September 18, 2009, and 150 Indians from Afghanistan in the same year. 300 Indians were deported from Iraq in the same year. Twelve Indians were deported from Russia in 2009. In the same year, 12 individuals were liberated and repatriated with the assistance of the government.
- In 2010, about 500 people were freed and returned the same year. With the assistance of the police, cases were registered against the 12 who cheated them all, and they were taken to the authorities concerned, and a complaint was made to the President of India, Mrs. Pratibha Patal, and similarly to the former President, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, and the then President, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee. A letter was also written to the High Court.
- The federal government has gathered information on victims associated with attorneys who have 21 cases pending in court. Lawyers representing the deceived Gulf agents are dismissing their lawsuits due to a lack of proof. It has been brought to my notice that such victims should not be subjected to this dilemma. If any victims’ complaints are dismissed with evidence, new cases might be filed against the agent.
- 12 copies of the previous case file.
- There should be a notice received from the court.
- You should have a written letter from him where he took the money.
- You must have a copy of the visa if you have been given it.
- To accompany.
- Must be present.
And the important point is that all these should be on the missing passport. If all these are there, a case can be filed against the agent with legal advice.
