Dr. M. Thippeswamy is the MLA(Member of Legislative Assembly) of YSRCP in Madakasira, Anantapur. He was born in 1955 to Hanumappa in Madakasira.

He Completed SSC Standard from ZPHS Amarapuram in 1969 and Intermediate from Govt. Junior College in 1971.

He Completed M.B.B.S. from Kurnool Medical College Kurnool in 1978 and M.D.D.G.O. from S.V. Medical College Tirupati in 1981. He was worked as a Doctor.

Thippeswamy started his political journey with the Congress Party. From 1999-2003, He worked as a Member of APLA in Madakasira and Palamaner Constituencies of the Congress Party.

He contested for Chittoor Loksabha Constituency during the year 2009 from Indian National Congress Party.

Thippeswamy joined the YSRCP(Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party). He was the Senior Leader of YSRCP in Madakasira.

By the new judgment of the High court, Dr. M. Thippeswamy continued as a Member of the Legislative Assembly for Madakasira from 2018-2019.

In 2019, He serving as an MLA(Member of Legislative Assembly) of YSRCP in Madakasira, Anantapur Andhra Pradesh.
