I am Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav, born on October 2, 1990, in the peaceful village of Nirmal, Telangana, to my respected parents, Esaveni Mallesh Yadav and Esaveni Laxmi Yadav, who instilled in me the values of resilience and service. My journey began with a modest education, progressing from Sri Saraswati Shishumandir High School to a Bachelor’s degree, B.P.Ed., and Post Graduation by 2016, equipping me with the knowledge to serve my people. Since my early years, I have been deeply involved with the Indian National Congress (INC), inspired by the visionary leadership of Honorable Shri. Rahul Gandhi, whose ideals of equity and progress resonate with my core beliefs.

My political career took root in 2009 as a Student Leader, addressing educational challenges, and later as State Secretary of the National BC Students Association, where I tirelessly advocated for the Backward Classes (BC) community. I fought relentlessly for BC rights, securing reservations and uplifting their socio-economic status through movements and negotiations. From 2011 to 2014, I immersed myself in the Telangana Movement, leading Padayatras, Maha Dharnas, and 25-day protests, including Sakala Janula Samme, to establish our statehood.

During the COVID-19 crisis, I distributed essentials, sanitized villages, and supported the vulnerable, while my social work through Bharathi Youth and Welfare Society focused on empowering the poor with innovative programs. I have been honored with a National Award in 2018 and an honorary doctorate for my contributions, yet my mission remains to serve. This platform reflects my lifelong dedication to the INC, the BC community, and Telangana’s progress, and I invite you to join me in this noble endeavor.

Early Beginnings and Educational Journey of Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav

Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav was born on October 2, 1990, in the serene village of Nirmal, Telangana State, to the esteemed couple Shri.  Esaveni Mallesh Yadav and Smt. Esaveni Laxmi Yadav. Hailing from a modest background, he embraced a practical approach to education, reflecting the values of simplicity and resilience shared by many in his community.

His academic voyage commenced in 2006 when he successfully obtained his Secondary Board of Education from Sri Saraswati Shishumandir High School in Nirmal, laying a solid foundation for his scholarly pursuits. He advanced his studies by completing his undergraduate education at Ravi Junior College, Nirmal, in 2008, demonstrating consistent dedication to his intellectual growth.

In 2011, he earned a bachelor’s degree from Kakatiya University, Nirmal, further enriching his academic profile. His pursuit of excellence continued as he attained a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) in 2014 from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, enhancing his educational expertise. Subsequently, he completed his post graduation at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Nirmal, in 2016, marking the culmination of his formal education with distinction.

In 2009, Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav embarked on his political journey as a Student leader, diligently addressing student concerns with steadfast resolve. His commitment during this period laid a robust foundation for his future leadership, marked by a consistent focus on resolving educational and social issues.

Thereupon, he was honored with the esteemed role of State Secretary of the National BC Students Association, a position in which he has tirelessly worked to promote the welfare and upliftment of humanity. His comprehensive efforts in this capacity reflect a deep dedication to advocating for the rights and progress of the Backward Classes student community across the region.

Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav actively immersed himself in the Telangana Movement from 2011 to 2014, passionately advocating for the separation of Telangana from Andhra Pradesh to establish it as an independent state. He provided invaluable intellectual support to the Telangana Statehood Movement, strengthening its ideological foundation and rallying support for the cause.

During this transformative period, Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav played a pivotal role in the struggle to carve out the new state of Telangana from the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh, demonstrating unwavering resolve. He organized a significant Maha Dharna at the Clock Tower Center to demand a separate state, mobilizing public sentiment effectively. As part of this relentless campaign, he led Padayatras alongside party members, fostering unity and determination in the fight for Telangana’s statehood.

Under the banner of the movement, he coordinated non-stop protests lasting 25 days, showcasing his steadfast commitment. Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav also participated in dharnas and rallies throughout the continuous agitation, amplifying the movement’s reach. In 2011, he established a Vanta Varpu during the Rasta Roko and joined the Sakala Janula Samme for 45 days, further solidifying his dedication to the cause through sustained action.

Meeting

A meeting was held with student organizations under the auspices of the Railway Line Implementation Committee at the Government Retired Employees Association building in the Nirmal district center. In this meeting, Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav discussed the need to establish a railway line from Adilabad to Armur via Nirmal and to organize a large-scale rally in Nirmal with private, government school and college students on the 15th of this month.

Pulse Polio Program

Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav, Chairman of Bharathi Foundation, participated in the Pulse Polio program and requested all parents to administer Pulse Polio drops to their children below the age of 5 years.

Congratulated District Education Officer

When the people of Borigam village brought to the attention of National BC Students Association State Secretary Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav that the government school in Borigam village, Tanur mandal, Nirmal district, was suffering a great loss due to the presence of only one teacher, they immediately brought this matter to the attention of the Nirmal District Education Officer and Collector and appointed a teacher to that school on deputation. The people of the village expressed special gratitude to the Nirmal District Education Officer and the District Collector for their efforts in this regard.

Blood Donation

A man named Bandhuram from Nagpur Thanda in Sarangapur Mandal of Nirmal District was seriously injured in a road accident. When the locals there were not able to find blood, they immediately contacted the Bharathi Foundation. Immediately after being contacted, E. V. Naresh Yadav, a member of the Bharathi Foundation, rushed to donate blood and saved his life. For this, the family members thanked him and the Bharathi Foundation and congratulated him. Bharathi Foundation Chairman Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav said that blood donation services are being provided through their foundation and appealed to everyone to come forward to donate blood.

The protest was held to demand the immediate release of the pending scholarship and fee reimbursement.

Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav and Dr. Talakokkula Narahari from Nirmal district headquarters were presented with the Global Icon Award by the Manjunatha Foundation at Ravindra Bharathi in Hyderabad by BC Commission Chairman Vakulabharanam Krishna Mohan Rao for their many social services over the past decade.

The Vishwachi Annadana program was organized in the village to satisfy the hunger of the poor by Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav.

AICC OBC Bhagidari Nyaya Sammelan Meeting

National BC Students Association State Secretary Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav and his team participated in the AICC OBC Bhagidari Nyaya Sammelan meeting held at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi. On this occasion, Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav said that justice will be done for BCs only with the Congress party. He said that 42% BC reservation, BC caste census, development of BCs, education, and medical care will be possible for BCs in all ways only with the Congress party.

National BC Student Association State Secretary Dr. Esaveni Manoj Yadav has called for the installation of statues honoring Mahatma Jyotibapule and Savitribaipule, along with the establishment of a BC Bhavan, in Nirmal district, which boasts the state’s largest Backward Classes population. He submitted a formal petition to the Additional Collector, who acknowledged the request, pledged to escalate it to the government, and assured efforts to address this demand.
