My journey, rooted in the values instilled by my parents, began in Gangapuram Village, Siddipet district. With a solid educational foundation from Osmania University, where I earned my BA, MA, and doctorate in Sociology, I embarked on leadership and service.

In 2001, I embraced the cause of Telangana statehood by joining the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Party. My dedication to the movement has remained steadfast throughout the years, marked by sacrifices and unwavering resolve. From enduring imprisonment during protests to organizing statewide demonstrations, I have tirelessly championed the aspirations of the Telangana people.

Navigating Education and Leadership Pathways-

I, Dr. Errolla Srinivas, was born on May 5th, 1979, in Gangapuram Village, Siddipet district, Telangana. I draw immense inspiration from my parents, Shri. Erolla Vijjaiah and Smt. Errolla Balavva, whose guidance has profoundly shaped my early life.

My academic voyage commenced in Gangapuram and progressed to high school in Gurralagondi. Subsequently, I completed my intermediate education at Government Junior College in Medak, where I laid the foundation for my educational pursuits.

My thirst for knowledge led me to Osmania University in Hyderabad, where I pursued and successfully obtained my BA and MA degrees. Furthermore, I had the honor of being conferred a doctorate for my exemplary research work in MA Sociology, thus enriching my educational journey with depth and expertise.

POLITICAL AFFILIATION WITH BHARAT RASHTRA SAMITHI (BRS)-

In 2001, I embarked on a pivotal journey in my political career by joining the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Party, signaling a significant shift in my political allegiance.

A PASSIONATE SUPPORT FOR THE CREATION OF THE TELANGANA STATE-

In my passionate desire for Telangana statehood, I became a dedicated Telangana Activist, fully dedicating myself to the Telangana Sadhana and actively engaging in the transformative Telangana movement. I was deeply committed to the cause of securing separate statehood for Telangana, driven by a strong sense of purpose and dedication.

In the midst of the increasing Telangana agitations, my constant dedication became even more evident as I made significant sacrifices for the cause. With solid focus and unrelenting loyalty, I faced a significant period of imprisonment, being held in various correctional facilities during the protests. Throughout this period of confinement, my spirit remained constant, proof of my support for Telangana statehood. The sacrifices made highlight the importance of my beliefs and the level of dedication I have towards the goals of the Telangana people. In 2002, I actively took part in a statewide strike organized by the BRS Party Central Leadership to show solidarity with the Telangana Movement.

Leadership as President of ARTS College OU-BRSV:

Demonstrating a profound commitment and patience, I elected as the President at ARTS College OU-BRSV from 2003 to 2004. Throughout my tenure, I showcased exceptional strategic thinking and leadership prowess, diligently advancing the goals of the party while prioritizing the welfare of students. Under my leadership, I fostered an environment that esteemed the needs and interests of students, ensuring their voices were heard and their concerns addressed.

During my tenure, I spearheaded various initiatives aimed at bolstering the presence and influence of the BRS party within the college community. Notably, I orchestrated BRS Cadre BRS-building programs, including membership drives, which saw a surge in the number of student leaders aligning with BRSV. By organizing these activities and mobilizing student leaders, I played a pivotal role in expanding the party’s reach and influence within the college campus.

Undertaking the pivotal role of General Secretary for Twin Cities BRSV, I significantly enhanced my engagement within the party by actively participating in various party activities. Demonstrating proactive leadership, I conducted thorough outreach to potential investors across the state, fostering deeper connections and support for the party’s initiatives. Additionally, I played an integral role in the Siddipet Assembly Campaign, overseeing poll management for BRS candidates. My responsibilities included personally visiting every voter in the constituency, advocating for the party, and urging them to cast their vote in favor of BRS candidates.

Initiatives as BRSV General Secretary:

As the BRSV General Secretary for Telangana State, I led a series of grassroots programs aimed at direct engagement with the local community. One notable initiative involved advocating for the fair representation of Telangana students in the AP Study Circle. Through organized agitation and persistent efforts, successfully secured an 85% reservation quota for Telangana students in the AP Study Circle, ensuring their rightful share and representation.

Activism against Corruption: Organizing Dharna-

In 2006, I took a proactive stance against corruption by organizing a Dharna to protest against the exploitation of AP Corporate College. This demonstration aimed to highlight and address issues of corruption within the educational system, advocating for fairness and accountability.

During the Karimnagar By-Election, I actively participated in the campaign efforts and assumed the responsibility of poll management for BRS candidates. Engaging directly with voters, I visited every household in the constituency, urging residents to support the party through their votes.

Establishment of Telangana Research Association: Advocacy for Cultural Respect-

Recognizing the importance of preserving Telangana’s cultural heritage, I founded the Telangana Research Association at Osmania University (OU). Additionally, I played a pivotal role in organizing a significant agitation against a Circle Inspector of Police who made derogatory remarks about Telangana culture. This agitation resulted in the suspension of the Circle Inspector, garnering support from 26 MLAs.

Supporting the demand for age relaxation for SC/ST aspirants in the SI Police examination, I organized and participated in an indefinite hunger strike at OU. This demonstration aimed to advocate for equal opportunities and fair treatment for marginalized communities. Additionally, I showed solidarity with KCR’s hunger strike in Delhi, which protested against the non-implementation of the CMP of UPA, emphasizing the importance of social justice and political accountability.

Leadership as BRSV State President: Advocacy and Empowerment-

In 2007, I assumed the role of BRSV State President, leading various advocacy efforts and empowerment initiatives. One notable agitation was against the Osmania University authorities for allocating a house to the Principal Secretary of Higher Education, Mr. Christopher. Additionally, I organized and conducted extensive training classes for 2100 BRSV students in 25 batches, with separate sessions for 500 BRSV girl students per day, aiming to enhance their skills and capabilities.

As the BRSV President in 2008, I orchestrated a massive membership drive, successfully adding 9 lakh memberships to the party. Furthermore, I organized the Vidhyarthi Garjana Program at Nizam College ground, drawing participation from 1 lakh students. In addition, I led the Gandhi Giri Program across 10 Telangana districts, advocating for the interests of the people.

During my tenure, I led initiatives aimed at addressing pressing issues and promoting social welfare. Notably, I staged a Dharna at the Assembly against the forceful implementation of the central syllabus, highlighting concerns about educational policies. Moreover, I organized a large-scale blood donation camp on Sri. KCR’s Birthday, with 300 donors contributing to the noble cause, emphasizing the importance of community service and solidarity.

I Participated rigorously in Vikarabad By-Election Campaign and did Poll management for BRS Candidate, visiting each and every voter in the constituency and requesting them to vote for the Party.

Leadership and Activism in 2009:

Appointment as Polit-Bureau Member: In 2009, I received the honor of being nominated as a Polit-Bureau Member by Sri. KCR, marking a significant milestone in my political journey. I actively participated in the Warangal MLC Elections, where I played a pivotal role in supporting BRS candidates, demonstrating my commitment to the party’s objectives and electoral success.

Support for Sri. KCR’s Hunger Strike: I played a crucial role in organizing committees and mobilizing 56 teams across 2000 colleges in Telangana to support Sri. KCR’s Hunger Strike. This initiative showcased our solidarity with the Telangana movement and our unwavering support for Sri. KCR’s endeavors towards statehood.

Protest and Advocacy Efforts: I organized a massive rally with various student unions, advocating for Telangana’s statehood, which resulted in my subsequent arrest. Additionally, I led hunger strikes at Osmania University (OU) in support of Sri. KCR’s resignation as a Member of Parliament and subsequent hunger strike in New Delhi. These demonstrations underscored our commitment to the Telangana cause and our willingness to make sacrifices for its realization.

Key Role in Student Activism: I played a leading role in establishing the Vidhyarthi Maha Garjana at OU Arts College, drawing participation from 3 lakh students. Furthermore, I actively participated in organizing and leading protests, including the Assembly Muttadi by TRSV & Student JAC, for which I was arrested and jailed for 25 days. I also played a pivotal role in forming the Student Joint Action Committee (JAC), uniting all student unions at OU under a common platform for advocacy and activism.

In addition to my activism, I discharged my responsibilities as the Narayanapet Constituency In-charge during the Mahboobnagar Parliament Election, ensuring effective party organization and representation in electoral processes. My multifaceted involvement underscores my dedication to both grassroots activism and organizational leadership within the BRS party.

In 2010, I demonstrated my unwavering commitment to the Telangana Movement by organizing and leading the Maha Paada Yatra. Covering a distance of 750 km from Osmania University to Kakatiya University via Adilabad, this yatra symbolized our collective resolve and determination to achieve statehood for Telangana. As a key participant and organizer, I played a lead role in mobilizing support and raising awareness about the Telangana cause, rallying thousands of supporters along the route.

In 2010, I engaged in the Siddipet Assembly By-Election Campaign, where I dedicatedly campaigned for BRS candidates, meticulously managing poll activities. Subsequently, in 2011, I continued my active involvement by participating in the Station Ghanpur Assembly By-Election Campaign, striving to secure support for the BRS party among voters.

In 2012, I remained dedicated to the electoral cause, participating vigorously in the Parkala Assembly By-Election Campaign. With meticulous attention to detail, I managed poll activities and engaged with constituents to garner support for BRS candidates. Additionally, in 2013, I actively participated in the Bhanswada Assembly By-Election Campaign, tirelessly visiting every voter in the constituency to advocate for the BRS party and its objectives.

Throughout these campaigns, my unwavering commitment to advancing the electoral goals of the BRS party remained steadfast. By engaging directly with voters and meticulously managing poll activities, I endeavored to represent the interests and aspirations of the people of Telangana. My rigorous involvement in these electoral processes underscored my dedication to serving the community and advancing the political objectives of the BRS party.

In 2014 I served as the Kondapaka Mandal In-charge during the Gajwel Assembly Election Campaign, I diligently managed poll activities for BRS candidates. My responsibilities included visiting each and every voter in the constituency, advocating for the BRS party, and ensuring their support at the polls.

In 2015, by Continuing my commitment to electoral processes, I assumed the role of Gajwel Constituency In-charge during the Medak Parliament By-Assembly Election. Engaging in rigorous campaigning and poll management, I personally visited constituents to garner support for the BRS candidate, emphasizing the party’s agenda and objectives.

In 2018, by Undertaking the duties of Maktal Constituency In-charge during the Assembly General Elections, I spearheaded campaign efforts and managed polls for BRS candidates. Through extensive voter outreach and advocacy, I worked tirelessly to secure support for the BRS party, ensuring its success in the constituency.

In my roles as Constituency and Mandal In-charge, I tirelessly worked to ensure the success of the BRS party by engaging with voters, advocating for our agenda, and securing their support at the polls. These experiences reinforced my commitment to serving the people and advancing our party’s objectives.

Appointment as Chairman of TSSCSTC:

Nominated as the Chairman of the Telangana State SC, ST Commission (TSSCSTC) by Hon’ble Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao garu, I assumed office on February 28, 2018. With the unwavering support of Hon’ble CM KCR, I spearheaded the renovation of the Commission office into a Corporate Model, allocating a budget of 2 Crores. This transformation symbolized a source of pride for SCs & STs, reflecting our commitment to their empowerment and well-being.

As Chairman of TSSCSTC, I dedicated myself to empowering SCs & STs, transforming the Commission office into a symbol of pride and progress with the unwavering support of Hon’ble CM KCR. Our efforts epitomized our commitment to their upliftment and welfare.

Leadership Roles and Electoral Contributions:

In 2019, I served as the Sangareddy Constituency In-charge during the Medak Parliament Elections, managing poll activities for the BRS candidate, resulting in victory.

In 2020, I played a pivotal role in the Dubbak By-Election, contributing to poll management for the BRS candidate. Additionally, I played a significant part in securing victory in the GHMC Elections for the Golnaka Division.

In 2021, I continued to contribute to electoral successes, playing a major role in the MLC Elections for Graduates in Rangareddy, Nalgonda, and Mahaboobnagar. Additionally, I played a key role in the Siddipet Municipal Elections, managing polls for the BRS candidate and ensuring victory.

Appointment as TSMSIDC Chairman:

In 2021, I was honored to be appointed as the Chairman of the Telangana State Medical Services and Infrastructure Development Corporation (TSMSIDC) by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri. K. Chandrashekar Rao, assuming office on December 22. In this role, I am committed to advancing healthcare infrastructure and services across the state, reflecting our government’s dedication to public health and well-being.

Electoral Leadership and Victories: A Testament to Commitment and Strategy

2022 – Munugodu By-Elections:
In 2022, I assumed a pivotal role in the Munugodu By-Elections, where I oversaw 5 clusters comprising 2 mandals. As the In-Charge, I meticulously managed poll activities for the BRS candidate, contributing significantly to their victory in the election.

2023 General Assembly Elections – Sangareddy Constituency:

In 2023, I discharged my duties as the Sangareddy Constituency In-charge during the General Assembly Elections. Engaging in extensive campaigning, I personally visited every voter in the constituency, urging their support for the BRS Party. Additionally, I managed poll activities, resulting in a resounding victory with a majority exceeding 6000 votes.

In the realm of electoral campaigns, my role as a Constituency In-charge during the General Assembly elections was both humbling and empowering. Engaging with constituents directly, I witnessed the true essence of democracy and the power of grassroots mobilization.

• During my tenure as the Chairman of the Telangana State SC & ST Commission, I spearheaded transformative initiatives aimed at uplifting and empowering marginalized communities. With the unwavering support of Hon’ble Shri. CM Shri. KCR, I led the renovation of the Commission office, transforming it into a Corporate Model with a budget of 2 Crores. This renovation not only enhanced the physical infrastructure but also served as a symbol of pride for SCs & STs, symbolizing our government’s commitment to their welfare and advancement.

• Additionally, I played a pivotal role in the distribution of over Rs. 78 Crores as compensation to victims of atrocities in 13905 cases. This significant allocation of funds not only provided financial support to those affected but also underscored our commitment to ensuring justice and redressal for marginalized communities. Through these initiatives, I sought to address systemic inequalities and promote inclusivity and social justice within our society.

• I initiated a systematic practice of convening regular District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee meetings across all 33 districts of Telangana State. These meetings were organized to ensure diligent oversight and monitoring of various initiatives and projects, fostering transparency and accountability in governance processes. Through these meetings, we aimed to address pertinent issues, evaluate progress, and strategize for effective governance at the grassroots level.
• Throughout my tenure as Chairman of the Telangana State SC & ST Commission, I prioritized proactive measures to address the grievances and uplift the living standards of marginalized communities. Over the course of my term, I received and effectively resolved a total of 7,982 petitions, ensuring timely redressal of concerns and grievances.
• Recognizing the importance of firsthand assessment, I personally conducted 819 field visits to assess the living conditions of Dalits and Adivasis. These visits not only allowed me to witness the challenges faced by these communities but also enabled me to provide immediate support and consolation to the victims of atrocities, ensuring that they received compensation in a timely manner.
• Additionally, I introduced the practice of celebrating Civil Rights Day in villages across the state, with celebrations held in 9787 out of 12000 villages. This initiative aimed to raise awareness about civil rights issues and promote social inclusion and justice within local communities

• To expedite the resolution of legal matters, I conducted 97 court hearings and passed judgments to address issues faced by atrocity victims. Furthermore, I pioneered the Jana Adalath program, which brought the court directly to the grassroots level. Through 28 Jana Adalath court hearings, I addressed 438 grievances and conducted 752 reviews, providing swift and accessible justice to those in need. These initiatives underscored my commitment to promoting equality, justice, and empowerment for SCs & STs throughout the State.
  
• The Commission took proactive steps to implement G.O.Ms.No.59, which facilitated the allocation of contract work amounting to Rs. 1 Crore to contractors from SC/ST backgrounds, with exemption from Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).
  
• Additionally, concerted efforts were made to ameliorate the living conditions of remote Tribal communities, prioritizing their welfare and development.
  
• Furthermore, approximately 748 students from SC/ST backgrounds were successfully enrolled in Tribal & Social Welfare Residential Schools, in collaboration with relevant educational institution Secretaries, enhancing access to quality education for marginalized communities.
  
• Moreover, rigorous oversight was maintained over the implementation of the Rule of Reservation (ROR) in all departments of educational institutions, including universities, ensuring equitable opportunities and addressing backlog vacancies.
  
• Furthermore, the Commission undertook the production of Documentary Films aimed at raising awareness among marginalized communities and affiliated organizations, fostering empowerment and social upliftment.
• A significant case involving Syndicate Bank was addressed, resulting in over 50 eligible SC/ST employees securing permanent employment in the class IV category, effectively filling backlog vacancies. Additionally, across all banks nationwide, a total of 956 SC/ST employees were successfully appointed, reflecting the Commission’s efforts to promote inclusivity and address employment disparities among marginalized communities.
  

• Advocating for Social Equity: I played a pivotal role in implementing a new reservation rule, allocating 16% of Diet & Sanitation contract works to SCs, promoting inclusivity and social equity within the healthcare sector.

ISO Certification: On June 5, 2023, the TSMSIDC achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, recognizing my excellence in:

• Designing and Developing Civil Infrastructure Works, including Hospitals and Medical Colleges.
• Procuring and Supplying Medicines, Surgical Consumables, Diagnostic Reagents, and Medical Equipment for all Government Hospitals in Telangana.
• Leadership in Healthcare Distribution: On November 9, 2023, Telangana attained the top position in the DVDMS rankings (Drugs and Vaccines Distributing Monitoring System), underscoring our commitment to efficient healthcare distribution and management.
• Policy Revisions for Enhanced Procurement: I spearheaded the revision of Drug Procurement Guidelines (G.O.Ms.No.140) and Surgical Procurement Guidelines (G.O.Ms.No.139), both dated November 9, 2022. These revisions aimed to streamline procurement processes, ensuring the availability of essential medical supplies for healthcare facilities across Telangana.
