Dr. Cherivi Vijay Kumar

 

Dr. Cherivi Vijay Kumar is the Founder and Chairman of C.Mangaiah Foundation in Cherivi Village in Chittoor District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

Vijay Kumar was born on the 28th of January 1993, to the couple Mr. Cherivi Mangaiah and Mrs. Cherivi Venkatamma and was raised in the village of Cherivi in Satyavedu Mandal of Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh.

In the year 2008, Vijay Kumar acquired his Secondary Board of Education from Master High School at Satyavedu and completed his Undergraduate course in 2011 from Sri Chaitanya Junior College in Tirupathi.

He attained his Graduation with a degree of Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2014 from Narayana Medical College located at Nellore affiliated with NTR University, Vijayawada.

Vijay Kumar finished his Post Graduation with Emergency Medicine from Symboyasis International University placed at Pune in 2017. In the year 2019, He completed his M.D. Alternative Medicine at Kolkata, Uttarakhand.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE:

Soon after the accomplishment of his education, Vijay Kumar began his Professional Career related to his higher education as a Director of Kalyani Hospital located in Sri City, and ever since he started the business he simultaneously handling his family responsibilities.

EARLY CAREER IN POLITICS:

By being discharging his duties professionally, Vijay Kumar began his Political career in 2017 by joining the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP)founded by the Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy current chief Minister of the State Andhra Pradesh.

Vijay Kumar has been representing the YSRCP as a Party Leader and contributing to the development of society since the day he joined the party, by executing out his tasks effectively and adhering to the party’s policies and guidelines.

He was briefing the people on the welfare schemes introduced by the government for the upliftment of the backward classes through a mobilization Program.

Many party development programs were carried out in the village to help the party grow, and he courteously accepts the work assigned by higher authorities and is immersed in remedying any issues raised on any topic.

CAREER IN SOCIAL SERVICE:

Vijay Kumar has been used to being served since he was a teen. While pursuing his academics, Vijay Kumar also participated in numerous development initiatives.

He is a fervent believer that everyone should respond to social service that inculcates a sense of patriotism in their consciences, and that individuals should continuously strive to influence others by emphasising their responsibility to serve.

C. Mangaiah Foundation

  

With the express purpose of helping people in any way possible, Vijay Kumar founded the “C. Mangaiah Foundation” in 2015 to serve the people in any way possible by guiding himself to when they were in need and his pure sense of humour or transformed him into a great person with humanity.

Since the day of establishment, Vijay has been serving as the Founder and Chairman of the respective Organization by providing services to the people by satisfying the requirements of everyone who appealed to him for assistance.

Social Activities:

• The circumstances related to Pension money from the government were cleared by providing pensions to the respective holders in the village.
• He fought for the issues related to Handicapped Pensions, Widow Pension, Old age Pension, and also the problems of Ration Card and Health cards of the villagers.
• Every year he Distributed books, pens, Stationery items, and School Bags to poor children for their higher education and also helped them financially for their bright future.
• He offered financial support as well as other kinds of relief to the village’s needy people. Vijay Kumar will be accessible to the village’s residents during their tough times.
• He was instrumental in guaranteeing support programs for the poor and assisting them in surviving.
• He provided financial assistance to the village’s impoverished residents as well as other forms of assistance. Vijay Kumar will be accessible to the residents of the village through their difficult times.
• He expressed his humanity by donating wheelchairs free of cost to those who were born with disabilities and suffered from accidental loss of limbs.
• He took an active part in ensuring assistance programs for the impoverished and aiding them in surviving their life.
• Each month, he organized a blood camp all over the Nellore and Chittoor district especially for the cancer patients, and also assist them financially and a Medical camp in the area, providing medicine to people in need.
• Through the foundation, He frequently distributes food and necessities to the patients at the government hospitals.
• Vijay Kumar is very supportive of the women’s welfare in the village and works hard for their growth and the development of the societies.
• With the Initiation of Matrudevobhava Scheme, has been distributing nutritious food and Eggs to pregnant women and also offer counselings with the Doctors for the proper care.
• Due to a lack of sufficient available water resources to meet the needs of water usage, a shortage of water occurs, affecting people’s well-being and leading to hunger, disease, and poverty. Based on this aspect, Vijay Kumar arranged motor facilities to the nearby wells and reduced the water scarcity in the village.
• As a part of the encouragement to the students, He conducted District and State level Tournaments and motivates the sports players.

Services Rendered During The Pandemic Covid:

• During the first and second waves of Corona, Vijay Kumar offered financial and humanitarian assistance to people who were impacted by the lockdown.
• Vijay Kumar acted humanely during the crisis, assisting individuals in distress and providing additional assistance to those afflicted by the lockdown.
• During the crisis, Vijay Kumar responded generously, aiding those in need and giving special support to those impacted by the lockdown.
• He offered masks, sanitizers, and meals to the underprivileged, as well as financial assistance.
• With the association of the Foundation members, Vijay Kumar distributed masks and sanitizers at the Constituency level government offices.
• For the public’s protection, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all around the village as part of the effort to eliminate the corona outbreak.
• Vijay Kumar and his fellow members distributed Vegetables and food to the poor and needy people in the Village and quarantined people as well by following certain precautions.
• During the corona epidemic, medicines were distributed free of charge, raising awareness of the need to be careful before contracting corona disease.
• In the Kalyani Hospital, Vijay Kumar set up 2 ventilators free of cost for the people who were severely suffering from the virus.
• Through the foundation, He provided oxygen cylinders free of charge at the hospital during the hard times and many of the victims were given another birth.
