Donkana Leelakumar

Donkana Leelakumar is an Indian Politician and current ITDP Co-ordinator from Gollavuru Village of Srikakulam district in Andhra Pradesh State.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

On the 28th of February 1979, Leelakumar was born to the couple Mr Donkana Poolaiah and Mrs Donkana Anasuyamma and resided at Gollavuru in Nandigama Mandal of Srikakulam District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

In 1997, Leelakumar obtained his Board of Secondary Education at Zill Parishad High School, located at Nandigama. He completed his Intermediate GT Junior College, Tekkali, in 1999.

In 2004 he completed his Graduation (Degree) at GT Degree College, Tekkali. In 2013.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE:

Leelakumar his early professional career after getting his qualification with solid objectives and commitments, having started his doing job. From 2004-2007 he worked as Dispatching Assistant at Eenadu Vartha Patrika (Usodaya Enterprises), located in the Srikakulam district. From 2007-2012 he did Developing Operator at Balaji Color Lab.

EARLY CAREER IN POLITICS:

Later, he joined the Telugu Desam Party, which was started by Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Garu and Mr Chandrababu Naidu Garu, an Indian politician. Leelakumar was selected as an Party Activist in 2012 in Gollavuru Village.

Leelakumar offered his service work to the people like the Mandal Telugu Yuvatha President from 2016-2019, Nandigama from the Political party TDP. After years of service to the people in this position, he was selected as an ITDP coordinator in 2020. He demonstrates great enthusiasm for the Party and participates actively in all activities, adhering to the party’s code of conduct and working to improve the public perception of the party.

Party Activities:

• Leelakumar campaigned; during elections, he went door-to-door campaigning and worked hard to get more people to vote for his party to win in his area.
• He conveyed to the people the greatness of the party and the symbol and ideology of the TDP party leaders. He was briefing the people on the welfare schemes introduced by the government for the upliftment of the backward classes through a mobilization Program.
• Leelakumar was very active in many social service activities. He worked hard to get the word out about different State and Central Government programmes and to help people take advantage of them.

Developmental Activities:

• Leelakumar fought with the government over the condition of cc roads, bridges, water tanks, and current in Gollavuru village, and he took up the sanction of works. He has done much work in Nandigama Mandal to improve the villages.
• He goes to all TDP Party meetings, rallies, and other events. Many District and State-level development programmes and organised Party membership programmes were run in the village to help the people grow.
• Leelakumar helped in protecting when the people had problems in their village. And he conducted blood donation camps.

Pandemic Services during the COVID-19:

• Leelakumar sneaked forward to assist people affected by the lockdown by giving vegetables and fruits to villages, the homeless, and Municipality employees while following the procedures.
• He helped the poor by distributing items such as masks, hand sanitisers, food, and monetary assistance. An awareness demonstration was performed to raise awareness about social distance and the need to take precautionary steps to eliminate the Corona Epidemic.
• When the coronavirus was finally exterminated, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed across the whole village to ensure that the villagers were not exposed to any harmful effects. The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea to increase awareness among the general population about the need to acquire a free corona vaccination.
• During the pandemic, A door to door survey was organized and raised awareness about the virus covid and provided precautions to be followed.
