Dondapati Srinivas Rao

Dondapati Srinivas Rao is an Indian politician belonging to the BRS party. He is a prominent BRS leader with plenty of experience in the Political field. He currently holds the designation of District Youth Leader from Bhadradri Kothagudem, Telangana.

Born and Education:

On 10th September 1977, Srinivas Rao was born to the couple Narasimharao and Mangamma. He is raised in Kakarla village. He is a Responsible Leader who led a successful life by dedicating his life to helping others and taking part in their hardships.

In 1993, Srinivas Rao completed his Board of Secondary Education at Zilla Parishad high school, located at Kakarla. From 1993-1995, he obtained his Intermediate at Baby Moon junior college, Khammam.

A career in Politics:

Srinivas Rao is deeply committed to Social Service and is constantly willing to contribute to the prosperity of the country. His passion to serve people prompted him to enter politics. He became involved in politics and began his political career as a Member of the CPI Party.

The Communist Party of India(CPI) is the oldest communist party in India and one of the eight national parties in the country. The CPI was founded in Kanpur on 26th December 1925.

He contributed significantly to the Party’s development by participating in every event. He was elected an Active Leader by Party Officials who acknowledged his abilities to assist the public in whatever way feasible at any given time as a Party Worker.

Srinivas Rao has been associated with the AISF since 1993. The All India Students’ Federation (AISF) is the oldest surviving student organization in India it was founded on 12th August 1936 with the guidance of freedom fighters and revolutionaries of that time.

He was an Active Member of the AISF. He organized protests against the students’ mistreatment. He had a lot of trouble with student difficulties. Srinivas Rao and AISF leaders have staged protests calling for the quick provision of fee reimbursements and scholarships.

Due to his active involvement in the AISF, the authorities promoted him to the designation of School Union President with the hope that he would continue his services.

In 1995, Srinivas Rao joined the All India Youth Federation(AIYF) a nationwide youth organization of the Communist Party of India founded on 03rd May 1959. AIYF is affiliated with the World Federation of Democratic Youth.

From 1998 to 1999, he did a great job as the Mandal Youth President for the Julurupadu Mandal in the Bhadradri Kothagudem district, where he had been recognized as a Public Leader being served effectively.

Activities by Srinivas Rao being CPI Leader:

• Srinivas Rao protests and conducts dharnas in opposition to government actions done against the people and in pursuit of justice for the people.
• He advocated for the destitute and promoted the growth of welfare. He is always willing to assist the needy.
• Srinivas Rao and CPI leaders have staged dharnas and requested the government a reduce in the price of petrol and diesel.
• CPI leaders demanded that the government issue notifications quickly and protect the unemployed from suicide.
• Srinivas Rao held rallies and rasta roko to provide remunerative prices to the government farmers.
• He fought for compensation in fees for the students and to provide a hostel facility.

Srinivas Rao resigned from the CPI as a result of certain circumstances. In 2006, he switches over to the  Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) well known as Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and became the party’s leader. As soon as he joined, he got to work as a full-fledged Active Member of the party, participating in all of the events and helping to make them a success.

Later on, in 2018 Srinivas was appointed and took charge of the BRS District Social Media Wing from Bhadradri Kothagudem, the state of Telangana, and he currently serving in the position. He was credited for having successfully carried out the responsibility of the Social Media Wing.

The people of Kakarla were fully satisfied with his leadership. In the same year, the authorities elevated Srinivas Rao as District Youth Leader from Bhadradri Kothagudem, Telangana in recognition of his outstanding service and valuable contribution to society.

BRS Party Activities:

• Srinivas Rao opposed the BJP administration.
• He participates in every party meeting, party membership program, election campaign, dharna, rasta roko, and bike rally against the will of the people.
• Srinivas Rao educated the public about BRS government programs.
• He has led health camps, including blood donation camps and eye camps, and given blood to those in need.
• Srinivas Rao handed the recipients the Kalyana Lakshmi and Shadi Mubarak cheques.
• He engaged in the programs Haritha Haram, and Swachh Bharath and keeps the surroundings clean.
• He has constantly been fighting against anti-people decisions of the central and state governments and has staged many protests and dharnas.
• He is Participating very enthusiastically during the election and briefly explained the rules of the party to every single voter and worked hard for the victory of the party.
• As a part of environmental protection, He has taken an active role by participating in Palle Pragathi and Clean and Green by planting plants in the village.

Social Activities:

• Many service activities, such as blankets for beggars, clothing for the destitute, and meals for orphaned children, were planned during the event.
• Apart from providing humanitarian assistance to the flood victims, he extended his core of service to provide compensation to the victims who were been affected during the rainy season.
• Many service activities were organized, such as providing blankets for beggars, clothes for the poor, and food for orphaned children, and they helped a lot financially for the migrant workers and the poor. Free meals were provided to orphans and the elderly each year.
• Dondapati Srinivas Rao assists blood donation programs in his area and donates blood himself.
• He provided financial assistance to the village’s needy inhabitants and served them in other ways when necessary. My services were not limited to the village’s people but extended to the district’s population.
• He Participated in the Village development activities in the village like laying CC Roads, Digging Borewells, Putting up Street Lights, Clearance Drainage systems, and Solving water Problems.

Srinivas Rao’s Effort during the Pandemic: 

• Srinivas Rao acted humanely during the crisis, assisting individuals in distress and providing additional assistance to those afflicted by the lockdown.
• During the crisis, he responded generously, aiding those in need and giving special support to those impacted by the lockdown.
• He offered masks, sanitizers, and meals to the underprivileged, as well as financial assistance.
• For the public’s protection, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all around the village as part of the effort to eliminate the corona outbreak.
• In response to Prime Minister Modi’s call, he organized a Covid Vaccination Drive to raise awareness among the general public about the need of receiving a free corona vaccination.
• During the pandemic, A door to door survey was organized and raised awareness about the virus covid and provided precautions to be follow.
