Divakar Kolkar

Divakar Kolkar is an Indian Politician and current Mandal Youth President of Andhra Pradesh State.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

On the 1st of May 1980, Divakar was born to the couple Mr. Kolkar Mudderappa and Mrs. Kolkar Muddarangamma and resided at Aronapalli in Amarapuram Mandal of Satya Sai District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

In 1997, Divakar obtained his Board of Secondary Education at ZP High School, located at KM Palli.

EARLY PROFESSIONAL CAREER:

Divakar his early professional career after getting his qualification, He started farming on his farm with a passion for agriculture. After that, he did take their father as an example and also made his political debut. He continues his favourite farming while helping the people of the village through politics.

CAREER IN POLITICS:

Divakar began his political career by entering the YSRCP as a Member and started in 2012 as a YSRCP Activist, rendering service to the people irrespective of their Caste, Race, Gender, and Religion.

As a part of Activist, Divakar expresses keen interest and performs every activity for the recognition of the respective party.

His unwavering commitment and true effort gained him the position of Panchayati Committee President of Aronapalli from YSRCP in 2015. and be constantly working for the people, thinking about their welfare, and gaining immense admiration from the people. In 2020 Divakar was selected as a Mandal Youth President, Aronapalli, Satya Sai District.

As a part of his position, he expresses keen interest and performs every activity as an Active Leader by discharging his duties with a code of conduct and also for the recognition of the respective party.

FAMILY PARTICIPATION IN THE POLITICS:

As a result of his parent’s involvement in politics, Divakar has progressed with the style of leadership ingrained in him from childhood. Because he has achieved a respectable level in politics, the Divakar family has proven to be an excellent choice for him to remain to work for the people.

Kolkar Mudderappa:

Divakar’s father, Mr Kolkar Mudderappa, is Following her entry into politics, He joined the YSRCP (Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress party) Party, founded by the Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy Garu. He was selected for the Ward Member in Basavannapalli, Satya Sai District.

Mudderappa offered his service work to the people like the Vice Surpanch 2 times of Basavannapalli. After years of service to the people in this position, He was selected as an MPTC. He demonstrates great enthusiasm for the Party and participates actively in all activities, adhering to the party’s code of conduct and working to improve the public perception of the party.

Party Activities:

• Divakar campaigned, During Elections, he actively participates in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to bring more voters to win the party in his locality. He participated in the Padayatra in Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
• He conveyed and explained to the people the greatness of the party, and the symbol, and ideology of the YSRCP party leaders. He was briefing the people on the welfare schemes introduced by the government for the upliftment of the backward classes through a mobilization Program.
• Divakar was actively involved in various social service activities and worked hard to take various schemes of the State and Central Government into public and assisted them to get the benefit.

Welfare Activities:

• Divakar actively participated in dharnas. And he arranges the cc roads and Street Lights facilities in his Mandal. He has done a lot of village development activities in Amarapuram Mandal. He distributes the money to temple development activities.
• Divakar provides fruits, books, and clothes and helps the children in the orphanage. and Divakar helps the handicapped people near the temples. In the summer season, cold storage is set up for the people.
• Conducted Annadhanam Program, which served and satisfied many hungry people. Divakar financially assisted the poor people in the village and also helped them in all possible ways when needed.
• He distributed vegetables, fruits, and medicines to the unhealthy students and needy people in the village. Divakar provided his financial support to the poor people in the village and also donated a certain amount to the merit students for their higher education.
• He organized the blood camp and medical camp in the village and donated blood for needy people.

Services During Pandemic Covid-19:

• Distributed vegetables and fruits, rice to the villagers, Migrants, needy ones, and Municipality workers in the covid-19.
• Food item packets for rickshaw drivers and migrant laborers were distributed whose livelihood has been affected during this lock down period.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially. To spread awareness about social distancing to and follow precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic in Corona an awareness camp was held in the village.
• Sodium hypocrite solution was sprayed all over the village for safety of the village.
• He worked all days(Day and Night) during the covid period and looked after the people.
• He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.
