Dharmaram Rakesh Kumar, a native of Asif Nagar in the Hyderabad Secunderabad District of Telangana, India, was born on August, 5th, 1992 to the couple Mr. Dharmaram Gangadhar and Mrs. Dharmaram Uma.

Dharmaram Rakesh Kumar’s educational journey began at Shiva Shakthi  High School in Asif Nagar, Intermediate in G.Pulla Reddy jr. college in Abids. After he pursued his graduation in B.com computers in Mehdipatnam, demonstrating a keen interest in the field of politics and governance.

CAREER IN POLITICS:

Dharmaram Rakesh Kumar’s humble beginnings instilled in him a deep sense of duty towards his community and a passion for politics. After completing his education, Dharmaram Rakesh Kumar was drawn toward the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), a right-wing organisation dedicated to promoting Hindu nationalism and cultural values. 

In 2011, Dharmaram Rakesh Kumar joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), driven by his desire to serve the people and bring about positive change in their lives. He quickly rose through the ranks and established himself as a dedicated party activist, working tirelessly to promote the BJP’s ideology and goals.

In 2012, Dharmaram Rakesh Kumar earned the trust of the people and was elected as the Yuva morcha Vijay Nagar colony Division President by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). In 2016, Rakesh Kumar’s relentless dedication and hard work culminated in his appointment as the Yuva Morcha President of Vijay nagar colony by the BJP, a position he held until 2020. His primary objective was to ensure that the needs of the people were met and to contribute towards the comprehensive expansion of the party, thereby overcoming the challenges faced by the community.

As a result of his exceptional service and genuine effort, Dharmaram Rakesh Kumar was appointed as the Yuva Morcha General Secretary for Vijay Nagar Colony by the BJP in 2020. Services Performed as a Responsible BJP Leader:

• Dharmaram Rakesh Kumar, along with his team, successfully collected donations of 30,000 rupees for the construction of an Ayodhya Ram Mandir Nidhi Samarpan. This is a significant achievement for the team as it shows their dedication and commitment towards their religious beliefs and their willingness to contribute towards the construction of the temple.
• The team likely had to put in a lot of effort and hard work to collect the donations, which may have involved reaching out to individuals and groups, organising fundraising events, and spreading awareness about the temple’s construction. • In 2021,  M.L.C Prabhakar, who had intended to burn an effigy of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Vijay Nagar Colony, was stopped by General Secretary Rakesh. Rakesh Kumar’s act of preventing Prabhakar from burning the effigy was widely appreciated by people across Telangana, as it was seen as a demonstration of respect for the Prime Minister’s position and the country’s democratic values.
• General Secretary Rakesh’s actions also highlighted the importance of peaceful protest and the need for individuals to exercise their democratic rights in a responsible manner. By preventing the burning of the effigy, Rakesh showed that there are better ways to express dissent and disagreement without resorting to violence or disrespect.

Assembly siege for 120 feet Ambedkar statue

• In recent years, the demand for erecting statues of famous personalities have become a contentious issue in India. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the father of the Indian Constitution and an icon for the Dalit community, has been a popular figure for such demands. General Secretary Rakesh, a local political leader, has been at the forefront of demanding a 120 feet statue of Ambedkar be erected in the heart of the city.
• Rakesh and his supporters believe that such a statue would be a fitting tribute to Ambedkar’s contributions to Indian society and help to spread his message of equality and justice. They have argued that the statue would also become a landmark and a symbol of hope for marginalized communities.
• To press their demands, Rakesh and his supporters have undertaken various forms of protest, including besieging the state assembly. They have also mobilized public support for their cause, organizing rallies and social media campaigns. Despite facing opposition from some quarters, Rakesh and his team have continued to press for the statue’s erection, and their efforts have gained momentum in recent years.

Many protests and demonstrations were held across the country against the reservation system. General Secretary Rakesh and his supporters staged protests demanding an increase in the reservation or redressal of grievances related to the existing reservation system.

Setting Up of Health Camp and Blood Donation Camp

Health Camp

• Dharmaram Rakesh said that the free mega medical camp is being organized for the health of the people. A free mega-medical camp was organized in Nampally. On this occasion, he explained that the free medical camp organized by him has received a good response.
• Along with this, all the people of the village are suffering from various diseases. They said that BP, sugar, ECG, heart-related tests and various medical services were provided free of cost to everyone in the village. It was explained that apart from providing the tests, all the necessary tests were done free of charge.
• Rakesh Kumar stated that he would arrange a free camp for the people every year and make it a healthy village. General Secretary Rakesh Kumar said that free medical camps should be organized to ensure that people stay healthy.

Blood Donation

General Secretary Rakesh Kumar said that donating blood is a great gift. It is said that one person can save 10 lives by donating blood. They want to encourage massive programs like blood donation. Rakesh Kumar inaugurated the blood donation camps set up in Nampally as part of Swatantra Vajrotsavam. Speaking on this occasion, he advised the authorities to remove the misconceptions people have about blood donation. He said that no matter how many times blood is donated, there is no danger to life. It was revealed that blood is produced by the food we eat, and blood can be donated once every six months.

On the occasion of Atal Bihar Vajpayee’s birthday, General Secretary Rakesh Kumar organized a blood donation camp, and people participated in this program on the occasion of his birthday.

Services Rendered:

• Along with Bandi Sanjay, Rakesh has moved to meet the people of Munugode and know the hardships of the people of Munugode. On the way, the police arrested near RFC in LB Nagar.

• In The Covid Pandemic For Poor People We Serve The Food, Mask, Sanitizers. In The Pandemic So Many People Were Bother With Food. In this Situation, Rakesh Kumar assisted the people of Asif Nagar by distributing masks, and sanitizers them to protect them from the corona.
• Rakesh Kumar extended his service work by providing food of his own to the poor people with the help of Hare Rama Hari Krishna Trust during the pandemic.
