Growing up in Eetoor Village in Nagaram Mandal, Telangana, I have been shaped by the values imparted to me by my parents and the enduring legacy of my grandfather, who played a pivotal role in the fight for our state’s freedom.

My early engagement in the Telangana movement served as a powerful catalyst for my lifelong commitment to social justice and public service. This foundational experience inspired me to pursue a path of meaningful change and advocacy. Throughout my leadership roles within the Congress Party and my previous involvement with the BRS, I have consistently championed the causes of uplifting marginalized communities, empowering our youth, and working toward a prosperous and equitable future for every citizen of Telangana.

In 2009, Dhamodar Vanguru emerged as a passionate and influential advocate in the Telangana Movement, working alongside esteemed leaders such as Shri Shyam, Shri Shekhar, Shri Kuntluru Venkatesh, Shri Venkat Reddy, Shri Satish Yadav, and Shri Bhavani Prasad. His unwavering dedication played a crucial role in the campaign to establish Telangana as a separate state from Andhra Pradesh.

From the outset, Dhamodar demonstrated an unyielding commitment to the cause, tirelessly advancing both his political party’s objectives and the broader interests of the community. His activism was marked by active participation in landmark events like the Million March, Bike Rallies, and Dharnas, where he passionately advocated for Telangana’s statehood. Political Journey of Shri. Dhamodar Vanguru-

Dhamodar Vanguru embarked on his political journey in 2009, emerging as a dynamic and fervent youth leader within the Indian National Congress Party (INC). His early commitment to the party was marked by a proactive engagement in its activities, where he ardently supported its mission and championed its ideals with unwavering dedication.

Role & Responsibilities in BRS Political Party–

In 2010, recognizing the strategic potential for furthering his impact, Dhamodar Vanguru transitioned to the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS). This move was a defining moment in his career, enabling him to harness his skills and fervor in advancing the BRS’s agenda and the broader pursuit of Telangana’s statehood.

Dhamodar Vanguru’ s Role as MRPS President-

By 2011, Dhamodar Vanguru had assumed the role of Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti (MRPS) President for the LB Nagar Constituency. His leadership during this period was instrumental in driving the Telangana Movement forward. His dedication and strategic efforts significantly contributed to the cause of statehood, marking him as a key figure in the movement’s progress.

Dynamic Roles in LB Nagar–

As a prominent Youth Leader for the LB Nagar Constituency, Dhamodar Vanguru showcased his versatility and commitment. LB Nagar Leadership Stint-

Dhamodar Vanguru’ s tenure as Youth President of LB Nagar demonstrated his adeptness at engaging with the local community. In this capacity, he effectively addressed constituent concerns and worked to align local needs with party initiatives, further establishing his leadership and influence.

In addition to his other responsibilities, Dhamodar Vanguru took on the pivotal role of SC Cell President for the Nagol Division. Mr. Vanguru Damodar, the President of MRPS for LB Nagar and Chairman of Technodeed Pvt Limited, actively participated in the movement alongside Shri Gaddar. During this time, he was jailed following an incident where a bus was set on fire.
