Devasani Balchander is an Indian Politician of the BJP and Assembly Convener of Uppal from Medchal Malkajgiri in the state of Telangana.

Childhood and Education:

On the 06th of January 1971, Devasani Balchander was born and raised by the couple Mr. Devasani Rajaiah and Mrs. Devasani Pushpamma in Akkaram Village at Gajwel Mandal in Ummadi Medak from the Indian State of Telangana.

From 1986 to 1987, Balchander acquired his Secondary School Certificate from Zilla Parishad High School at Uppal in Hyderabad. He completed his intermediate course at Babu Jagjivan Ram Junior College at Lakdikapul in 1990.

In 1996, Balchander graduated with a degree in distance from a B.Com course from Osmania University at Hyderabad in Telangana State.

Professional Career:

Balchander started his career by joining the Insurance Company as an agent. After joining as the Insurance agent, he was positioned in the MDRT for three years. With his tremendous work and best performance, he was awarded the CII Award and Certified with the best performance.

A career in RSS:

Balchander joined Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), a right-wing Hindu nationalist paramilitary volunteer organization in India. People’s Party, the pro-Hindu Political Party of post-independence India. The party has enjoyed broad support among members of the higher castes and in northern India. It has attempted to attract support from lower castes, particularly by appointing several lower-caste members to prominent party positions.

He has engaged in many activities through RSS and served the people about the issues related to nationality, and he will eradicate the inequalities about Nationality.

Engagement in Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP):

In 1994, Devasani Balchander officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), formed by former Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Lal Krishna Advani (Former Deputy Prime Minister of India).

Balchander has a sincere interest in the Party. He actively participates in every activity, carrying out his obligations in accordance with a code of conduct and for the public exposure of the party.

In 2008, he was elected as the Vice President of the combined Uppal Division by the BJP for his effort and humility toward the progress and welfare of the people by offering services to the public by addressing the requirements of everyone.

In 2013, Balchander was appointed as Assembly Co-Convener in Uppal by BJP due to his effort, conviction, and service. He has been in the position assigned and has benefited many people through his kind heart by completing the chores and gaining the support of the people.

In addition to his primary responsibilities, in 2017, he was assigned and served as the Uppal President in the Chilkanagar Division of Telangana from BJP to ensure the initial and eventual duties flowed efficiently. He was in this position up to 2020.

He retains the respect that the people have placed in him and continues to serve them, concentrating his efforts on the well-being of the people and dealing with activities that will encourage the Party to advance.

Balchander was designated as an Assembly Convener in Uppal from Mechal Malkajgiri District by the BJP in 2022 after obtaining authority and carrying out every activity considered his responsibility for the welfare of the people. This was accomplished by carrying out his responsibilities in accordance with a code of conduct and for the benefit of recognition.

Padmasali Kula Sangam:

When Padmasali Kula Sangam was established, Balchander joined as a Member and did many services to the people. Later with his tremendous, he was appointed as the President 2016 of Padmasali Kula Sangam in Medchal Malkajgiri. He served as the President for six years and was still in the position.

A role in Mr. Etela Rajender Journey:

Mr. Etela Rajender is an Indian politician from Telangana. He served as the first Finance Minister of Telangana state. Balchander took part in the journey of Mr. Etela Rajender.

During the Huzurabad election, Balchander stayed there for one month, and for 12 days, he participated in the election campaigning and increased the majority of voting level in 3 Booths.

Even in Dubbaka, Balchander stayed for seven days. He invested his money in the election campaigning at Venkat Rao Peta in Thoguta Mandal from Telangana.

As a Part of NVSS Prabakar Journey:

Dr. N. V. S. S. Prabhakar is a politician in Telangana. He was Uppal MLA from 2014 to 2018 Uppal Assembly constituency and Telangana Legislative Assembly. He contested first time from Uppal in the 2009 Assembly elections.

Balchander played a significant role in the elections campaigning for the position of MLA to NVSS Prabhakar. He worked hard day and night and served the people to elect the NVSS Prabhakar as an MLA of Uppal.

Follower of Atal Bihari Vajpayee:

He was an Indian politician and statesman who served three terms as the 10th Prime Minister of India. He was also a renowned poet and writer. Vajpayee did his schooling at the Saraswati Shishu Mandir in Gwalior.

Balchander was inspired by the freedom fighter he is none other than Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He will regularly follow the poetry and prose. He will implement the quotes said Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Balchander did many food Distribution Programs for the Orpan Children on the occasion of the Birthday of Mr.Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Cricket is a game played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the center. Balchander likes the Cricket game the most and will organize Cricket Tournaments for the Youth and distribute the prizes to the winners.

Even the Balchander participated in the League of Cricket Tournaments. His team was the best in the Tournaments.

Role In Saraswathi Shishu Mandir:

Balchander helped many people related to Education by standing with them as the People’s leader through the Saraswathi Shishu Mandir. In 2022 he was appointed as the president of the Saraswathi Shishu Mandir in Medchal Malkajgiri from Hyderabad and served the people by being in the position of president.

Role in Ram Mandir:

Balchander participated in the Ram Mandir development activity. During this construction of the temple, Balchander owned the position of Collection Incharge and collected the amount of 12 Lakhs for the temple.

Balchander gave 25000 financial assistance to construct the Ram Temple in 2021. He supported the construction of Ram Mandir, a Hindu temple that is being built in the village.

A Key role for the School Establishment:

A school development plan (SDP) provides the basis for improvement and should reflect the school’s philosophy and vision. It lists the priorities and actions for the next period – many schools make a general three-year plan supplemented by a more detailed yearly plan.

When Balchander was 18 years, he fought for the school to be established in the village from 1992 to 1993 about the Government School in Chilkanagar.

Foundation Stone:

A group of people combined for a specific function by a larger group typically consisting of members of the group as a committee.

A stone was laid at a ceremony to celebrate the beginning of the construction of a building. Balchander and the party members formed a committee and celebrated the festival related to the foundation stone in chilkanagar.

Role in Women’s Empowerment:

Women’s Empowerment may be defined in several ways, including accepting women’s viewpoints, seeking them, and raising the status of women through education, awareness, literacy, and training.

Balchander made efforts the development of ideas for the empowerment of women by packing surf, Plain Papad, and Tailoring. Balchander implemented these ideas for the empowerment of women by that women could be independent and as well earns money for their livelihood.

Participation in Blood Donation:

A blood donation occurs when a person voluntarily has blood drawn and used for transfusions and/or made into biopharmaceutical medications by a process. Blood donation is a voluntary procedure that can help save lives.

Balchander donated blood in the village and arranged the blood donation camps by that he could save many lives by donating blood.

Balchander organized the blood camps on the Birthday of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. In Assembly Constituency, he inspired the People, who all came forward to donate blood. Around 170 members of the Constituency donated their blood.

Bathukamma Celebrations:

Bathukamma is a colorful floral festival of Telangana and is celebrated by womenfolk with exotic flowers of the region. The festival has, over the years, become a symbol of Telangana culture and identity. Bathukamma comes during the latter half of the monsoon, before the onset of winter.

During the Bathukamma festival, Balchander will conduct the Bathukamma competitions at the village and mandal level, and later he will distribute the prizes to the winner. These celebrations will be shown with his own investments.

For almost five years, people have suffered from the immersion of Bathukamma. Then Mr.Balchander created the place for immersion, dug the hole, and poured water into it. Then the women celebrating the Bathukamma festival will immerse themselves in that water.

Prominent Role in Navarathri Utsav:

The nine-day Shardiya Navratri, dedicated to the nine forms of Goddess Durga, with the Ghadasthapana rite, concludes with Dussehra or Vijayadashami. The festival is also known as ‘Maha Navratri.’

Balchander organized the Navarathri Utsav for 13 years. He played the main role in the Utsav of Durga pooja, organized many programs, and conducted dance programs and dura matha stories during the nine days of Navarathri poojas.

After completing nine days of Navarathri on the Tenth day of Dussehra, huge effigies of Ravana are burnt with fireworks which symbolize the quelling of darkness by light. This Ravana Samharam Was also organized by the Balchander and played a prominent role.

TSRTC Sakala Janula Samme:

The different employees made the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) strikes, and workers’ unions of TSRTC began an indefinite strike on October 5 across Telangana, demanding merger of the RTC with the government, recruitment to various posts, among others. This Srtike was named the Sakala Janula Samme in the united Andhra Pradesh.

Balchander supported the TSRTC employees, participated in the Sakala Janula Samme with all the RTC employees for 16 days near Uppal Depot, and fought for the demands of RTC employees during the Samme.

Development Activities of Mr. Balchander:

Balchander Participated in the Praja Sangrama Yatra and the Bandi Sanjay Kumar with the BJP Leaders.
Balchander made the development activities by constructing the cc roads from Chilkanagar Main Road to Vivekananda Circle.
He constructed the community halls in every colony in village Uppal from Medchal Malkajgiri.
As Balchander was president, he made development activities by investing 60 to 70 Lakhs for the welfare and development of the people in Uppal at Medchal Malkajgiri from Telangana.
He participated in Party-related meetings and involved many people in the party in strengthening the party. He supported the growth of the BJP.

Social Involvement:

Balchander helped needy families with almost 5000 families-related financial assistance in Medchal Malkajgiri.
By placing numerous orphans in schools, he built a platform for them to start their lives in readiness for a bright future, as a result of a combination of all service activities that serve the poor and needy.
He strongly supports the village’s women’s welfare groups and works tirelessly for their growth and development.
In addition to fulfilling his responsibilities, he monitors the welfare of the village and zone’s residents by addressing issues with water, sanitation, and any other minor problems that may arise.
During his tenure, his tireless attempts to improve the condition of farmers were rewarded with a considerable payment in exchange for the commodities produced by farmers.
Balchander has engaged in a range of community activities in the village, such as providing meals to the elderly and orphaned children and delivering mineral water to the people.
During the event, it was intended to provide blankets for beggars, clothes for the impoverished, and meals for orphaned children.
He advocates for the interests and welfare of the people; consequently, many of the colony’s growth initiatives have been tremendous successes.

Services Rendered during the Covid:

Balchander distributed rations to covid patients door-to-door in Uppal from Telangana every week.
He offered financial and humanitarian aid to those afflicted by the lockdown during Corona’s first and later waves. During the crisis, he reacted compassionately, assisting distressed individuals and extending further aid to those impacted by the lockdown.
Throughout the crisis, he responded with compassion, supporting those in need and developing special assistance for those affected by the lockdown. Balchander donated face masks, hand sanitizers, food, and cash assistance to the less fortunate.
Balchander came forward to help those impacted by the lockdown by distributing veggies and fruits to communities, the homeless, and Municipality workers in accordance with the protocol.
A protest was conducted to raise awareness about social distancing and the need to take preventative measures to prevent the Corona Epidemic from arising.
When the coronavirus was eventually eradicated, the whole village was sprayed with sodium hypochlorite to protect its inhabitants from its negative consequences.
The Covid Immunization Drive was created in response to Prime Minister Modi’s directive to enhance public awareness of the necessity to receive free corona immunization.
