I am Sudhakar Reddy, and it is with great humility and dedication that I embark on this journey of service and leadership. Born and raised in the serene town of Cherukucherla, of Nandikotkur in Andhra Pradesh, I have always held a profound commitment to the betterment of our community. My educational odyssey instilled in me the values of perseverance and excellence, culminating in my graduation from Government Degree College in Nandikotkur.

My foray into politics began with the gracious support of the Shri. Byreddy Siddarth Reddy Family, igniting a passion within me to serve our people and effect positive change. Aligned initially with the TDP, I endeavored to uphold the principles of public service and community empowerment.

In 2018, I made the pivotal decision to join the YSRCP Party, a momentous occasion witnessed by esteemed leaders such as Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and the influential Shri. Byreddy Siddarth Reddy. This transition marked a new chapter in my political journey, fueled by a steadfast commitment to inclusive development and prosperity.

As the Town President of Nandikotkur and Municipal Chairman, I am dedicated to championing community development and advocating for the welfare of all constituents. With unwavering determination, I pledge to serve the greater good and lead our community towards a brighter, more prosperous future.

Early Life & Educational Odyssey-

Sudhakar Reddy, born on February, 18 1997, in the tranquil town of Cherukucherla, Nandikotkur Mandal, in Nandyal Parliament of Andhra Pradesh State embarked on an inspiring educational journey.

Choosing the path of higher education, Sudhakar Reddy graduated from Government Degree College in Nandikotkur, Andhra Pradesh State.

Dasi Sudhakar Reddy: Embarking on a Political Journey

The initiation of Mr. Dasi Sudhakar Reddy’s political career was marked by the generous support extended to him by the Shri. Byreddy Siddarth Reddy Family. Encouraged by their backing, Mr. Dasi Sudhakar Reddy set foot into the realm of politics, driven by a fervent desire to serve his community and effect positive change. His journey commenced with a significant decision to align himself with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), a choice made in partnership with the influential Byreddy Family, signifying the beginning of a path dedicated to public service and leadership.

Establishing Political Roots:

Upon joining the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) alongside the Byreddy Family, Shri. Dasi Sudhakar Reddy laid the foundation for his political aspirations. His association with the TDP, under the mentorship and guidance of the Byreddy Family, provided him with a platform to engage in political discourse and contribute to the socio-political landscape of his community. This initial step marked the commencement of a journey characterized by dedication, perseverance, and a steadfast commitment to the principles of public service.

Sudhakar Reddy’s Political Affiliation: A Momentous Decision-

In a significant turn of events, Sudhakar Reddy made a pivotal decision in the year 2018 to align himself with the YSRCP Party. This momentous occasion unfolded in the presence of distinguished leaders, including the esteemed Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, and the influential figure, Shri. Byreddy Siddarth Reddy. Sudhakar Reddy’s transition to the YSRCP marked a notable shift in his political affiliation, signaling a new chapter in his political journey and strategic alliances.

Nandikotkur Town President: A Champion of Community Development-

Sudhakar Reddy’s tenure as the Town President of Nandikotkur Town exemplifies his substantial contributions to local governance endeavors. Holding this esteemed position, he displayed unwavering dedication to uplifting the lives of community members. Beyond mere administrative duties, his role symbolizes a deep-seated commitment to the welfare and advancement of local residents.

Chairmanship in Municipal Affairs: A Testament to Community Advocacy-

Emerging victorious in the 2021 Local Body Elections and assuming the role of Municipal Chairman, Sudhakar Reddy assumes a pivotal role in steering local governance initiatives. His appointment signifies an active involvement in endeavors aimed at fostering community welfare. Through this influential position, he showcases resolute dedication to improving the lives of individuals within his constituency, underscoring his steadfast commitment to serving the greater good.

Championing Agricultural Heritage and Farmer Empowerment-

• Supporting Agricultural Traditions:

Sudhakar Reddy actively engaged in preserving and promoting agricultural traditions by participating in the grandly organized bull competition in Andhra Pradesh. This event celebrated the cultural significance of bull rearing and showcased the strength and vitality of these animals, deeply rooted in the agrarian heritage of the region.

• Donating Bulls for Village Development:

Demonstrating his commitment to rural development, Sudhakar Reddy became a benefactor by generously donating bulls to the farmers of Nandikotkur village. Involvement in Social & Party Activities –

• Expanding his philanthropic endeavors, Sudhakar Reddy extended support to impoverished individuals and orphans severely impacted by family tragedies, offering a designated amount for the welfare of bereaved families.
• Sudhakar Reddy actively attended all party meetings and gatherings, consistently accompanying Shri. Byreddy Siddarth Reddy.
• In the village, he contributed by distributing food to the elderly and orphaned children and supplying mineral water to residents. Notably, Sudhakar Reddy prioritized addressing student issues, focusing on concerns like fee reimbursement and timely scholarship disbursements, ensuring swift access to educational benefits.
• For the elderly and needy in the village, he provided essential resources and financial assistance, alleviating their struggles. His advocacy extended to fighting for the people’s concerns, welfare, and rights, resulting in successful developmental initiatives within the colony.
• Proactively protesting on behalf of farmers, he led a dharna, advocating for the elimination of the contributory pension scheme and the reduction of alcohol consumption.
• Investing in grassroots leadership, Sudhakar Reddy initiated and participated in Mandal and Village-level meetings, motivating youngsters and emerging leaders with his speeches.
• Engaging extensively in social service activities, he worked diligently to bring various state and central government schemes to public awareness, assisting them in obtaining benefits. Building strong and cordial relationships across various demographics and leadership levels, he devoted substantial time and energy to publicizing and facilitating citizen participation in government-sponsored programs at both state and federal levels.
• Organizing numerous protests and dharnas, Sudhakar Reddy vehemently opposed anti-people policies of the federal and state governments.
• At the district level, he spearheaded various social programs, demonstrating his commitment to assisting those in need. Known for his proactive approach, Sudhakar Reddy addresses neighborhood issues with a problem-solving mindset.
• Sudhakar Reddy spearheaded village development initiatives, overseeing the construction of CC Roads, installation of bore wells, installation of street lights, clearance of drainage systems, and resolution of water-related issues.
• Demonstrating a commitment to community welfare, Sudhakar Reddy not only provided financial support but also extended various forms of relief to the needy residents of the village, standing as a pillar of support during challenging times.

Active Participation in YSRCP Party Activities-

• In a significant development for the Nandikotkur Municipality, a new JCB was procured with financial support from State SAP Chairman Mr. Byreddy Siddhartha Reddy and the dedicated efforts of
• Municipal Chairman Dasi Sudhakar Reddy. The acquisition, facilitated with a total investment of 36 lakhs during the 2020-21 period, was made possible through the utilization of funds allocated by the 15th
• Finance Commission in its second phase. Chairman Dasi Sudhakar Reddy ceremonially initiated the auspicious Pooja Ceremony for the JCB at the municipal office, marking the commencement of its operational service for the town’s welfare.
  
• The Arya Vaishya Sangam orchestrated celebrations for the state formation day near the revered statue of Sri Potti Sriramulu in Nandikotkur town. Municipal Chairman Mr. Dasi Sudhakar Reddy and Vice Chairman Mrs. Arshapogu Prashanthi graced the occasion as esteemed chief guests, adding significance to the event.
  
• Under the guidance of Boya Shekhar, leaders of the Valmiki community organized grand celebrations for Valmiki Jayanti at the Anjaneyaswamy temple in Valmiki Nagar. Municipal Chairman Sri Dasi Sudhakar Reddy actively participated in this auspicious ceremony, honoring the revered occasion.
  
• Through the collaborative efforts of SAP Chairman Mr. Byreddy Siddhartha Reddy, with the authorization from Mr. Kotla Harshavardhan Reddy, and in cooperation with Municipal Chairman Mr. Dasi Sudhakar Reddy, the construction of the park commenced with a funding of Rs. 40 lakhs.
  
• Municipal Chairman Sri Dasi Sudhakar Reddy conducted an inspection visit to the 2nd Ward, encompassing the Shanti Talkies Area and Popinjay Peta localities within the town.
  
• Municipal Chairman Mr. Dasi Sudhakar Reddy participated as the chief guest in the vaccination program for the prevention of pest disease under the auspices of Animal Husbandry Department in Nandikotkur town.
  
• Municipal Chairman Sri Dasi Sudhakar Reddy distributed new pensions to beneficiaries of the YSR Pension scheme in wards 1, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 21, and 27 under the purview of the Nandikotkur Municipality, in collaboration with the respective councilors.
  
• As per the directives of District Collector Manager Jilani, Municipal Chairman Mr. Dasi Sudhakar Reddy is overseeing efforts to improve road conditions and facilitate the installation of free water taps in every household within the Jagananna Colonies. The aim is to ensure that residents experience minimal inconvenience during these infrastructure enhancement endeavors.
  
• Under the oversight of Municipal Commissioner Mr. P. Kishore within the purview of the 12th Secretariat of Nandikotkur Municipality, the Jagananna Suraksha program was conducted. Municipal Chairman Mr. Dasi Sudhakar Reddy graced the occasion as the chief guest, underscoring the significance of the initiative.
  
• Dr. Municipal Chairman Mr. Dasi Sudhakar Reddy, serving as the chief guest, participated in the inauguration Ceremony of the Dr. YSR Integrated Agri Lab in Nandikotkur town, commemorating YSR Rythu Festival.
  
• Municipal Chairman Sudhakar Reddy and others participated in the district-level talent award ceremony under Jagananna Animutyalu at YSR Centenary Hall.
  
• Chandramouli Reddy, the son of EO Dharma Reddy from the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, sadly passed in Parumanchala village of Jupadu Bangla Mandal. Mrs. YS Vijayamma from the YSR Congress Party, and Nandikotkur Municipal Chairman Shri Dasi Sudhakar Reddy, visited Mr. Dharmareddy’s family to offer their condolences and support during this difficult time.
  
• Under the leadership of Municipal Chairman Mr. Dasi Sudhakar Reddy and with the guidance of State Youth Division President and SAP Chairman Mr. Byreddy Siddhartha Reddy, the birthday of Chief Minister Shri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was joyously celebrated at Jai Kisan Park in Nandikotkur town.
  
• Nandikotkur Municipal Council meeting was held at Jai Kisan Park under the chairmanship of Municipal Chairman Mr. Dasi Sudhakar Reddy under the supervision of Municipal Commissioner Mr. P. Kishore.
  
• The YSR Handicraft Week Festivals were held at Paradise Function Hall, facilitated by Nandikotkur Municipality. Mr. Dasi Sudhakar Reddy, the Municipal Chairman, graced the occasion as the chief guest.
  Under the guidance of A. Baby and with the collaboration of Customs Officer Velpula Anand, Municipal Chairman Mr. Dasi Sudhakar Reddy provided uniforms to the municipal workers.
  
• Nandikotkur Municipal Chairman Sri Dasi Sudhakar Reddy performed Bhoomi Pooja for additional building constructions of Girls’ High School as part of Nadu-Nedu Phase-2 program under the leadership of Councilor Mrs. Veerabomma Rupadevi in 10th Ward.
  

Pandemic Services –

• During the COVID-19 pandemic, Sudhakar Reddy displayed extraordinary dedication to serving the public and providing relief to those facing the brunt of the crisis. As the pandemic unleashed its devastating impact on communities, Sudhakar Reddy recognized the urgent need for support and took immediate action to alleviate the suffering of the vulnerable.
• First and foremost, Along with Byreddy Siddarth Reddy, Sudhakar Reddy distributed food, Glucose, and Juices in the Hospitals. With many people facing job losses and economic hardships due to lock downs and restrictions,
• Sudhakar Reddy’s food donations came as a lifeline for families struggling to put food on the table. His efforts ensured that no one in his vicinity had to endure the pangs of hunger during these challenging times.
• Sudhakar Reddy’s compassion also extended to those who tragically lost their lives to COVID-19. He took it upon herself to volunteer and perform the last rites for those who passed away, especially for individuals who did not have family members or support in their final moments. His selfless gesture brought comfort to the grieving families and offered solace during their darkest hours.
• In addition to his immediate relief efforts, Sudhakar Reddy actively participated in various medical aid initiatives. He distributed fruits, gloves, masks, and sanitizers to hospitals and healthcare facilities, ensuring that frontline workers had the necessary protection while caring for COVID-19 patients.
