Darga Chinna Goud Pailwan is an Indian Politician and TRS Party President from 105 Division of Gachibowli in the respective state of Telangana.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION-

Chinna was born on the 23rd of July 1971, to the couple Mr. Adavaiah Goud and Mrs. S umathamma Goud and was raised in Gachibowli from the Indian State of Telangana.

Chinna earned his Secondary State Board of Education from Erramanzil High School, Erramanzil.

EARLY CAREER IN POLITICS-

In the year 2002, Chinna entered into politics through the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) founded by Kalvakuntla Chandrashekhar Rao who is the Indian politician serving as the first and current Chief Minister of Telangana.

As a Party Activist, he worked exceeding his capabilities for the party’s advancement and invest a lot of exertion for the party’s victory from the day he enrolled.

He won the admiration of the party and the people by using the responsibilities, duties, and powers assigned to him so that he was honored as the Khajaguda President from TRS only for the good of the people without compromising on the trust placed in him by the party from 2008-2013.

He improved his work ethic in 2012 as the City General Secretary to promote the best approach towards the need for balanced and integrated development in Society.

After receiving the authority and performing every activity as his responsibility for the welfare of the people, in the existence of an MLA Padma Rao Goud, Chinna was appointed as the GHMC General Secretary from TRS in 2013 by doing his part to mitigate the difficulties experienced by people.

In the year 2014, Chinna was promoted as the TRS Party President for 105 Division of Gachibowli. Chinna has served conscientiously for the prosperity of the people from the party’s inception to the present day, consistently aspiring for the party’s and society’s advancement, and performing desperate service to society and for the goodness of the people.

Telangana Movement–

• Chinna actively participated in the Telangana movement for the separation of Telangana from Andhra Pradesh and to form the Telangana as a separate State and he lent great support to the Telangana Statehood Movement by providing intellectual support.
• During Telangana Movement, Chinna played an active role and fought for the creation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India.
• As being a part of the fight for the state of Telangana, Chinna has been organized Padayatra and fought for Telangana State along with party members.

Darga Chinna Goud contributed many Activities During the continuous Telangana Movement:

He organized and was involved in Rasta Roko from a distance of the Gachibowli.
He participated in many social Programs and was involved in Million March, Bike Rallies, and Dharan’s to form Telangana as a separate State.
He set up a Cooking Warp during the period of Rasta Roko and in programs of and many more dharnas and rallies were held in continuous movement.

Protests and Rallies-

• In the case of Rasta Roko held at Gachibowli on the occasion of the KCR Hunger Strike in 2009, he was imprisoned for 4 days at the Rayadurg Police Station during a Road Blockade and cases have been filed in the police station.
• In 2010, Chinna played an active role in an 85-day inauguration at Khajaguda Cross Roads in Gachibowli, organized by the JAC, and engaging people of all castes, faiths, and regions.

Social & Welfare Activities-

• He has been hosting the Telangana Batukamma Festival in Gachibowli for ten years, inviting women from the TRS party to partake and celebrating the occasion under the patronage of Sri Padma Rao Goud.
• Women were organized into thrift associations and Dwarka loans were granted to women in various forms through the Dwarka Group.
• He hasd re-campaigned in all bastions and undertaken events to win MLA Gandhi in 2019 and have worked incredibly hard for the party’s expansion.
• He helped the old and poor people in the village by providing the basic essentials to them for survival and also assisted them during the financial crises.
• Chinna offered financial support as well as other kinds of relief to the village’s needy people.
• He will be accessible to the village’s residents during their tough times.
• He took an active part in ensuring assistance programs for the impoverished and aiding them in surviving their life.

Development of Temple-

He was instrumental in the construction of many temples in neighboring villages, providing all necessary equipment for the temples. and he also made financial contributions to temples for the construction and development in the respective regions.
