Dande Ganga Sekhar

Dande Ganga Sekhar is the Founder and President of Geervani Swachanda Seva Organization(GSSO) located at Nambulapulikunta Mandal of Anantapur District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

On the 20th of June 1993, Sekhar was born in Nambulapulikunta(N.P.Kunta) Village of Anantapur District to the couple Mr. Dande Chinna Chowdaiah and Mrs. Dande Prabhavathi.

Sekhar studied his Secondary School of Education in 2009 from Zilla Parishad High School located at N.P.Kunta Village of Anantapur District and Undergraduate Course from RRGR Junior & Degree College located at Galiveedu in Kadapa District in 2011.

He attained his Graduation Course of B.Tech from Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering and Technology placed at Chittoor of Andhra Pradesh in 2015.

Sekhar extended his education by acquiring the Post Graduation(PG)of M.Tech from Amritha Sai Institute Science and Technology located at Paritala in Krishna District in the year 2017.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER:

Soon after the accomplishment of his Education, he worked as an Assistant Engineer at TATA Power Solar Hub at N.P.Kunta is in search of a suitable job for his education.

CAREER IN SOCIAL SERVICE:-

He is a staunch believer that each and every individual should engage in social work that builds a sense of patriotism in their souls and one should constantly try to influence people around them by emphasising that one is indebted to society.

With the sole idea of helping the poor in all possible ways, Sekhar built a voluntary organization to serve the people in all ways by leading himself to when they were in difficulty, and his pure sense of humour turned him into a great man with humanity.

GEERVANI SWACHANDA SEVA ORGANIZATION

In the Year 2017, Sekhar established an Organization with the name of Geervani Swachanda Seva Organization(GSSO) located at Nambulapulikunta Mandal of Anantapur District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

Sekhar has been acting as the Founder and Chairman of the organization he fulfills his responsibilities and always being available to the people and giving them the help they need.

Primary Objective: The organization’s major mission is to provide support to those who are in need and to assist them in every way possible. The Foundation is committed to making significant improvements in people’s lives. It aspires to “Promote humanity’s well-being” in all aspects.

As a Social Worker, he serves society with the mission of accumulating consciousness among the poor through innovative livelihood activities and ensuring order and responsibility in all actions aimed at improving the weaker sections.

Services Provided by the Organization:

• Every year on the occasion of World Blind Day on 14th October, Sekhar  visits the school and organizes an essay writing competition for the students and presents prizes to the winners.
• Sekhar, on behalf of the organization, provides books and stationery to needy students.
• In addition to providing study material to poor students, Sekhar also donated water cans to the school after realising that students in public schools were facing severe difficulties due to water shortage.
• Medical examinations are conducted for patients under the auspices of a voluntary service organization service.
• Demonstrations will be held on the main road with candles to prevent sexual assaults and harassment of children across the country.
• In addition to setting up blood test camps under the auspices of the organization in the village, Sekhar also organizes a blood donation camp and donates blood to those in need.

Social Activities:

> Sekhar demanded that jobs be created in the solar hub for the unemployed who are struggling without a job.

> He has been serving as a boon to students from the weaker sections of society by providing them with financial assistance and accommodation fees for their entire course.

> Sekhar has been fighting with the government to provide proper employment to the unemployed who are worried about getting a proper job even after graduation.

> He broadened his efforts by assisting impoverished people who had been harmed by the death of family members, as well as offering a guaranteed amount for the well-being of bereaved families.

> Sekhar is always seeking and contending for the people’s well-being. He will aid people who come to him for assistance and provide people with the necessities they desire.

Services Rendered During The Pandemic Covid:

– During the first and second waves of Corona, Sekhar assisted those who were affected by the lockdown by offering financial and humanitarian aid.

– Sekhar moved forward with humanity to assist people in distress during the corona and to provide additional aid to those affected by the lockdown.

– He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.

– As part of the drive to eradicate the corona epidemic, Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for the safety of the village.

– The families who left for their hometowns were provided Rs. 1500 each for their livelihood under the auspices of the organization to reach their   hometowns.

– For families who do not even have the essentials to eat at home in the corona infected quarantine distributed essentials for them by spending almost 4   to 5 lakhs of the rupees at their own expense.
