Dammannapeta Narsimha (Nani)

Dammanapeta Narsimha (Nani) is the Senior Youth Leader of GHMC from TRS.

He was born to Ramesh and Shanthamma on 10-12-1987 and raised at Begumpet, Hyderabad.

He completed his early education from Govt. Boys High School, Nallagutta in 2003.

In 2014, Narsimha began his political career through the Telangana Rashtra Samithi Party(TRS) and was a Party Activist who worked all days and involves in every organized Party meetings and works for the growth and development of the Party

With the dedication and sincerity towards his service, He was appointed as the Youth President of Begumpet Village in the year 2013 and discharged his duties by performing development activities for the well-being.

For his perseverance, Hardwork, and service, Narsimha was upgraded as the Youth President of Sanath Nagar Constituency in the year 2014.

Narsimha serving as the Senior Youth Leader of GHMC, Hyderabad, and from then until now, he has been in the position that was assigned and doing his part to better society by carrying out his duties properly and following the rules and regulations of the party.

He simultaneously balancing the multiple works by fulfilling the needs of students and people.

Recent Activities

• Narsimha played an active role during the late 2000s Telangana Separate State Movement spearheaded by now-CM, K.Chandrashekar Rao.
• He participated in many Dharnas, Rallies, and Bandhs like Rasta Roko, Bike Rallies, Vanta Varpu, Sakala Janula Samme, Chalo Hyderabad, and Million March during Telangana Movement.
• He engaged in programs like Harithaharam, Palle Pragathi, and Swachh Bharath.
• Narsimha financially assisted the poor people in the village and also helped them in all possible ways when needed.
• He fought and solved the issues like pensions, Ration cards, Health cards, and also the issue relating to Aadhar cards.
• He conducted Village development activities in the village like laying of CC Roads, Digging of Borewells, Putting up Street Lights, Clearance of Drainage systems, and Solving water Problems.
• Palle Pragathi program was aimed to increase green cover and improve sanitation in villages.
• As a part of Haritha Haram, massive plantation programs were taken up and the power supply has improved.
  
• Besides taking up sanitation works, debris of ruined houses/buildings were removed as part of the Palle Pragathi.
• Removal of stagnant water, filling potholes on the roads, and weeding out wild plants, were also part of the program.
• He had participated in many rallies, dharnas for the party, and subsequently filed 36 cases during dharnas and movements.
  
• He actively participated in the TRS election campaign and fought tirelessly

Welfare Activities:

• Distributed food and clothing to the Orphan Children and helped them by donating a certain amount whenever required.
• Conducted many party meetings and development activities for community development.
• He stood up for the poor and ensured the development of welfare. He always raises his hands to serve the poor.
• Conducted Annadhanam Program, which is served and satisfied many hungry people.
• Distributed Books, pads, and Stationary things to High School Students and motivates them to score high marks.
• He provided his financial support to the poor people in the village irrespective of religion and also donated a certain amount to the merit students for their higher education.
• He distributed fruits and medicines to the unhealthy students and needy people in the village.
• He organized the blood camp and medical camp in the village and donated the blood for the needy people.

Pandemic Services:

• Narsimha financially helped covid victims by providing vitamin tablets, masks, Sanitizers, and fruits.
• During the Pandemic Period, he distributed fruits, food packets, and water bottles to the road siders and also distributed blankets to them.
• He also created awareness on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.
• He distributed food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.
• Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for safety of the village.
• Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.
• Narsimha distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people in the covid-19 lockdown period.
• Masks, Sanitizers were distributed to the village people by Narsimha.
