Damera Prabavathi Kiran Kumar was the Ex-Ward Member of Devarakonda village, Nalgonda Dist. He was born on 06-May-1977 to Damera Yadaiah & Sharada in Siddupur village of Chandampet Mandal.

He completed his SSC Standard from Indira Public School in 1993, Devarakonda village. From 1993-1996, he did ITI from Musheerabad RTC X road. Kiran Kumar has completed intermediate from Govt Junior college in 2001.

Basically, he hails from an agricultural family. In 1999-2006, he has started his own Business of Automobile and Electrical Shop. He has General Store in Devarakonda village, from 2007-2018. Kiran Kumar was the owner of the Meenakshi Hotel in Devarakonda village (2018-2020).
