D.Sharan Kumar Goud

 

Sharan Kumar Goud is the Mandal Youth President of Doultabad from the TRS party and a Ward Member of the 7th ward from Kudurumalla.

BORN AND  EDUCATION:

He was born on 05-07-1993 to the couple of Ramulu Goud and Amruthamma in Kudurumalla village.

In 2010, Sharan Kumar studied SSC at ZPHS, Kudurumalla. He completed Intermediate at Narayanapeta.

Basically, he hails from an Agricultural family also worked as a Ration Dealer.

POLITICAL  CAREER:

Sharan has been interested in politics since he was a youngster. His desire to do something for the people led him into politics. As a result, Y.S Rajasekhar Reddy’s work inspired Sharan to become involved in politics and entered politics at an early age. He started his political career with the Indian National Congress(INC) party. Sharan Kumar joined the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP) after the Congress party merged into YSRCP in 2013.

While still a student, Sharan became known as a School Leader for fighting for students’ rights, their job notifications, and the provision of basic facilities to them.

He was elected as Mandal Youth President of Doultabad in 2014. Y.S Sharmila personally visited Sharan’s home as part of a consolation tour after YSR’s death. She travels to Sharan’s hometown to see the family of a YSR admirer who died of a heart attack after being unable to accept YSR’s death. He no longer served in the YSRCP.

Sharan became a Member of TRS in 2014 and donned a TRS scarf. He spent a few days with Gurunath Reddy as a disciple. In 2019, Sharan contested and was elected as 7th Ward Member of Kudurumalla.

He took charge as Mandal Youth President of Doultabad from the TRS party and currently serving in the position.

Sharan was engaged in establishing welfare programs for the poor, giving pensions, and bringing the people’s concerns to the attention of the government.

He has been organized blood donation camps on the occusion of YSR, KCR’s birthday every year. He was an enthusiastic participant in all TRS party programs. Sharan had visited with an MLA and specifically requested greater assistance for the young politically.

TELANGANA  MOVEMENT:

The Telangana movement refers to a movement for the creation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India. After several years of protest and agitation, the central government, under the United Progressive Alliance, decided to bifurcate the existing Andhra Pradesh state, and on 07-February- 2014, the Union Cabinet unilaterally cleared the bill for the creation of Telangana. Lasting for almost a decade, this has been one of the most long-lasting movements in South India.

Sharan Kumar played an active role during the late 2000s Telangana Separate State Movement spearheaded by now-CM, K.Chandrashekar Rao. He gave his contributions to Dharanas, Vanta-Varpu program, Chalo Hyderabad, Hunger Strike, Bike Rallies, Rasta Roko during the agitation.

RECENT  ACTIVITIES:

• ZPTC Kotla Mahipal, MPP Vijay Kumar initiated Teresa party membership in Kudurumalla. Sharan Kumar Goud received the first membership at their hands. MPTC Janardhan Goud, Mohan Reddy, Vice Sarpanch, ward members, and leaders were present on the occasion.
• The new working committee of the TRS party constituencies was unanimously elected under the auspices of the party leaders. Pramod Rao has been elected as the Mandala Party President, Manikyappa as the Vice President, Konda Gopal as the General Secretary, and Sharan Kumar Goudas the Mandala Youth Association President.
• TRS party leaders rallied in support of MLA Patnam Narender Reddy in Kudurumalla.

SOCIAL  SERVICE:

-Sharan Kumar worked with the aim of taking Kudurumalla village forward on the path of development.

-He has introduced new techniques such as educating the villagers on updated technology and conducting night classes for the elderly.

-He protests and holds dharnas against the decisions taken by the government against the people and seeks justice for the people.

-He conducted and participated in programs like Palle Pragati, Harithaharam, and Swachh Bharath.

-He organized the blood camp and medical camp in the village and donated the blood for the needy people.

-He fought and solved the issues like pensions, Ration cards, Aadhar cards.

-He has been conducting freedom fighter’s birth and death anniversaries and distributed books, stationery things to the students.

-Provided financial assistance to the village people in various situations such as for health issues, for funeral programs, etc.

-Sharan Kumar staged a dharna and demanded that the government issue notifications quickly and protect the unemployed from suicide.

SHARAN’S  CONTRIBUTION  DURING  THE  PANDEMIC  COVID-19:

-Sharan Kumar provided his service during the covid crisis also. He distributed Essentials, Masks, Sanitizers to the village and poor people and he was financially supportive of many poor people during the pandemic.

-He distributed essentials in every booth in the village with the intention of nobody suffer from hungry.

-Provided free food service to the Police, Municipal Workers, Front line Workers who served a lot during the pandemic.

-Arranged buses for the migrants to go to their villages and provided financial assistance

-Organized awareness programs on precautions to be taken to prevent covid and said no need to panic.

-Distributed face shields, sanitizers as part of Corona prevention.

– Created awareness on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.

-He distributed food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.

-Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.

-Distributed Rice bags, Vegetables to the road siders, beggars who are unable to take food during the pandemic.

-Conducted Annadhanam Program for migrates which is served and satisfied many hungry people.

-Arranged oxygen cylinders for the covid victims and saved many lives.
