My life journey has been shaped by strong family values and principled upbringing. I am the daughter of Shri Vakiti Sathireddy and Smt. Sawaroopa Vakiti, whose steadfast guidance instilled in me discipline, resilience, and a deep respect for social responsibility. Their encouragement nurtured my sense of justice and inspired my dedication to community service. I am also blessed with the constant support of my husband, Shri Sitharam Reddy, whose encouragement and belief in my vision strengthen my resolve to serve society with dedication and integrity. 

My educational journey laid the foundation for my public life. I completed my secondary education at Zilla Parishad High School during the academic year 1999–2000. I pursued my Intermediate studies at Geethanjali College from 2000 to 2002, further strengthening my academic and leadership capabilities. I later earned my degree from Kukatpally New Government College between 2002 and 2009. 

My active involvement in public and social service began in 2014, a defining year in my leadership journey. I was entrusted with the responsibility of serving as State Women President under the Right to Information Act (Human Rights), where I worked diligently to
promote transparency, empower women, and advocate for justice. In the same year, I served as Mahila Sangam President, focusing on grassroots mobilization, women’s welfare initiatives, and strengthening community participation.

Recognizing the importance of structured political engagement, I joined the Vidhyarthula Rajakiya Party, where my dedication, organizational discipline, and commitment to women’s empowerment led to my election as State Women President. In this role, I strive to amplify women’s voices, encourage inclusive participation in public affairs, and foster responsible leadership grounded in ethical principles.

My journey in public life is defined by service-oriented leadership, strategic communication, and unwavering dedication to social equity. I firmly believe that meaningful progress is achieved through inclusive governance, transparent systems, and compassionate engagement with every segment of society.

Chowdarigari Sathwika Reddy was born on June 17, 1984, into a principled and values-oriented family environment that emphasized discipline, integrity, and social responsibility. From an early age, she was nurtured in an atmosphere that encouraged moral clarity, perseverance, and respect for community welfare. These foundational influences shaped her worldview and instilled in her a profound understanding of duty, accountability, and service to society.

Raised under the principled guidance and steadfast support of Shri Vakiti Sathireddy and Smt. Vakiti Sawaroopa’s character was shaped by strong moral values, discipline, and a deep sense of public responsibility. Shri Vakiti Sathireddy, actively engaged in political life, exemplified civic commitment and grassroots leadership, exposing her early to the dynamics of public service and community representation. His involvement in political affairs and unwavering dedication to societal welfare served as both inspiration and practical mentorship, ultimately guiding her entry into the political sphere.

Growing up in an environment that valued education, discipline, and community engagement, Sathwika Reddy developed a strong sense of purpose early in life. The moral and cultural framework established during her formative years became the cornerstone of her leadership philosophy. She learned to approach challenges with composure, to uphold fairness in decision-making, and to prioritize the needs of the broader community over individual interests. 

These early influences not only shaped her personal identity but also prepared her for meaningful engagement in public life. Chowdarigari Sathwika Reddy’s educational journey reflects a purposeful blend of academic discipline and an early commitment to justice and human dignity. From her initial years of schooling through higher education, learning was consistently accompanied by a strong awareness of social responsibility and a willingness to speak out against injustice.

She completed her Secondary education at Zilla Parishad High School, Gomaram, during the academic year 1999–2000. This phase laid a strong foundation of discipline, perseverance, and early civic awareness, shaping her character and values. She pursued her Intermediate studies at Geethanjali College from 2000 to 2002. This period marked an expansion of her intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and growing social consciousness.

She successfully graduated from New Government College, Kukatpally, between 2002 and 2009. These years were defining chapters in her academic life, characterized not only by scholastic development but also by principled advocacy for human rights, student welfare, and social justice. Later, she enrolled in the LLB programme with the intention of deepening her understanding of law and justice. However, she discontinued her LLB studies due to compelling personal and professional commitments, choosing instead to channel her passion for justice through active public service and community engagement.

This educational foundation continues to inform a leadership approach grounded in integrity, resilience, and an unwavering dedication to the protection of human rights and social equity.

Advocacy Through Transparency and the Advancement of Women’s Rights

The year 2014 marked a decisive turning point in Chowdarigari Sathwika Reddy’s public service journey with her active association with the Right to Information Act framework. This engagement reflected a principled commitment to transparency, accountability, and informed civic participation. Through consistent efforts, access to public information was facilitated for citizens seeking clarity regarding governmental initiatives, welfare programs, and administrative procedures. The dissemination of verified information empowered communities to better understand institutional processes and reinforced democratic participation at the grassroots level.

Right to Information Act – State Women and Child Protection Convener

Through transparency-driven activism and rights-based leadership, a model of engagement emerged that prioritized ethical governance, civic education, and the protection of women’s autonomy. The trajectory from information advocate to State Women President underscores a leadership philosophy centered on accountability, resilience, and unwavering dedication to equitable social progress.

Leadership in Mahila Sangam and a Resolute Commitment to Women’s Empowerment

In 2014, Sathwika Reddy formally associated herself with the Mahila Sangam, a platform dedicated to advancing women’s welfare, collective representation, and community solidarity. Her dedication, organizational discipline, and unwavering advocacy for women’s concerns led to her appointment as Mahila Sangam President in the same year. This leadership role marked a significant milestone in her public service journey and expanded her capacity to influence structured initiatives aimed at empowerment and social equity.

As Mahila Sangam President, her approach was defined by proactive engagement and steadfast solidarity with women across diverse social and economic backgrounds. In moments of crisis, injustice, or personal hardship, she consistently positioned herself as a dependable ally, ensuring that no woman faced adversity in isolation. Whether addressing domestic concerns, administrative grievances, or issues of institutional neglect, her leadership embodied accessibility, responsiveness, and principled intervention.

Through consistent advocacy and compassionate leadership, her tenure as Mahila Sangam President strengthened community trust and reinforced the principle that empowerment is achieved not merely through rhetoric but through sustained action, institutional accountability, and enduring solidarity with every woman in need.

Entry into Political Leadership and the Expansion of Women- and Student-Centered Advocacy

In the year 2023, Sathwika Reddy marked a significant milestone in her public life with her formal entry into the Vidhyarthula Rajakiya Party (VRP), signaling a transition from social advocacy to structured political leadership. Her longstanding commitment to women’s empowerment, rights-based activism, and community service quickly distinguished her within the organization.

Recognizing her Consistent engagement, grassroots credibility, and unwavering support for women in moments of need, the party elected her as State Women President from Vidhyarthula Rajakiya Party (VRP), entrusting her with the responsibility of amplifying women’s voices and strengthening inclusive participation across the state.

Her political leadership has been characterized by assertive advocacy and continuous outreach focused on women’s dignity, safety, and social equity. She has remained actively engaged with women confronting injustice, providing guidance, institutional support, and sustained backend assistance to ensure access to protection and redressal mechanisms.

This commitment extends beyond symbolic leadership; it reflects a deeply embedded responsibility to stand beside women during times of vulnerability and to champion their rights with conviction and consistency.

In parallel, her engagement with student communities has reinforced a broader vision of social empowerment. Contesting as MLA Candidate from Quthbullapur Constituency

Further affirming her commitment to public service, she contested as an MLA candidate from the Quthbullapur Constituency from Vidhyarthula Rajakiya Party (VRP),  extending her advocacy to the electoral arena. Her political journey reflects a leadership philosophy rooted in accessibility, resilience, and principled action—dedicated to empowering women, safeguarding student rights, and fostering a more equitable and accountable society.

  Sathwika Reddy addressed dowry-related cases (Section 498A) with utmost sensitivity, discretion, and firm resolve. She ensured that affected women received both moral support and proper procedural guidance throughout the process. Through effective mediation, legal awareness initiatives, and institutional coordination, she worked to safeguard the dignity of the victims while pursuing fair and equitable resolutions.
  
• Preventive Awareness Against Child Marriage
  Community engagement initiatives emphasized the lifelong social, emotional, and educational consequences of child marriage. Smt. Chowdarigari Sathwika Reddy guided families toward informed decision-making, highlighting the importance of autonomy, health, and continued education for young girls.
