Chinthakayala Jhansi

Chinthakayala Jhansi was an Indian Politician of ABVP and Currently serving as a State Secretary from the Indian State of Telangana.

Early Life And Education:

On 15th January 1998, Chinthakayala Jhansi was born to a couple, Mr.Chinthakayala Srinu, in the Srinathpur Village, Anumula  Mandal, Nalgonda District, in the Indian State of Telangana. 

Chinthakayala Jhansi acquired her Secondary Board of Education from ZPHS High School at Pulumamidi in 2013.

And she completed her CEC in Intermediate at Govt Junior College, Located in Nalgonda, from 2013 to 2015

She completed her B.Com Degree at Nagarjuna College, Located in Nalgonda, in 2019 and her LLB at Mahatma Law College, located in LB Nagar, in 2019 

Joined in NCC:

• Chinthakayala Jhansi actively participated in the National Cadet Corps (NCC) from 2015 to 2019, marking a significant period of her involvement in this esteemed organization.
• As a member of the NCC, Jhansi had the opportunity to engage in a wide range of activities to foster discipline, leadership, and patriotism among the youth. The NCC, known for its emphasis on character building and community service, provided Jhansi with a platform to develop various skills and contribute to society.
• As a member of the NCC, Jhansi also participated in social outreach programs and community service initiatives. The NCC encourages cadets to engage in activities that benefit society, such as cleanliness drives, blood donation camps, and disaster relief operations. Jhansi developed a deep sense of social responsibility and empathy for others through her involvement in such initiatives.

Durgavahini Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) from 2017 to 2018:

Chinthakayala Jhansi, a prominent figure, joined the Durgavahini Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) from 2017 to 2018. The VHP is a widely recognized and influential organization that operates under the umbrella of the more significant Hindu nationalist movement in India. It promotes and advocates for the interests of the Hindu community and the preservation of Hindu culture, values, and traditions.

As a member of the VHP, Jhansi likely participated in events such as rallies, public meetings, and religious gatherings, where she engaged with fellow members and the general public. The VHP’s focus during this period she encompassed a range of concerns, including religious conversions, cow protection, the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, and safeguarding Hindu rights and interests.

Jhansi’s association with the VHP from 2017 to 2018 provided her with valuable insights into the workings of a prominent Hindu nationalist organization and allowed her to contribute to their efforts in promoting Hindu unity and addressing issues of concern to the Hindu community.

Chinthakayala Jhansi actively participated in the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) from 2019 to 2020. The ABVP is a prominent student organization in India affiliated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and is known for its involvement in student activism and social issues.

During her time with the ABVP, Jhansi  involved in various activities and campaigns organized by the organization. The ABVP addresses student-related issues, advocates for educational reforms, and promotes nationalist ideologies among the student community.

ABVP State Executive Member from 2019 to 2020:

As a State Executive Member of the ABVP, Jhansi became part of the organization’s core leadership team at the state level. Her role involved participating in decision-making processes, contributing to strategic planning, and implementing initiatives aligned with the ABVP’s goals and values.

As a State Executive Member, Jhansi have represented the ABVP in various forums and engagements, both within the organization and externally. As a National Executive Council Member of the ABVP, Jhansi assumed a crucial leadership role at the national level. This prestigious position placed her among the organization’s highest ranks, giving her significant responsibility and influence over ABVP’s policies, strategies, and decision-making processes.

ABVP Telangana state girls Convenor:

In November 2022, Chinthakayala Jhansi achieved a significant milestone within the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) by securing the position of ABVP Telangana State Girls Convener.

As the ABVP Telangana State Girls Convener, Jhansi assumed a leadership role specifically focused on advancing the interests and concerns of female students within the state. This position demonstrated her commitment to empowering girls and promoting their active participation in student activism.

Jhansi’s responsibilities as the ABVP Telangana State Girls Convener included advocating for the rights and welfare of female students, addressing gender-related issues, and fostering an environment that promotes gender equality within educational institutions.

ABVP Telangana Secretary:

On December 9, 2022, Chinthakayala Jhansi achieved a significant milestone within the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) by being elected as the ABVP Telangana State Secretary.

As the ABVP Telangana State Secretary, Jhansi assumed a key leadership role in the state-level hierarchy of the organization. This position granted her significant responsibilities and influenced ABVP’s activities and policies in Telangana.

As the ABVP Telangana State Secretary, Jhansi  responsible for coordinating and overseeing the organization’s overall functioning at the state level. She worked closely with other ABVP leaders, members, and units to effectively implement ABVP’s vision, campaigns, and initiatives in Telangana.

Jhansi played a crucial role in expanding the ABVP’s presence and influence in Telangana. She collaborated with other ABVP leaders to strengthen the organization’s network, foster partnerships with like-minded organizations, and enhance ABVP’s impact on student-related issues in the state.

During the COVID, Jhansi dedicated the academic progress of the students:

• During the COVID-19 epidemic, the students under the guidance of Jhansi  experienced an exceptional educational initiative led by the Parishad School, which continued uninterrupted for an impressive 70-day period during the lockdown.
• Recognizing the challenges posed by the pandemic, the Parishad School, under the leadership of Jhansi , swiftly adapted to the circumstances and implemented a comprehensive plan to ensure uninterrupted education for the students. This initiative demonstrated not only the commitment of the school but also the dedication of Jhansi  to the welfare and academic progress of the students.
• Throughout the 70-day lockdown period, the Parishad School undertook various innovative measures to ensure the student’s continued learning. Jhansi  was pivotal in coordinating these efforts and ensuring their smooth implementation.

Chinthakayala Jhansi actively participated in agricultural work:

From a very young age, Chinthakayala Jhansi actively participated in agricultural work, assisting her father in various tasks such as sowing seeds, tending to crops, harvesting, and weeding. Her involvement in agricultural activities since childhood reflects her deep connection to the land and her firsthand experience in the farming domain.

• Jhansi’s engagement in agricultural work from an early age allowed her to develop a profound understanding and appreciation for the intricacies of farming. She learned about the seasonal cycles, the importance of soil preparation, and the techniques for planting and nurturing different crops.
• Working alongside her father, Jhansi gained practical knowledge about the best practices for cultivating and caring for crops. She exposed to the importance of timely irrigation, pest control, and soil management, learning firsthand the challenges and rewards of agricultural labor.

The fight for women’s rights and empowerment:

• In Durgavalini, the fight for women’s rights and empowerment is an important issue that requires attention and concerted efforts. Women in Durgavalini, like in many other places, face challenges and obstacles that hinder their progress, equality, and overall well-being. Significant strides can be made toward creating a more equitable and inclusive society by addressing these issues and advocating for women’s rights.
• One of the primary issues women in Durgavalini might face is gender inequality, which manifests in various forms, such as limited access to education, healthcare, employment opportunities, and decision-making processes. Advocacy efforts should challenge and change societal norms and attitudes perpetuating gender disparities, working towards creating a more equal and just society where women can enjoy the same opportunities and rights as men.
• Violence against women is another critical issue that needs to be addressed. This includes physical, sexual, and emotional violence, as well as harassment and discrimination. Creating safe spaces for women in public and private spheres is essential to protect their rights and ensure their safety. Legal solid frameworks, along with practical implementation and enforcement mechanisms, can help combat violence against women and provide survivors with the support they need.

Self Defence for Senior Girls:

• To promote self-defense and empowerment among women in the village, it is crucial to establish senior’s self-defense classes and backward classes tailored specifically for women. 
• Assessing the Needs: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the specific needs and challenges faced by women in the village. Engage with community members, women’s groups, and local leaders to gather insights on the prevalent issues related to safety and empowerment. This assessment will help in designing targeted programs that address the unique concerns of women in the village.
• Forming Partnerships: Collaborate with local authorities, women’s organizations, and community leaders to form partnerships that support the implementation of senior’s self-defense and backward classes. These partnerships will provide the necessary resources, expertise, and guidance to ensure the success and sustainability of the initiatives.
• Designing the Curriculum: Develop a curriculum for senior’s self-defense classes that focuses on practical techniques, strategies, and situational awareness. Include physical exercises, self-defense techniques, and discussions on topics like assertiveness, personal safety, and mental well-being. The curriculum should be tailored to the age and physical abilities of senior women to ensure their active participation and effectiveness.

Create an environment where women feel comfortable:

• For the backward classes, identify areas where women face significant challenges, such as literacy, financial literacy, skill development, or entrepreneurship. Design the curriculum accordingly, incorporating relevant topics, interactive learning methods, and practical training to enhance their knowledge and skills in those areas.
• Qualified Instructors: Recruit qualified and experienced instructors who specialize in self-defense and the specific subjects to be covered in the backward classes. The instructors should have expertise in teaching women of all age groups and be able to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Accessible and Safe Spaces: Identify suitable venues within the village that can serve as training centers for the classes. Ensure these spaces are easily accessible to women, safe, and conducive to learning. Adequate lighting, sanitation facilities, and security measures should be in place to create an environment where women feel comfortable and confident to participate.
