C.Shiva Reddy

Shiva Reddy is an Indian politician belonging to the BJP party. He is a prominent BJP leader with plenty of experience in the Political field. He is currently serving as the BJYM District Treasurer from Mahabubnagar, the state of Telangana.

Early Life and Education:

On 1st August 1997, Shiva Reddy was born in Mahabubnagar. His parents were Venkat Raja Reddy and Pushpalatha.

In 2012, Shiva Reddy completed his Board of Secondary Education at Galaxy high school, located at Mahabubnagar. From 2012-2014, He obtained his Intermediate at NRI junior college, Bachupally, Hyderabad. Shiva Reddy attained his graduation with a B.Tech from Jaya Prakash Narayana College of Engineering, Mahabubnagar.

A career in Student Union:

He has been associated with the Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad(ABVP) and was actively engaged in Student Union.

ABVP:

Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad(ABVP) is a right-wing all-India student organization affiliated with the Hindu nationalist Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). They claim themselves to be India’s largest student organization with more than three million members.

The ABVP, founded in 1948 with the initiative of the RSS activist Balraj Madhok, was formally registered on 09 July 1949. Its primary purpose was to counter communist influences on university campuses.

His involvement in the ABVP was significant. He made movements against the injustice done to the students. He experienced a lot of struggle over student issues. Shiva Reddy along with ABVP leaders have organized protest programs for the immediate release of Fee Reimbursement, and Scholarships.

 Political Career of Shiva Reddy:

Shiva Reddy is deeply committed to Social Service and is constantly willing to contribute to the prosperity of the country. His passion to serve people prompted him to enter politics. He became involved in politics and began his political career as a Member of the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP).

As soon as he got into politics, he took an active role in the Party Programs by assisting with each activity. Shiva Reddy participated in every event and made a substantial contribution to the Party’s growth. Party officials recognized his ability to serve the needy in any manner possible at any moment as a social worker and party worker and were recognized as an Active Leader.

In 2021, Shiva Reddy was elevated to the position of BJYM District Treasurer from Mahabubnagar, Telangana in recognition of his tireless work and pure effort. He currently holds the position.

Party Activities:

• BJP activists protested the unlawful arrest of Palamuru Mandal general secretary Mahesh.
• BJYM town president Naveen Reddy led the demonstration at the request of the BJP, and the BJYM state department. The event’s principal guest was BJYM District President Kottakotta Kiran Kumar Reddy. Under the auspices of the BJYM local in Palamuru district, party officials rode two-wheelers from the BJP party headquarters to Ambedkar Chowrasta to protest the Telangana state government’s quick decrease of VAT on fuel and diesel.
• Raju Goud, President of the Palamuru Zone, visited the hamlet of “Potan Palli” as part of the “Village Visit with Mandal Team” program to learn about the activists’ concerns and find answers. Senior BJP leaders, including Manikonda Sarpanch Bongu Ganganagaru, Dharmapuri Sarpanch Srinivas, Youth Morcha President Kiran Kumar Reddy, District Youth Morcha Vice President N. Nagaraj Goud, District BJYM Treasurer Shivareddy, Mandal General Secretaries, and others, were present at the occasion.
• The “Bhagavad Gita” books were delivered to students in the seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth grades at ZPHS School by Potulamadugu Vadla Naresh Chari BJYM Palamuru District Spokesperson in partnership with ISKCON with the goal of imparting education as well as greater knowledge to the students. The function was attended by BJYM Palamuru District President Kottakotta Kiran Kumar Reddy, BJYM Treasurer Shivareddy, and BJP Bhootpur Town General Secretary Patnam Sree.
• On the occasion of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 71st birthday, BJYM Treasurer Shivareddy took part in a blood donation campaign at the BJP headquarters in the Palamuru district.

Shiva Reddy’s effort during the Covid Crisis:

-Pandemic hit the people’s lives very badly. Ordinary people could not survive during the Covid crisis

-As a responsible leader Shiva Reddy gave his contribution even during the covid time. He provided food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.

-Provided annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, and front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis. Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.

-He financially helped covid victims by providing vitamin tablets, masks, Sanitizers, and fruits.

-Shiva Reddy put his effort to serve people even during the covid second wave. He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people.

-Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and the effects of the virus. The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and people have been given proper precautions and instructions.

-Delivered food, and supplements for the covid victims by home delivery.
