Busa Janganna

Busa Janganna is an Indian Politician and Social Activist and Mandal President of Kothur in Rangareddy in the Indian State of Telangana.

Early Life and Education:

On February 18th, 1972, Busa Janganna was born to Mr Busa Sathaiah and Mrs Busa Shanthamma in Inmulnarva Village of Kothur Mandal of Ranga Reddy district in the Indian state of Telangana.

Busa Janganna obtained his Secondary Board of Education from ZP High School, placed at Penjarla in Kothur of Ranga Reddy in Telangana in 1985.

Career in Politics:

During his tenure in education,  Janganna was greatly influenced by RS Praveen Kumar, the party’s founder and Secretary of Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, for his passion for service and enthusiasm for the people.

In 1995,  Janganna debuted in the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), a national-level political party in India that was formed to represent Bahujans, referring to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and other Backward Classes, along with religious minorities.

From the date of joining, he has been working incredibly as a BSP Party Activist worked hard for the welfare of the people, constantly striving for the development of the society,and has rendered desperate services to society.

His unwavering commitment and true effort gained him the position of Constituency President of Shadnagar and been constantly working for the people, thinking about their welfare, and gaining immense admiration from the people.

In the Year 2021, Janganna switched from BSP to YSR Telangana Party (YSRTP) which is founded by Yeduguri Sandinti Sharmila Reddy the founder and president of the party.

So being a part of the YSRTP, Janganna  has expressed a sturdy interest in the organization and has participated in every activity as an YSRTP Active Member, sticking to a code of conduct and working for the recognition of his or her party.

His steadfast dedication and genuine effort earned him the post of Mandal President of Kothur in Ranga Reddy in Telangana from YSRTP in 2021 for his perseverance, dedication, and service, and he has been in the position which was assigned and has rendered services to many through his kind heart by fulfilling the tasks assigned to his, winning the people’s admiration.

Career in Community:

Apart from his political life Janganna joined the Jai Bharath Organisation in 2003. The foundation assists regardless of age or gender. He had a strong desire to serve others since he was a youngster, which led him to become a Social Worker who hoped to bring happiness to others through his work. He is at the forefront of anyone needing help in his surroundings.

With the sole idea of assisting the people in all possible ways, His dedication to work and involvement in every activity made him establish Sabhaanda Kulala Rachabanda Organisation in 2003 for social welfare.

Janganna firmly believes that every person should participate in social service that inspires a sense of patriotism in their hearts. They should continually strive to influence others around them by emphasising their responsibility to society. Janganna has been associated with leaders established the Dalitha Bahujana Maha Sabha (DBMS).

He exhibited his leadership abilities by serving as a Mahbubnagar District President of Dalitha Bahujana Maha Sabha (DBMS) and working tirelessly to improve the welfare of society. Janganna has shown a genuine interest in promoting the party’s reputation using whatever means necessary.

Being worked hard for the welfare of the people with the positions assigned to him simultaneously he joined the Nayi Brahmana Sangharshana Samithi in 1995. And working as a Member to be closer in terms of service to the people on the other.

In addition, He does his duties to the community by helping as many people as he can serve. His ongoing service dedication and true attention gained him the position of State President of Nayi Brahmana Sangharshana Samithi in 2021.

Party Activities:

• Sharmila’s Foot March in Telangana’s Ranga Reddy district, demanding that the state government fill vacancies in government departments.
• Janganna participates in the unemployed hunger strike program, which Sharmila has authorized as an unemployment hunger strike for the unemployed.
• During Elections, he actively participates in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to bring more voters to win the party in his locality.
• He provided financial assistance to the village’s impoverished residents as well as other forms of assistance. Janganna will be accessible to the residents of the village through their difficult times.
• He set up and engaged in every Mandal level, and Village level meeting and delivered speeches by motivating the party to the upcoming leaders.
• He always woke up and stood up at the forefront of the party and solve any issues raised on any problems.

Community Activities:

• Being a Scheduled Caste and having vast knowledge about the problems of the downtrodden, Janganna strives to effectively serve the downtrodden communities people to put best of their efforts and to improve the living conditions for the upliftment of backward people (ST & SC People) and work hard for the socio-economic development of downtrodden and contribute the maximum in drawing more and more strength of weaker sections towards the party to further strengthen the ST & SC People.
• Janganna was informing the public about the government’s welfare programs for the betterment of the backward classes through a mobilization program.
• He was informing the public about the government’s welfare initiatives for the upliftment of the backward classes through a sensitization campaign.
• Janganna fought for abolition of caste and fighting for reservations in the private sector.

Social Service:

• Many social and welfare activities have been performed through the foundation for the needy and poor with a Motto to serve the People.
• In the anadasharamam,Janganna’s family traditionally donated food in honor of his and his family member’s birthdays and anniversaries.
• Many service activities were planned during the event, such as blankets for beggars, clothing for the destitute, and meals for orphaned children. He fights for the people’s concerns and the welfare of the people, and many of the colony’s development plans have been a resounding success due to his efforts.
