Shri Boya Gopal was born on 8th July 1978 in Korrakodu village, Kudair Mandal, Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh, to Shri Boya Narasimhulu and Smt. Boya Lakshmidevi. In 1995, Shri Boya Gopal successfully completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Sri Karibasava Swamy High School, Uravakonda, Anantapur District, establishing a strong academic foundation.

Entry into the Communist Party of India (CPI) – 2004
In 2004, Shri Boya Gopal formally began his political journey by joining the Communist Party of India (CPI) as a dedicated member. From the outset, he committed himself to serving people without any discrimination based on caste, race, gender, or religion.
His primary focus was on promoting the growth, development, and upliftment of Backward Classes and religious minorities, reflecting his early vision of inclusive and equitable social progress.

Appointment as Mandal Secretary, Kudair (2006–2012)

Elevation to Taluka Joint Secretary, Anantapur (2017 Onwards)
In 2017, building on his proven track record and dedication to public welfare, Shri Gopal was elevated to the position of Taluka Joint Secretary of Anantapur District by CPI.
