Shri Bottu Srinivas was born in the tranquil town of Madhapur in Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana. Guided by his parents, Shri Kondaiah and Smt. Lakshmi. He grew up with strong values, discipline, and a commitment to personal excellence. Strongly grounded in values and discipline instilled by his parents, he built a solid academic foundation by completing his SSC at AP Model School and pursuing higher studies, culminating in a Master of Arts from Nizam College, Hyderabad. His leadership journey began in his college years through active participation in NSUI, where he took on significant responsibilities in student politics. He later joined the Youth Congress in 2018 and contributed meaningfully until 2022, strengthening youth engagement and grassroots participation.

Since 2022, he has been serving as the Congress Sevadal State Secretary, where he has played a pivotal role in empowering youth through programs centered on unity, skills, and civic responsibility. His dedication to community development further expanded with the establishment of the Bottu Srinivas Foundation in 2025, an initiative aimed at social welfare, educational support, and sustainable community upliftment.
