Early Life and Education:
On the 21st of October 1977, Bolla Shiva Shankar was born and raised by the couple Mr. Bolla Satyanarayana and Mrs. Bolla Susheela in Samsthan Narayanapur Village of Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District in the Indian State of Telangana.
He obtained his Secondary School Certificate from Zilla Parishad High School in Samsthan Narayanapur Village in 1993. In 1995, He completed his 12th Standard from Nalanda Junior College in Choutuppal and graduated from Ambedkar University in 1998.
Early Career in Politics:
Involvement in RSS:
Before accomplishing his Education, Shiva Shankar began his political career in 1996 by entering the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Party (RSS). After joining the RSS, he went through the Initial Training Camp(Prathmik Shiksha Varg).
Later, He moved to the second level, Pratham Varsha Sangh Shiksha Varg, for physical and ideological training. As part of his role, he conducted RSS camps throughout the village.
Participation in ABVP:
And then, he joined ABVP(Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad). Upon Joining, he was designated as the Member of ABVP to serve the people and tackle the issues raised by executing his tasks effectively and adhering to the party’s policies and guidelines.
Role and Positions in BRS:
He had a strong desire to serve in public service since he was a young boy. Bolla Shiva Shankar has grown up in a family where he has always been in the service of others. While finishing his education, he also participated in several service activities.
Having had a great conviction of service from childhood, Bolla Shiva Shankar desires to provide all of the services to the people in attainment. Having been inspired by Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, the founder of the Bharat Rashtriya Samithi (BRS), which was previously called Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), Bolla Shiva Shankar joined the party in 2001, eventually rising to become its Party Founder Member in 2001.
He takes a decent interest in the Party. He engages proactively in every activity, performing out of his responsibilities in compliance with a code of conduct and for the benefit of the party’s publicity.
Shiva Shankar was promoted as the State Spokesperson of Telangana from BRS in 2015 after receiving the authority and carrying out all operations as his commitment to the welfare of the people and by carrying out his full compliance with a code of conduct and also the benefit of the recognition.
During the election period, he competed for the respected post of ZPTC of Samsthan Narayanapur from the BRS in 2014. The people with the greatest majority of votes against the opposition elected him.
Part and Responsibilities in Community:
In addition to his fundamental ethics, Bolla Shiva Shankar was selected and served as the Sri Krishna Committee Member. He also received the responsibilities as the Convener for the Agitation of Telangana by stating that all the Handloom Workers Unions supported overseeing the seamless execution of the first and following processes.
He ramped up his service and effort by accepting the prestigious position of State Organizing Secretary of Telangana from the Telangana Weavers Committee to provide care for the people and the difficulties they face, and he worked in that capacity.
He earned the people’s admiration by holding out the commitments, obligations, and powers assigned to him. As a result, he was honored as the All India Padmashali Political Wing National President. Aasaraa Foundation was Founded and Directed by Doctorate in Social Service from Global Peace Organization Mr. Bolla Shiva Shankar. Shiva Shankar committed his time and effort as a young man to creating a platform for community change-makers that is only becoming larger and stronger by the day.
As a competent leader, he can combine individual ability and expertise with the organization’s aims, ensuring that its nature and form are democratic and decentralized. He has successfully developed numerous young leaders who continue on the job of social reform and inspire many others.

As a Telangana Activist:
Shiva Shankar was a Telangana Activist. From 2004 to 2014, during the Telangana Movement, Shiva Shankar was an active participant and fought for the formation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India.
He was active in several social welfare programs and marches, bike rallies, and Dharna to establish Telangana as a separate state. Further, Bhaskar was imprisoned for his participation in the movement.
He organized a Vanta Varpu during the Rasta Roko and participated in Sakala Jamula Samme, Bahiranga Saba, and many other dharnas and protests in continuous movement.

- On February 17, the Munugodu Constituency Level Cricket Tournament is being organized in Puttapaka Village in the Mandal in honor of Telangana State Chief Minister KCR’s birthday. Bolla Shiva Shankar, the chairman of the Aasaraaa Foundation, is serving as the tournament’s organizer. Foundation Chairman Bolla Shiva Shankar inaugurated the cricket contests at the constituency level.
- Padmasali Youth Association received cricket equipment from Bolla Shiva Shankar, chairman of the Aasaraaa Foundation. Bolla Shivashankar came from a low-income background but worked his way up to a successful career. In 2008, the Munugodu Constituency had seen the founding of the Aasaraa Foundation to assist in the advancement of the areas of education, healthcare, and employment with the noble aspiration of assisting the needy and standing by their support.
