Bolla Shiva Shankar

Mr. Bolla Shiva Shankar is a well-known and eminent Politican of BRS in the Munugode constituency, providing personal services to the needy people in his diplomatic postions as Ex-ZPTC of Rangareddy District and Chairman of Asara Foundation in Telangana.

Early Life and Education:

On the 21st of October 1977, Bolla Shiva Shankar was born and raised by the couple Mr. Bolla Satyanarayana and Mrs. Bolla Susheela in Samsthan Narayanapur Village of Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District in the Indian State of Telangana. 

He obtained his Secondary School Certificate from Zilla Parishad High School in Samsthan Narayanapur Village in 1993. In 1995, He completed his 12th Standard from Nalanda Junior College in Choutuppal and graduated from Ambedkar University in 1998.

Early Career in Politics:

Involvement in RSS:

Before accomplishing his Education, Shiva Shankar began his political career in 1996 by entering the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Party (RSS).  After joining the RSS, he went through the Initial Training Camp(Prathmik Shiksha Varg).

Later, He moved to the second level, Pratham Varsha Sangh Shiksha Varg, for physical and ideological training. As part of his role, he conducted RSS camps throughout the village.

Participation in ABVP:

And then, he joined ABVP(Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad). Upon Joining, he was designated as the Member of ABVP  to serve the people and tackle the issues raised by executing his tasks effectively and adhering to the party’s policies and guidelines.

Role and Positions in BRS:

He had a strong desire to serve in public service since he was a young boy. Bolla Shiva Shankar has grown up in a family where he has always been in the service of others. While finishing his education, he also participated in several service activities.

Having had a great conviction of service from childhood, Bolla Shiva Shankar desires to provide all of the services to the people in attainment. Having been inspired by Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, the founder of the Bharat Rashtriya Samithi (BRS), which was previously called Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), Bolla Shiva Shankar joined the party in 2001, eventually rising to become its Party Founder Member in 2001. 

He takes a decent interest in the Party. He engages proactively in every activity, performing out of his responsibilities in compliance with a code of conduct and for the benefit of the party’s publicity.

Shiva Shankar was promoted as the State Spokesperson of Telangana from BRS in 2015 after receiving the authority and carrying out all operations as his commitment to the welfare of the people and by carrying out his full compliance with a code of conduct and also the benefit of the recognition.

During the election period, he competed for the respected post of ZPTC of Samsthan Narayanapur from the BRS in 2014. The people with the greatest majority of votes against the opposition elected him.

Part and Responsibilities in Community:

In addition to his fundamental ethics, Bolla Shiva Shankar was selected and served as the Sri Krishna Committee Member. He also received the responsibilities as the Convener for the Agitation of Telangana by stating that all the Handloom Workers Unions supported overseeing the seamless execution of the first and following processes.

He ramped up his service and effort by accepting the prestigious position of State Organizing Secretary of Telangana from the Telangana Weavers Committee to provide care for the people and the difficulties they face, and he worked in that capacity.

He earned the people’s admiration by holding out the commitments, obligations, and powers assigned to him. As a result, he was honored as the All India Padmashali Political Wing National President. He has served many people through his kind heart by carrying out the tasks assigned to him and earning the people’s response.

He has served the people honestly from the party’s formation to the current day, persistently aiming for the party’s and society’s progress and rendering desperate service to society and the common good.

He gained the support of the party and the people by carrying out the responsibilities, duties, and powers assigned to him. As a result, he was appointed as the State Chairman of the Handloom and Weavers Society Corporation Association, where he has served solely for the benefit of the people and has not betrayed the trust that had been placed in him by the people to this day.

Aasaraa Foundation

Aasaraa Foundation was Founded and Directed by Doctorate in Social Service from Global Peace Organization Mr. Bolla Shiva Shankar. Shiva Shankar committed his time and effort as a young man to creating a platform for community change-makers that is only becoming larger and stronger by the day.

As a competent leader, he can combine individual ability and expertise with the organization’s aims, ensuring that its nature and form are democratic and decentralized. He has successfully developed numerous young leaders who continue on the job of social reform and inspire many others.

Honor and Recognition:

Because of his work and the services he has provided, he was presented the Best Social Service Award by the BC Sankshema Sangham. He received this award due to the services he has accomplished for the Aasaraa Foundation.

As a Telangana Activist:

Shiva Shankar was a Telangana Activist. From 2004 to 2014, during the Telangana Movement, Shiva Shankar was an active participant and fought for the formation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India.

He was active in several social welfare programs and marches, bike rallies, and Dharna to establish Telangana as a separate state. Further, Bhaskar was imprisoned for his participation in the movement.

He organized a Vanta Varpu during the Rasta Roko and participated in Sakala Jamula Samme, Bahiranga Saba, and many other dharnas and protests in continuous movement.

Activities Performed as an Responsibile Leader:

• On February 17, the Munugodu Constituency Level Cricket Tournament is being organized in Puttapaka Village in the Mandal in honor of Telangana State Chief Minister KCR’s birthday. Bolla Shiva Shankar, the chairman of the Aasaraaa Foundation, is serving as the tournament’s organizer. Foundation Chairman Bolla Shiva Shankar inaugurated the cricket contests at the constituency level.
• Padmasali Youth Association received cricket equipment from Bolla Shiva Shankar, chairman of the Aasaraaa Foundation. Exam pada were handed out free to class 10 students at Zilla Parishad High School Pasoonur in cooperation with previous ZPTC Chairman Sansthan Narayanapuram Bolla Shiva Shankar and under the sponsorship of the Aasaraa Foundation.
• On the five-year anniversary at the Narayanapuram Mandal MPDO office, ZPTC Bolla Shiva Shankar, MPP, and MPTC received congratulations.
• Education Minister Jagadishwar Reddy conducted a ceremony to inaugurate a monument of celebrities at Survelu Gurukula Vidyalaya. In addition to other dignitaries, the occasion was attended by Badugu Lingaya Yadav MP, Gadari Kishore MLA, Bolla Shiva Shankar, and former MLA Prabhakar Reddy.
• A special thank you to the unemployed youth who contributed to making the Bolla Shiva Shankar Aasaraaa Foundation’s Aasaraaa Job Mela program a success, as well as to the program’s chief guests, Members of Parliament Bhurra Narsaiah Goud Garamu, Former Legislators Kusukuntla Prabhakar Reddy, DPRDO Upendhar Reddy, and RDO Jalandhar Reddy. A total of 1600 unemployed persons were recruited for the initiative, and 382 young people received work opportunities.
• With the help of MP Burra Narsa Goud and a budget of 1.5 lakhs, LED electric lights were installed in the village of Kothalapuram.
• Under the sponsorship of the Aasaraaa Foundation, Nampally MPDO B. Ramakrishna Sharma unveiled the Nirvasutna brochure at the Sansthanarayanapur Mandal center of the Mega Job Mela ZPHS and advised the unemployed young people with 30 private limited companies to make the most of the opportunity.
• ZPTC Bolla Shiva Shankar, the chairman of the Aasaraaa Foundation, took part in the ceremony at the Samsthan Narayanapur Mandal Center to introduce the PRTU New Year Calendar.
• Mee Bolla Shiva Shankar, the chairman of the Aasaraaa Foundation, participated in the saree distribution program in Marigudem, Nampally, and Munugodu Chandur Narayapur Mandal alongside MP Burra Narasimha Goud.
• During a press conference at Telangana Bhavan to celebrate KTR’s appointment as the TRS Party Working President, Mee Bolla Shiva Shankar and Lok Bhoomareddy, both members of the TRS, were accompanied by Lingampally Kishan Rao.
• On the occasion of Konda Laxman Bapuji Jayanti, the chairman of Bolla Shiva Shankar ZPTC Sansthan Narayanapuram Aasaraaa Foundation handed hand sticks to elderly persons in the Vellanki village in Ramannapet Mandal.
• In Chautuppal Mandal, under the direction of Hanuman Nagar, Bolla Shiva Shankar ZPTC Sansthan Narayanapuram Aasaraaa Foundation Chairman participated in a special pooja event. A food donation program at the Ram Temple temple with Choutuppal ZPTC Bachireddy followed this.
• Elderly residents of Serigudem village in Narayanapuram Mandal received free handsticks from Mr. Bolla Shiva Shankar, head of the Narayanapuram ZPTC Aasaraaa Foundation. According to Shiva Shankar, Aasaraa is like a mother. God has given everyone two legs, a third leg for older people who cannot walk, and hands for roughly 100 seniors. He offered the sticks and pledged his support for the community’s growth and his ongoing assistance.
• With the assistance of Yuvasena Youth, the Lions Club, and the Indian Red Cross Society Nalgonda, the Bolla Shiva Shankar ZPTC Sansthan Narayanapuram Aasaraaa Foundation launched a Mega Blood Donation Camp, which received 40 blood donations from young people.
• Bolla Shiva Shankar ZPTC Sansthan Narayanapuram, Palle, and the President of the Aasaraaa Foundation On the occasion of Lord Vishwa Karma Jayanti, members of the Kondaparthi Vishwa Karma caste, including Ravi Kumar, Zilla Markendeu, the founding president of Vishwa Brahmin Yedunoju Narasimha Charyu, and others, participated in a food giving program at Chowtuppal Mandal.
• At the VRO training facility sponsored by Aasaraaa Foundation in partnership with Akshaya Institute at Nalanda College, Mr. Bolla Shiva Shankar, Chairman of the Aasaraaa Foundation, offered encouragement to 150 people attending the VRO test.
• Bolla Shiva Shankar ZPTC Sansthan Narayanapuram, local politicians, and activists at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar building’s foundation-laying ceremony.
• Bolla Shiva Shankar ZPTC Sansthan Narayanapuram, representatives from the local government and community leaders, actively participated in the laying of the foundation stone for the Sri Malikharjuna Swamy Temple at Kothulapuram Village.
• Local lawmakers, farmers, and Mr. Bolla Shiva Shankar, Chairman of ZPTC Sansthan Narayanapuram Aasaraaa Foundation, which distributes Rythu Bhimabonds in Gujjagram, actively participated in the occasion.
• The Chairman of Bolla Shiva Shankar ZPTC Samsthan Narayanapur Aasaraaa Foundation donated free materials to the students enrolled in Sadikhana’s free VRO, VRA, and SI training at Chowtuppal Mandal.

• The Gattuppala Mandal Theratpalli program included a special pooja performed by Mr. Bolla Shiva Shankar ZPTC. Pallaravi actively participated in the felicitation ceremony conducted by Legislative Council Chairman Swamigowd and officials and leaders.

• Mr. Bolla Shiva Shankar ZPTC Sansthan Narayanapuram and local MLAs Prabhakar Reddy and Matyulu Jagadish Reddy with the Electricity Department in Rachakonda Gutta started the RTC bus accommodations.

Welfare and Development Activities

• In the Munugodu constituency, more than 100 health camps were conducted.
• Thirty thousand career counseling books were handed to students to raise their understanding of the future. Personality development courses were offered for government school students.
• Yoga Day is being conducted in collaboration with the Art of Living Foundation, and people are being educated on the health advantages of yoga asanas. 
• Special efforts are being made to develop all temples in the Munugodu Constituency.
• Free Ganesh idol distribution in Munugodu Constituency on the occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi. To increase sportsmanship among Munugodu youth, free sports kits are sent, as well as free karate training for interested students, Tribal Tandas, and Villages of Munugodu Constituency, to prevent feticide in the villages, sensitize the people through the performance of various arts, and raise awareness about the importance of girl child in society. Avagana Kalajatas provided training programs for cotton farmers, raising knowledge about good cotton farming practices and how to cope with market brokers.
• The state-level Bathukamma fair was conducted in 2012. Bathukamma festivities were celebrated with Kalvakuntla’s Kavita Akka.
• Examination pads to encourage students to complete the class 10 exam at all schools in the area. Pens were handed out. Similarly, students with the highest grades received souvenirs, shawls, and incentive prizes.
•  In 2012, NTV held a program called “Mana Desam – Mana Geetham” to instill patriotism in schoolchildren at the constituency level.
• Every year on March 8, large-scale protests are held. Women’s Day events are planned.
• To address women’s health issues, women were taught about the sanitary and napkin production processes.
• Mega Job Mela was organized at Samsthan Narayanapuram in 2019. This employment fair drew 1500 participants, and 382 were granted work chances.
•  In 2020, work prospects were made available to the jobless via a skill program; in 2022, a Mega Job Mela was staged in Chowtuppal.
  
• Bolla Shivashankar of Samsthan Narayanapuram has risen with his own strength step by step. Aasaraa Foundation was founded in Munugodu Constituency in 2008 with the goal of aiding the disadvantaged via development in the domains of education, medicine, and employment. • In 2009, a Maha dharna was organized in Indira Park with Netanna to draw attention to the plight of handloom workers.
• A Maha dharna was held in Delhi to demand that the leaders’ loans be waived.

Aasaraa Foundation Activities:

• Bolla Shiva Shankar, The founder of the Aasaraa Foundation and a former  ZPTC, also served twice as Chairman of the Handloom Weaver Cooperative Society.
• In addition to his participation in the Telangana movement of 2001, Bhagyaswamy was essential in the conduct of the by-elections, the TRS party calls during the General Elections, and the planning for the TRS party sabha.
• Before the elections for the ZPTC in 2014, he tendered his resignation from his position as Chairman of the Handicrafts Co-operative Society. After that, he was victorious in the election for the position of ZPTC in Sansthan Narayanapuram. • Since 2008, Bolla Shiva Shankar has been working on behalf of the Aasaraa Foundation to carry out various social service activities. In 2009, when drought conditions were prevalent across all of the villages in the Narayanapuram Mandal, the Aasaraa Foundation sent a drum of clean water to each home in the area. To ensure that residents in the most populated sections of the constituency have access to potable water throughout the warm months, mineral water facilities have been constructed within the territory.
• The Aasaraa Foundation provided free dental procedures to more than 300 persons in the Munugodu constituency suffering from fluorosis.
• More than one hundred and fifty free eye surgeries and more than one hundred health camps have continued to be held around the constituency on behalf of the Aasaraa Foundation.
• For the purpose of raising students’ overall career knowledge, the Aasaraa Foundation disseminated 30,000 career awareness books and led personality development workshops for students.

Personal Life:

Mr. Bolla Shiav Shankar was happily married to Kavitha Shiva Shankar under the blessings and presence of his parents. This couple had two children, the daughter Bolla Devi Teja and the Son Bolla Mahan.
