From 2000-2005, She was worked as Co-ordinator of Dwakra Group Village. In 2019, Pochamma Independently elected as Ward Member of Singyaapally and selected as Vice-Sarpanch in Singayapally Village of Wargal Mandal, Siddipet Dist with the majority of 26 Votes.
Later on, She joined the Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) Party in 2019 and was the Active Leader.

- Pochamma Ramulu distributed many kits like Essential things, Masks, and sanitizer in most of the villages of Wargal Mandal during the COVID-19 Pandemic lockdown period, and She was Provided food&Vegetables to Poor people during lockdown time.
- She involves in many of the social activities like Harithaharam, Palle Pragathi Programs, Swachh Bharath Programs & helping poor people in her village, and also fought for the development activities like CC Roads, Drainage, Street lights, and Water Problems in her village.
