Boinapalli Raghava Rao

Boinapalli Raghava Rao was the Ex-Sarpanch of Velamavari Palem. He was born in 1948 to Chinna Kotaiah, in Velamavari Palem. He has completed SSC Standard in 1967.

Basically, he hails the Agriculture family. From 1989-1996, he served as a Sarpanch in Velmavari Palem. He joined the YSRCP and he working as Village President from Velmavari Palem village.

Social Activities:

• Raghava Rao is a Social Activist. He distributed Blankets, Fruits to the old aged people, donated dresses, food, to the orphans. He laid CC roads, put Street Lights, fought for village problems.
• Participated in Haritha Haram, Swachh Bharath programs. He conducted Blood Donation Camps.
