Bhukya Anja Naik

Bhukya Anja Naik is the Founder & President of Sevalal Banjara Sangam and APCOS from Chinthakommadinne, Kadapa District of Andhra Pradesh.

Early Life & Education-

Bhukya Anja Naik was born 10th of June 1985, to Bhukya Devalal Naik resided in Chinthakommadinne Village.

He completed his Secondary Board of Education from APSRS School, Kadapa in the year 2002. He acquired his Intermediate from Vikram Junior College and resided at Kadapa.

He obtained his master’s in M.C.A (Master of Computer Applications) from Global College, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.

Early Career-

Bhukya Anja Naik is a Social Worker who focuses on the person within his environment and recognizes the importance of family, community, culture, legal, social, spiritual, and economic influences that impact individuals, families, groups, and communities.

His Social Work applies a strengths-based perspective in that perspective he started Sevalal Banjara Sangam in the year 2007 and he is operating as the Founder & President of the sangam.

He is also the Founder and President of Associated Public-Safety Communications Officers (APCOS) which started in the year 2021.

He is the State President of both Sevalal Banjara Sangam and APCOs. Both are Corporate outsourcing services,(Corporate outsourcing is the strategy of securing vendors to manage specific tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the company).

He tried to improve society by performing his tasks correctly and sticking to Sangam laws and regulations.

He upholds the trust that the people have placed in him and maintains his service, concentrating on the welfare of the people at the moment and dealing with the activities that will encourage them to advance.

After receiving the authority as State President of Several Banjara Sangam and APCO, he performed every activity as his responsibility for the welfare of the people, and continues his service, thinking for the welfare of the people and dealing with the activities for the development of the Society.

Developmental Activities :

Anja Naik fought for the lands of Tribals and in getting them for the tribals as they don’t have the Education and helping in respect for persons’ inherent dignity and worth, the pursuit of social justice, and culturally responsive practice that applies an anti-oppressive lens to all areas of practice and is grounded in ethics, values

He fought to solve the problems of the people and focused on improving health and social well-being using the social determinants of health framework when delivering services, navigating systems, and advocating for equitable access to and improvement of the multiple dimensions that impact health and well-being.

He worked for responding to the needs of individuals, families, groups, and communities and addressing barriers and injustices in organizations and society.

He worked for Women Empowerment and help the women to address life challenges and traumatic events, create change and build resiliency.

He provided the support for Education and helps in getting Jobs by collaborating with other professionals, communities, and organizations to provide services, improve conditions, and create growth, recovery, and personal development opportunities.

He participated in the Jayanthi of several leaders and paid his tributaries which shows his respect for the leaders.

Feels Planting more trees makes the environment pollution free. If the present generation cuts down trees, their children will have to pay the fees so in that prospect he participated in the Harithaharam program and did the plantation.

He donates food, fruits, vegetables, Blankets, and Sarees to the orphans, and old age people of Tribals, and he will be at the forefront of helping the problems of the people.

He outsourced the Employees and helped them in getting the wages in time and helping them in getting the salary hikes by recognizing their efforts in the work.

He also helped them in getting their health cards.

Services Rendered During The Pandemic Covid-19:

• During the first and second waves of Corona, Anja Naik offered financial and humanitarian assistance to people who were impacted by the lockdown.
• Anja Naik acted humanely during the crisis, assisting individuals in distress and providing additional assistance to those afflicted by the lockdown.
• During the crisis, Anja Naik responded generously, aiding those in need and giving special support to those impacted by the lockdown.
• He offered masks, sanitizers, and meals to the underprivileged, as well as financial assistance.
• For the public’s protection, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all around the village as part of the effort to eliminate the corona outbreak.
