EARLY LIFE & EDUCATION:

On the 05th of January 1976, Srikanth Rao was born to the couple Mr. Bhandaru Prabhakar Rao and Mrs. Bhandaru Janaki Devi and resided in the city of Hyderabad in the Indian State of Telangana.

He attained his Graduation of Degree (Bachelor of Arts) placed at Barkatpura, Kachiguda.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE:

After the accomplishment of his Education, Srikanth Rao turned into a Professional by setting up a business of his own, and ever since he started, He simultaneously handled his family and business responsibilities.

CAREER IN SOCIAL LIFE:

Beginning at a young age, he had a passion for working in the public service. Srikanth Rao has been accustomed to service since childhood. He also conducted many service programs while continuing his studies.

Srikanth Rao is a staunch believer that each and every individual should engage in social work that builds a sense of patriotism in their souls and one should constantly try to influence people around them by emphasizing that one is indebted to society

Having had a great conviction of service from childhood, Srikanth Rao desires to provide all of the services to the people in attainment. Having been influenced by many political leaders, among them are Late Sri. Rajiv Gandhi and Late Sri YS. Rajasekhara Reddy is prominent. Among the politicians, Srikanth Rao is an ardent follower of the late Chief Minister of AP Sri YS. Rajasekhara Reddy.

In the year 1995, Srikanth Rao commenced his Political career by joining the Indian National Congress Party (INC) which is ruling under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi.

He shows a genuine interest in the Party and participates actively in all activities, carrying out his obligations in accordance with a code of conduct and for the benefit of the party’s publicity.

In 2000, he joined the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) founded by politician and Former Female Prime Minister of India late Indira Gandhi and worked constantly as an NSUI State Secretary by solving the issues of students.

In January 2006, He increased his dedication and effort by accepting the coveted post of Member of Mementos Committee for the AICC (All India Congress Committee) Plenatry to care for the people and the hardships they experience, and he worked in that capacity.

Srikanth Rao was promoted as the General Secretary of Andhra Pradesh Youth Congress after receiving control and carrying out all operations as his dedication to the welfare of the people and by carrying out his full compliance with a code of conduct, as well as for the privilege of recognition.

He won the people’s respect by upholding the promises, duties, and powers bestowed upon him. As a consequence, he was appointed by the Party as the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee State Secretary. Through his kind heart, he has helped many people by carrying out the responsibilities set to him and gaining the people’s reaction.

His steadfast dedication and genuine effort earned him the reputable post of Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) Secretary of Telangana in 2021, and he has been consistently working for the people, thinking about their welfare, and winning tremendous public acclaim.

Personal Life:

Srikanth Rao is blissfully married to Bhandaru Sindhura Rao (Granddaughter of Late J. Chokka Rao, Ex-MP & Ex-Minister, Karimnagar), and this ethnic combination has a son and a daughter named Bhandaru Samrath and Bhandaru Samridhi.

Participation And Involvement Of Families In Politics-

Mr. Late PV Rajeshwar Rao entered politics as a result of his advocacy. From the date he entered into politics, he has been pursued his own path and offered philanthropic services to the public.
PV Rajeshwar Rao served as a Legislative Assembly Member from the Siddipet Constituency from 1957 to 1962 and has been actively involved in society’s development from the day he joined the party.
He took the initiative as a D.C.C. President from Medak and opportunistically held a renowned position as an ex-MP and ex-Minister from Karimnagar.

Political Party Activities-

• Srikanth Rao is an Active Participant in the Gandhi Shanthi Sandesh Yatra Programme undertaken to commemorate the 90th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi’s historic Dandi March.
• He zealously Canvassed for the Party about every General, Municipal, and Panchayat Election and worked hard to bring more voters to win the party in his locality.
• Srikanth Rao spearheaded a succession of agitations against the TDP Government’s anti-people policies.
• He was instrumental in bringing Congress to power at the state and federal levels and in the establishment of student unions when he was a student at NSUI in 2004.

Social & Welfare Activities-

• Srikanth Rao has been involved in a range of local activities, including distributing meals to the elderly and orphan children and giving mineral water to the villages.
• He fulfills his tasks while also looking out for the welfare of the village’s and zone’s residents by addressing water, sanitation, and any other small issues that may occur.
• He supported the communities elderly and poor residents by providing them with basic needs and aiding them through times of financial distress.

• He provided financial and humanitarian support to those who were impacted by the lockdown during the first and second waves of Corona. During the crisis, and responded with compassion, aiding people who were in distress and offering further assistance to those who were harmed by the locking down.
• He reacted generously throughout the crisis, assisting people in need and providing particular assistance to individuals who had been affected by the lockdown. Srikanth Rao distributed face masks, hand sanitizers, and meals to the less fortunate, as well as financial support for them.
• Srikanth Rao sneaked away to assist people who had been affected by the lockdown by giving vegetables and fruits to villages, the homeless, and Municipality employees while following the procedures in place.
• An awareness demonstration was performed to raise awareness about social distance and the need of taking precautionary steps in an attempt to eliminate the Corona Epidemic from occurring.
• When the coronavirus was finally exterminated, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed across the whole village to ensure that the villagers were not exposed to any harmful effects.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea order to increase awareness among the general population about the need of acquiring a free corona vaccination.
• During the corona boom, Srikanth Rao held a dharna thinking about the life of the students stating that it is not appropriate to endanger the lives of children by conducting final exams of SSC and Intermediate.
